Hôtels avec balcon à Parañaque

Nous avons voyagé avec deux enfants ; une suite à deux chambres était donc l'option la plus judicieuse. Cet hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du MOA. Il y avait un 11/7 et des restaurants à proximité. Le centre commercial Alyala est également accessible à pied. Il y avait une grande piscine et d'autres installations, mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter. Le personnel de la réception était serviable et courtois. Quant au prix, il était raisonnable (la plupart des hôtels de Manille étaient trop chers à mon avis). Seuls deux petits problèmes : la pression de l'eau et le personnel d'entretien qui a sonné à la porte à 9 h 30, ce qui était beaucoup trop tôt pour des personnes en vacances.

Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass.

Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Voici un réexamen basé sur votre expérience : --- Nous avons séjourné dans cet airbnb pendant 8 nuits et nous avons eu une expérience mixte. Nous sommes arrivés à environ 5 heures, deux heures après l'heure de check-in officielle de 3 heures, seulement pour trouver l'unité n'était pas propre. Le personnel est arrivé à 15 h 30 pour nous apporter des serviettes et une couture de lit, nous avons demandé des outils, nous avons fini d'acheter nos propres fournitures de nettoyage pour préparer le lieu avant de pouvoir se réinstaller. Cela a été frustrant, surtout après avoir voyageé d'un autre pays, comme nous l'espérions d'être relaxés à l'arrivée. Bien que l'unité elle-même ait un potentiel, le manque de nettoyage et de préparation avant notre entrée était un problème important. Globalement, je recommande cette place pour son emplacement, mais il faut améliorer la propreté et la préparation des invités.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. All the staff and the management are very much approachable Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
