our first time in Nobu but it met our expectations. The rooms were spacious and have good aesthetic value.  Check in had delays/difficulties but the Hotel Manager stepped in to solve the room availability. Check out process was fast though. The pool was good.  The breakfast buffet menu was also good. However, the hotel lobby was too small. There are restaurants and coffee shops around serving different cuisines. They have a casino too.  Each room has a small mini bar w free sodas, Pringles and a cup noodle. Will book again in the coming days!

The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher.

Front desk and the bellman was no problem the rest super rude sla they dont know how to treat well the guest ung feeling nla na kaaway ung guest 🤣 hopefully ma correct na ung attitude nla . Dirty ung pool

Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass.

The room I stayed in was comforting. The staff were as usual very friendly and accommodating. This was my 3rd stay and mostly foreigners usually book this place. Very near to the airport and all. It was cozy and very nice. What they just need to the is to fix some small fixtures and little bit of cleanup. The theme of the rooms depends on the country you stayed in. I’ve been to Greece, Japan and now Mexico. Overall, the stay was nice and a group of cats is always present to greet you. The rooftop and terrace are worth the visit to chill.

We're rating the cleanliness on average only since we saw big cockroaches inside the room. Also please clean your bathroom including the door. Your sofa has stains too, much better to change it or dry clean. Also put deodorizer or air freshener inside the room, especially on 2 days booking. We're not uploading photos for privacy, since you've good service naman. That's all.
