I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and accommodating us during our stay. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful luxury hotel. The room was not only spacious and elegant but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family. We genuinely appreciated every thoughtful detail, which made our stay all the more special and memorable. Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality. We felt truly cared for, and it made our time there an absolute pleasure. Voici un réexamen basé sur votre expérience : --- Nous avons séjourné dans cet airbnb pendant 8 nuits et nous avons eu une expérience mixte. Nous sommes arrivés à environ 5 heures, deux heures après l'heure de check-in officielle de 3 heures, seulement pour trouver l'unité n'était pas propre. Le personnel est arrivé à 15 h 30 pour nous apporter des serviettes et une couture de lit, nous avons demandé des outils, nous avons fini d'acheter nos propres fournitures de nettoyage pour préparer le lieu avant de pouvoir se réinstaller. Cela a été frustrant, surtout après avoir voyageé d'un autre pays, comme nous l'espérions d'être relaxés à l'arrivée. Bien que l'unité elle-même ait un potentiel, le manque de nettoyage et de préparation avant notre entrée était un problème important. Globalement, je recommande cette place pour son emplacement, mais il faut améliorer la propreté et la préparation des invités.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

Over all okay but scary. The room was cleaned, just make an adjustment kaasi barado yung agusan ng tubig sa may cr. During our stayed, Around 10 evening, may sumusubok magbukas ng door namin, nakita pa namin sa bintana na tumakbo. Please make the area safer for the customer. Kasi kung ganyan lagi, walang magtatagal na customer sa inyo. The service was okay, very accommodating and approachable.

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

All the staff and the management are very much approachable Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.

We're rating the cleanliness on average only since we saw big cockroaches inside the room. Also please clean your bathroom including the door. Your sofa has stains too, much better to change it or dry clean. Also put deodorizer or air freshener inside the room, especially on 2 days booking. We're not uploading photos for privacy, since you've good service naman. That's all.

Nous avons check-in à 8 h et nous étions fatigués. Nous avions prévu de rester pour une nuit. Le personnel du bureau frontal a pris la photo de la confirmation de réservation que j'ai réservée via trip.com en ligne. Quand tout ce que je pensais était bien, à 10 h 30 , mon mari et moi étions déjà endormis rapidement , et quelqu'un du personnel de l'hôtel a continué à baiser sur notre porte juste pour demander la confirmation de la réservation. Sans ouvrir, je lui ai demandé si ça allait bien le lendemain, car nous dormons déjà. Mais il continue à baiser. C'était une expérience annonçante pour nous. Plus papier tissu n'est pas gratuit. La localisation n'est pas facile à trouver parce que l'adresse n'est pas exacte dans l'application. Le numéro de contact posté n'est pas en service. Nous avons choisi de rester pour une nuit et de partir tôt le lendemain.
