Generally, that would be plenty reason to recommend the hotel. Continue reading … If you stay here do NOT book the mini room. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room in my life. I’ve stayed in NYC where rooms are known to be small, but this place took it to the next level. The bed was tiny and shoved up against a wall. If you’re staying with your partner, one of you will need to climb over the other. If you’ve got any kind of luggage, that’ll take the remaining floor space, literally. We found it almost impossible to open our luggage. Due to the rooms triangle shape everything about the room is simply awkward. You could barely turn around in the shower without hitting a wall. Walking into the bathroom alone was a challenge and I’m not a very large person at all. If you’re a larger person or needing room for a wheelchair or walker, this room isn’t for you. If you’re traveling as a couple, this room isn’t for you. This was booked through a travel agent so we didn’t know this was the room that was booked. I wish I had, but truth is even the pictures didn’t make this room look as uncomfortable as it was in real life. This isn’t where our discomfort ended. The ventilation system was pumping outdoor odor into the room. Add the fact the room is small, you can see how this quickly became an issue. I’m also not sure if they have some sort of toilet paper shortage, but we had to ask for TP twice. They never give you more than one and didn’t add any after tidying up the room even though it was obvious we’d need some with 2 nights left in our stay. Simply, we never looked forward to returning to our room. We never got a decent nights rest. This room shouldn’t be an option for anyone that’s not traveling alone. If you stay in one of the larger rooms you may have a different experience, but this was our experience and it was our only negative experience in Barcelona. The breakfast is ok. It’s convenient, but you can find better for about the same price. Location was fine. It didn’t seem unsafe to us. It’s right outside some of the major sites so expect to walk or take a cab.

L'environnement et les installations sont bons, mais la réception nous a presque facturé le double de la taxe de séjour car nous avons d'abord entreposé nos bagages et sommes revenus le soir. Ce n'est pas bon... Je suis diplômé du tourisme et je sais que Barcelone doit payer la taxe de séjour et c'est payé selon le nombre d'étoiles Donc au moment du dépôt, le personnel de la réception avait déjà facturé, et après notre retour du jeu, un nouveau groupe de personnes nous a demandé de payer la taxe de séjour. J'ai dit qu'ils avait payé, et ils ont dû demander quel genre de personne était de service le matin. C'est une mauvaise expérience de voir les relevés de paiement par carte bancaire

We arrived just after check-in time to find only two working at their reception desk. Each with guests and one ahead of us in line. We waited patiently for around 10 minutes as they slowly managed to complete the check in of one. In that time the line had grown with 8 more guests waiting behind me to check in as well. I was next to check in, or thought I was, but an additional check in person stepped up to another station to help. But instead of asking for the next one he just helped an impatient guest waiting off to the side instead, making me wait almost 20 minutes just to check in. And beyond just changing you for the room they take a deposit, which I never had happen to me before. I have had hotels put credit cards on file but not actual deposits on top of the room charge. After we got to the room, had a lovely view but the windows were very dirty and couldn’t even take good pictures from it. Then after getting back from going out and about we found the phone and tv were dead. So no room service available or entertainment in our room . I went down to the front desk and asked about it and they said the whole building was out and there was nothing they could do. After we went to bed we were awoken by a maintenance man at 12:30 at night asking to fix our tv. I told him we were sleeping. I was so upset they would even think to send someone at that time of night, when I didn’t even ask them to come, I could hardly sleep after that. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask them about resending the maintenance man back to the room while we were out but they explained the whole building phone and tv was still out. I then asked why they would send someone to fix our tv in the middle of the night. They had no explanation. As of our last night here still no tv, phone, or room service. They have no estimate on when it might come back. For what I thought was a higher end hotel their customer service is lacking and maintenance of their building sub-standard.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel au design plus que sympa avec un personnel agréable et bien sur, une mention spéciale pour le geste super sympa pour ma fille qui fêtait ses 18 ans. Je rejoins les autres avis un peu déçus, concernant le spa qui est payant mais c'est là mon seul point négatif, du coup nous ne l'avons pas testé. Concernant la situation, l’établissement est à 5 min d'une station de métro mais on est allés sur le port à pied plusieurs fois la balade se fait facilement. Les petits dej sont plus que corrects avec un grand choix salé comme sucré et du thé de qualité. Nous avons trouvé la literie très bien ainsi que la partie salle de bain avec tous les accessoires fournis. je recommande cet établissement

Le petit déjeuner est livré dans la chambre, et il y a aussi un service chinois, donc je dois le fournir tôt quand je pars, et je suis satisfait. Le service est bon, les chambres sont grandes, la famille peut bien vivre et cuisiner, ce qui est très pratique.

L’hôtel est situé près d’une station de métro, point positif. Le personnel est très accueillant, par contre les chambres sont vieillottes et ne correspondent pas aux photos. Literie pas terrible et chambre très bruyante, par rapport à la circulation. Petit dej pas terrible..l’hôtel est un peu cher…

C'est vraiment pratique à l'étage de la gare, c'est très pratique pour prendre le train. Hygiène : Très neuf et propre Service : bon ; service : bon ; service : bon ; service : bon ; goût : bon ; service : bon ; service : bon ;. Environnement : Bon et très pratique, proche de la station de métro

Tout était très correct, sauf la chambre, j'ai demandé un grand lit et ils ont mis deux petits ensemble, il était déjà tard donc ils n'ont pas pu nous donner une autre chambre.

Hostel sans luxe, réception très modeste, l'entrée à l'auberge donne une impression plus mauvaise que ce que vous trouvez en fait, c'est un auberge très acceptable pour faire la nuit. Chambre avec deux lits avec les mesures nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. Cleaning très acceptable, je n'ai trouvé rien à souligner, les bains sont également bien entretenus. Centre, à environ 15 minutes de Las Ramblas. Vous avez l'Avenue du Paralelo à côté, où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et des arrêts d'autobus.

La chambre est décorée avec gout, grande et confortable. ( les chambres sont même parfaitement insonorisée ) en revanche des prises arrachées et des fixation dans la douche qui ne sont pas au niveau d'un 4étoiles. Le personnel est fort sympathique et professionnel. La vue du roof top est incroyable même si il n'est pas très propre ... Les cocktails sont bon même si une carte des boissons serait une bonne idée. Globalement l'hôtel est sur certain point incroyable ( la vue et le métro au pied de l'hôtel ) mais il faudrait une plus grande propreté sur le toit et réparer les petits défauts dans les chambres et ce serait très bien !
