Situation: vous avez deux gares à proximité, Ostbanhof est le suivant, vous pourrez partir de l'aéroport en 25 minutes, ils ont également une gare d'autobus à environ 50 m de l'entrée de l'hôtel, Il y a un magasin, À 40 m de la ville et à de nombreux restaurants de Kreuzberg 5-10 minutes à pied, ceci peut inclure le club Watergate. La chambre était très propre et confortable, le WiFi fonctionne correctement et le personnel vous reçoit toujours avec un sourire. Le petit déjeuner est bien servi, avec de nombreuses options, je suis surpris que le chef supervise tous les jours comment il allait. Ils ont aussi beaucoup de parking.

Il a été très bien placé dans le centre de Berlin, il a été très bien placé dans le centre de Berlin. La location était excellente avec une arrêt de bus juste dehors vous emmène au centre de Berlin et aussi la gare de Ostbahnhof qui n'était pas loin, peut-être 10 minutes. Mercedesplatz était juste derrière l'hôtel qui était vraiment bon et avait une grande variété de places à manger et à boire et toujours une grande atmosphère.

L'hôtel est propre, le personnel est sympathique et serviable. seulement vous devez l'approcher en taxi. Ubahn est à environ 400 m, mais il serait peut-être préférable d'accéder à Ubahn à proximité qui manque du tout fortement recommandé

Hotel bien placé au centre de Berlin proches de plusieurs stations de transport public. Aéroport est à 45 minutes par le train express régional ou le métro. Plusieurs monument Berlinois sont accessibles moyennant 30 minutes de marche à pieds. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues et spacieuses. Les règles COVID-19 sont respectées. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et complet avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Une salle de fitness avec spa est accessible pour les clients de l’hôtel Personnel très professionnel.

I stayed with a group last weekend at Industriepalast. I had a room that I shared with two friends, all seemed fine. I left my Nintendo Switch on the table thinking I could do that if only I, some friends and personnel of the hostel had access to the room. When we got back to the hotel in the evening though, the console itself was gone. I went to the reception to ask if someone might have taken it or brought to lost and found on accident. The employees were just rude about the whole thing and accused my friends of stealing from me. We checked all our bags to see if maybe someone put it in one of our bags while cleaning but nothing was found. They told me they would ask housekeeping if they saw the thing in my room and of course they didn't and once again the people from reception said it was my own fault and I must have lost it somewhere myself. If I wanted to get anymore help they told me to just report it to the police. The security in the hostel itself is awful as well, during the day people at the reception did not pay attention to who walked in at all nor did they bother, they were more busy with themselves. All with all it was a horrible experience and I would recommend all people that want to make a reservation at this hostel to stay as far away as possible.

L'hôtel est nouveau et dispose de décorations élégantes. L'hôtel est très confortable pour deux jours - lit doux, chambre propre et agréablement odeur, spacieuse et bien équipée. La fermeture de bus est juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel qui vous emmène aux grandes stations. Je vais certainement rester à nouveau.

The hotel experience starts with their website and is a clue to the creativity put into this place. We stayed in a loft room that faced the courtyard. The loft is unique and does require climbing a ladder and a little hike to get in the bed. The room was small, clean, had a TV with its own preset content, pretty poor WiFi, cute yoga/exercise room on different floor and very nice breakfast buffet with lots of vegan options. Open windows allowed airflow along with some music/courtyard noise that eventually got quiet and although its nonsmoking rooms unusual smells came from courtyard which caused us to close window. The challenge is with window closed it got unbearably stuffy in our room. It’s the main reason for four vs five stars. I would recommend the hotel simply not allow staff, guests or otherwise to smoke there at all. The hotel reception desk,housekeeping, and breakfast staff were very friendly, hardworking and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also recommended to try at least once which also had vegan options and excellent staff. The cafe had excellent staff as well just very few vegan food options.

Avant toute chose, nous avions réservés une chambre classique avec vue et avons été surclassées dans une junior suite, les quelques bémols à venir sont donnés à titre informatif pour ceux qui paieraient le tarif normal pour une telle chambre. Chambre (521) très spacieuse de 55m² avec vue sur la Spree (pas idéale car bâtiment en retrait des deux autres), comprenant un lit king size, une baignoire, une douche, deux toilettes et une partie salon (avec piano). La chambre était très agréable mais nous avons regretté qu'il n'y ait pas ai moins une bouteille d'eau et un snack dans le mini bar. Le petit-déjeuner (25€, était inclus dans notre offre) est très varié, avec de bons produits et une belle terrasse pour le manger quand il fait beau. Compter 10min à pieds jusqu'aux transports en commun. Ce fût un séjour très agréable, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir (si les offres restent aussi intéressantes).

Bonne auberge, super bien placée entre 2 gares ( 10 min à pieds ). Autour de beaucoup de choses sympathiques et facile d’accès. Attention, pas d’ascenseur. Chambre assez bien mais salle de bain pas très propre car toujours une flaque au sol ( après ça dépend de vos colocataires ) Auberge très jolie, photomaton et boule disco, distributeur… cuisine commune a disposition et frigo.

J'ai laissé mes bagages ici à l'avance et il n'a pas été possible de s'enregistrer à trois heures de l'après-midi. Il y avait une vignette à l'enregistrement. La réception nous a donné une chambre avec quelqu'un et a glissé la carte. Un homme était allongé sur le lit. Heureusement, c'était effrayant de porter des vêtements. Allant la trouver pour résoudre le problème, c'est elle qui s'est trompée, mais elle a eu peur et n'était pas très satisfaite. Les conditions sanitaires ne sont pas très bonnes, le transport est très pratique, il y a des supermarchés dm et rewe à proximité, et il y a un grand centre commercial près de la gare.
