Nous nous attendions au vu des photos d’être plus prêt de la mer…en fait c’est un effet de photographe donc à l’arrière de l’hôtel il y a des bâtiments très moches et devant plein de voitures et un vrai bazar jusqu’à au moins 2 heures du mat ‘ car c’est la rue principale qui amène au site historique ( sachant qu’on est en dehors du fameux site ). Nous avions pris une grande suite en duplex avec 2 salles de bains . Le lit est dur mais c’est correct , il y a 2 petites salles de bain c’est pratique , 1 balcon et la déco est joli mais au 1 er étage un salon sans grand intérêt avec une fenêtre au sol donc pas besoin de prendre cette suite ! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et la vue de la terrasse est très jolie , il y a un beau roof top ! Le service est très bon ! Il y a un parking à l’arrière ! Le prix est très correct donc nous avons été content de cet hôtel .

Zagaia On the positive side - Great infrastructure and recreational staff for kids Beautiful grounds Travel agency that books your activities in Bonito for you. Good breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.

La piscine est merveilleuse et dans les jours chauds, autour des n passe-temps est essentiel La position est excellente près de tout Le service du récepteur Roberto a été exceptionnel, a donné des conseils excellents d'où manger, acheter et était encore compagnie en attendant le Receptif pour les excursions . De suggestion je pense que vous pourriez avoir des variations dans le café de la matinée, vous durera la semaine parce que c'était presque toujours la même chose, bien que tout très agréable , est devenu répété.

hôtel simple, mais très bien situé. Attentions extrêmement demandeuses , je ne me souviendrai pas le nom de tous mais l'accent est pour la gentille Gabriele. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Café de petit déjeuner simple mais bien servi n'a pas laissé à désirer en rien. Ameiii et je remercie déjà l'ensemble de l'équipe qui nous a répondu. Pour qui veut plus en compte et avec bon coût avantage je recommande sans aucun doute .

L'hôtel est dans un morseau, loin du centre, donc il est bon d'être en voiture. Le lieu est un premier, souuper bien soigné, beau, délicieux et qui apporte la paix à qui on y a. Le service est quelque chose de hors de la commune. Carol et sa famille sont exceptionnels, gentils, demandeurs, font le meilleur pour chaque invité ! C'était une expérience incroyable de les connaître et de profiter d'une attention si spéciale. Ils ont un tout un modèle dans le petit déjeuner, en raison de la pandémie, en utilisant des panneaux individuels avec les articles de petit déjeuner que nous avons choisi le jour précédent. Tout est très bien préservé et préparé. Chaque chalet a sa balcone privée, ce qui rend extrêmement agréable d'être là .... regarder et entendre les sons de la nature. La piscine est un autre attrait de la partie, vous vous sentez bien seulement parce qu'il y a là! La vue est magnifique avec des arbres autour et de nombreux oiseaux. Une délicieuse pour se détendre à la fin de la journée et pour voir les étoiles avant de dormir. L'air conditionné est des anciens (bruit) ... Nous n'utilisons presque pas. L'espace de la chambre est bon et a un balcon sur le sac pour mettre les vêtements mouillés. Il aide beaucoup, car la plupart des voyages impliquent la baignade. Nous aimons chaque moment où nous étions là, avec la pluie et le soleil ! :)

La chambre triple que nous avons été super confortable, bonne lit, bonne douche, grand bain. Liquidez et échangez des toiles quotidiennement. Petit-déjeuner très bon avec une variété de jus, gâteau, sels et pains. Gentils fonctionnaires et avec de bonnes conseils sur la ville et des excursions. La piscine est merveilleuse et dans les jours chauds, autour des n passe-temps est essentiel La position est excellente près de tout Le service du récepteur Roberto a été exceptionnel, a donné des conseils excellents d'où manger, acheter et était encore compagnie en attendant le Receptif pour les excursions . De suggestion je pense que vous pourriez avoir des variations dans le café de la matinée, vous durera la semaine parce que c'était presque toujours la même chose, bien que tout très agréable , est devenu répété.

hôtel simple, mais très bien situé. Attentions extrêmement demandeuses , je ne me souviendrai pas le nom de tous mais l'accent est pour la gentille Gabriele. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Café de petit déjeuner simple mais bien servi n'a pas laissé à désirer en rien. Ameiii et je remercie déjà l'ensemble de l'équipe qui nous a répondu. Pour qui veut plus en compte et avec bon coût avantage je recommande sans aucun doute .

L'hôtel est dans un morseau, loin du centre, donc il est bon d'être en voiture. Le lieu est un premier, souuper bien soigné, beau, délicieux et qui apporte la paix à qui on y a. Le service est quelque chose de hors de la commune. Carol et sa famille sont exceptionnels, gentils, demandeurs, font le meilleur pour chaque invité ! C'était une expérience incroyable de les connaître et de profiter d'une attention si spéciale. Ils ont un tout un modèle dans le petit déjeuner, en raison de la pandémie, en utilisant des panneaux individuels avec les articles de petit déjeuner que nous avons choisi le jour précédent. Tout est très bien préservé et préparé. Chaque chalet a sa balcone privée, ce qui rend extrêmement agréable d'être là .... regarder et entendre les sons de la nature. La piscine est un autre attrait de la partie, vous vous sentez bien seulement parce qu'il y a là! La vue est magnifique avec des arbres autour et de nombreux oiseaux. Une délicieuse pour se détendre à la fin de la journée et pour voir les étoiles avant de dormir. L'air conditionné est des anciens (bruit) ... Nous n'utilisons presque pas. L'espace de la chambre est bon et a un balcon sur le sac pour mettre les vêtements mouillés. Il aide beaucoup, car la plupart des voyages impliquent la baignade. Nous aimons chaque moment où nous étions là, avec la pluie et le soleil ! :)

Hotel Pousada Villas is located of the southern part of Bonito at walking distance of the centre. The hotel is modest & comfortable and offers rooms over 2 floors. Walls are thin. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Staff is friendly but don’t expect much English. Our room was cramped with a good double bed and a single bed. There was no space for a chair. The room had TV, air-conditioning, desk & wardrobe, and fridge. The small safe was a joke as it was free standing at the desk and not bolted to anyting. We had a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. All was clean. The window can be opened. The buffet breakfast is very good: a choice of cookies & cakes, bread & rolls, ham & cheeses, butter & marmalade, scrambled eggs & Brazilian sausage-cuts in sauce, juices & fresh fruits, cereals & yoghurt, tea & coffee. We found Pousada Villas comfortable, and we had a good stay.

O lugar mais aconchegante, tranquilo e humanizado de Bonito, com funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Higiene dos quartos impecável, estrutura segura e acolhedora, com atenção 24h por dia por parte dos funcionarios. Para quem gosta de tranquilidade e se integrar com a natureza, possui um lago e um gramado lindo, área com piscina, quadra de areia e estacionamento proximo a entrada dos quartos,boa iluminação. Local seguro e muito proximo do centro com acesso facil a todas as atrações, que podem ser contratadas pela propria pousada pois possui agência no local. Minha família e eu elegemos como nossa casa em Bonito.

Zagaia On the positive side - Great infrastructure and recreational staff for kids Beautiful grounds Travel agency that books your activities in Bonito for you. Good breakfast. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber ***** on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber ***** was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.
