Great customer service. Everyone was so nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I love the separate seating area with the small kitchen. Just like a mini apartment. This hotel is close to the airport, shopping and my kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Le centre de la ville est situé dans une zone de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, mais le lit était très calme et il était très calme. Le matin suivant, il a commencé le jour, pour être salué par un centipede qui sortait de sous le toilette, et le toilette ne se déroule pas. Premièrement, j'ai été offert une autre chambre. Je dis non. Il a été offert à nouveau. Je dis non à nouveau. Le gars a finalement accepté de rembourser mes restants nuits (il l'a fait sur papier), mais il a appelé plus tard pour dire à son collègue qui nous a vérifié la nuit avant que je disais « j'aimais la chambre » et ne devra pas avoir un remboursement. Note à la direction : Tolérance et désir de quelque chose sont tout à fait différentes choses. Il était une chaîne budgétaire décente, mais maintenant ils laissent les franchisés s'inscriver dans toutes les variétés d'hôtels à l'abri, et je les ai fait!
