Super personnel, tous étaient super aimables, préventifs et prêts à l'aide. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon. Tout ce qu'on a besoin était là. Les chambres n'étaient pas les plus grandes, mais bien équipées et fonctionnelles. Beau douche grande ...

Bon hôtel, parking gratuit, l'hôtel est très calme, rapport qualité prix, il ya un supermarché autour, il est très pratique d'acheter des marchandises, il y a quelqu'un sur la réception tout le jour, il peut séjourner à minuit.

TL;TR: We had a terrible experience. AC doesn't work properly (the lowest temperature setting was 24 and the hotel couldn't do anything about that). Not worth the money. In case of any problems, do not count on reasonable compensation if they offer you compensation at all. Management is rude and receptionists will misinform you if that suits the hotel's interest. The hotel is far from anything, including reliable public transport. --------------------------------------- OPINION: 1. Our AC did not work (the lowest setting was 24C) - they offered to open a window... to the noisy highway next door; as compensation, we were offered 2 drinks! 2. Do not trust their Clean Promise policy! The cleaning Service does not do their job properly. We think some places are left uncleaned: there were breadcrumbs on the table left and the sink also had a few dirt marks left. 3. The place is far from anything, including reliable busses that occasionally do not arrive at all after 8 PM and you need to take a 20-25 mins walk from the train station. 4. First, you lie, and you put words into other's people mouths: - I never said you ”treated me with hostility”, I said you were rude, - I never said ”Cool the room down to 10 degrees”, we wanted the temperature below 24, you and your employee knew and saw the problem and couldn't do anything about it, - I never in our exchange mentioned booking the wrong hotel because that was not the problem - I have no idea how you made such an irrelevant connection and what is going on up there. Finally, you continue misleading people. Yes, you immediately offered ”2 drinks on the house” but it clearly(!) was not enough for the problems we met, but... If did not understand the difference between a refund and compensation. After huge problems, you offered us a room change... on the very last night (you expected us to move to another room with all our things after 8 PM when we returned to the hotel?). And, you never offered ”the total amount back” but just one night when we expected 2 nights for the inconvenience caused. Lisa, you clearly do not know how to speak and how to treat a client in a respectable way when a problem appears, so they recommend you later. We will never want to have anything to do with not just your hotel but the whole brand of Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel pulito, posizione fuori da Monaco ma raggiungibile in 20 minuti,camere spaziose e pulite, ma cibo a dir poco imbarazzante ...una vergogna,poca roba e cattiva, pasta senza condimento...niente olio,niente formaggio. Da dimenticare, forse non preparati per la cucina.

Pour la première fois je me sens vraiment trompé et ne comprends plus le monde, comment il peut arriver ici à de si bonnes cotes... heureusement chaque personne est différente. Mais mon impression personnelle est la suivante : Sur Booking com, cet hôtel se présente comme un hôtel d'affaires, des messieurs en costume-cravate s'installent nonchalamment dans leur chambre pour préparer leur rendez-vous... Oui, l'hôtel est facile d'accès, mais de Bien sûr, c'est direct Situé à un carrefour autoroute/autoroute. Si vous aimez avoir les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit, c'est très bruyant. Sinon, les fenêtres sont effectivement insonorisées. Notre chambre était très petite, l'eau ne s'écoulait pas dans le lavabo et des cheveux dégoûtants qui avaient été coupés courts sortaient du lavabo (je vais sauter la photo). Sur avis amical le matin, le manque n'a pas été éliminé le soir, ni remarqué par le personnel de nettoyage qui était là pour faire les lits ! ?? Ensuite, nous avons été autorisés à changer de chambre le soir. Il y a une lumière vacillante et un crochet manquant pour la trousse de toilette. Un jet d'eau super modeste sortait des deux douches... Le petit déjeuner : incroyable !! Quelques confitures en plastique, des assiettes de fromage/saucisse sans amour, des yaourts en plastique ; pas d'œufs, pas de bacon, pas de lait, pas de petits pains aux céréales sur demande : pas d'œufs pour le moment à cause du Corona, hein ?? Pas de bar, pas de nourriture, réception occupée occasionnellement. Donc, si vous êtes de passage et que vous avez besoin d'une chambre pour dormir facilement accessible, avec un parking gratuit (éloges) et que vous n'appréciez pas particulièrement le petit-déjeuner, vous pouvez vous enregistrer ici. Je ne peux pas trouver un hôtel d'affaires décontracté dans cet endroit. Avec tous les tracas, la pauvre dame qui s'occupait de tout « l'hôtel » toute seule était très gentille ! Merci pour ça! Un conseil si vous vous retrouvez vraiment là-bas : Juste en face, derrière le rond-point, il y a une super boulangerie avec un super petit déjeuner 😉
