Mon troisième voyage à Boracay, ma première fois était dans Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, mais c'était trop loin, la deuxième fois que nous étions à Villa De Oro, et pour ma troisième fois, nous étions ici à La Carmela. La résidence de La Carmela était une décision de raccordement mais une décision vraiment mémorable. Mais je dois dire que certains employés ne sont pas si dévoués et passionnés de ce qu'ils font, sauf pour les personnels de sécurité qui étaient tous très bien placés. J'attendais beaucoup de la part de La Carmela, puisque M. Boy Abunda a toujours promouvé ce resort pendant tous ses spectacles, en plus de cela, tant de celebrités et même d'influences ont séjourné à La Carmela et semblait aimer leurs services. Mais, malheureusement, toutes mes attentes n'ont pas été satisfaites. J'ai juste souhaité qu'ils puissent accroître leurs services, y compris les services personnels à leurs clients, surtout parce qu'il y a déjà beaucoup d'hôtels qui se développent comme leurs concurrents. La Carmela est là depuis des années déjà, donc pourquoi ne pas faire de leur héritage un bon. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon pour les voyageurs de budget comme moi. J'espère que vous envisagez tous les points que j'ai mentionnés, Voir vous prochainement, La Carmela. :)

Chambre - Nous avons réservé la chambre avec accès à la piscine. Il était très pratique. Il avait une salle de bains massive avec une grande salle de bains mais nous n'étions pas en mesure d'utiliser. Le lit est confortable. Ils fournissent des pantalons et des bains. Les personnes qui vous accueillent avec un sourire et sont enthousiastes quand nous vous demanderons quelque chose. Le restaurant est très confortable. Location - c'est dans la gare 2 le long de la route. La marche à la plage est de 5 minutes. Ils vous permettent de vous donner des serviettes que vous pouvez utiliser sur les chaises de salon réservées exclusivement aux clients de Hennan. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir et nous voulions prolonger mais nous ne pouvons pas en raison de la contrainte de temps. Le lieu était relaxant. La piscine est belle et vous enthousiasme à nager.

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

La location est très bonne - bon à aller au nord ou au sud de la plage blanche. Le petit déjeuner est propre et le personnel est très bon. Le massage par la piscine est la meilleure valeur de service et de service.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel n'est pas au centre commercial D, mais à une distance acceptable (à moins de 10 minutes en tricycle électrique avec 150 P). La raison pour laquelle j'ai réservé cet hôtel, c'est parce qu'il possède de nombreuses piscines et une plage privée à côté du célèbre point de voyage ”Keyhole”. Les plus belles piscines sont Infinity et Ventana où vous pourrez profiter en même temps de la vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner n'a pas beaucoup de choix et le goût n'est pas très bon au café Laguna, mais la nourriture et les boissons au Fiesta Patio (à côté de la piscine Ventana) sont délicieuses. Dîner là-bas est également relaxant car il est situé presque au niveau le plus élevé, vous pouvez profiter à la fois de la vue sur la piscine et de la vue sur la mer. J'ai joué une partie de 18 trous en louant leur set de golf. Par surprise, le set de golf qui m'a été offert était un driver PXG avec un club de golf Callaway X20. L'état est bon. D'après la photo du commentaire précédent d'un invité, l'herbe était brune, mais lorsque j'ai joué, l'état de l'herbe n'était pas mauvais. La vue sur le 2ème 9 trous n'est pas aussi bonne que celle du premier 9 trous. La plupart des golfeurs étaient Coréens. Nous vivions dans une suite familiale. La chambre est propre et bien rangée. Comme il s'agit d'un complexe de golf, vous ne pouvez pas vous attendre à une très bonne décoration et à un état parfait. Ce que je recommanderais à l'hôtel, c'est qu'ils fournissent un étendoir à vêtements, car les clients doivent sécher leurs maillots de bain après avoir pratiqué des sports nautiques. Les clients peuvent profiter de la plage publique et privée qui sont claires et belles. Il propose de nombreuses activités telles que Crystal Kayak et l'équitation (coût supplémentaire mais pas cher). Le trou de la serrure se trouve également juste à côté de la plage privée tandis que vous pourrez également profiter du coucher de soleil. Si vous souhaitez une chambre pratique à proximité de la réception et du café, vous devez réserver les chambres près de Laguna ; sinon, vous devrez prendre leur navette jusqu'à votre chambre. Des agents de sécurité restent au point de retrait de chaque zone d'hébergement 24h/24. Vous vous rendez simplement au point de retrait, puis ils vous aident à appeler immédiatement la navette. Peut-être avons-nous séjourné dans le complexe en août, ce qui n'est pas la haute saison, chaque fois que la navette était disponible en quelques minutes seulement. En résumé, ce resort convient très bien aux familles et aux amateurs de golf. Si vous voulez simplement profiter de la plage de sable blanc de Boracay, vous devriez choisir les hôtels du centre commercial D où vous pourrez économiser du temps et de l'argent sur les tricycles électriques.

The location is brilliant. Right in the middle of basically everything. Easy access to some of the most famous beaches. The staff are all amazing and welcoming as well, breakfast is tasty and provides multiple choices. Just the swimming pool is a bit small.

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.

Il y a deux types d'hôtels dans le monde : ceux avec gestion et ceux sans. Par exemple, il a fallu plus d'une heure pour me check-in et le petit-déjeuner buffet est si surcru que vous n'avez pas de sièges quand vous avez reçu votre plaque. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. L'hôtel bons bons de 1970 est situé à la station Boat 3, à un peu trop loin du sud de l'action, et dispose de vastes terrains avec plusieurs piscines. Went there for the Valentines day weekend. It was very enjoyable with friendly staff and the suite was clean and wonderful. Very quiet and within walking distance to White Beach and conveniently located near a 24 hour McDonalds and Subway which certainly came in handy when wanting to grab a quick bite to eat. They offered a complimentary free for one day breakfast voucher in their hotel, whuch was also very delicious. Its a bit of a ride to and from the ferry to get there but if you can get a package deal going to there and back certainly recommend it. Plan ahead with one of the local drivers so you have plenty of time to catch your plane as ours flew only once a day to and from Clark in Luzon. But very enjoyable, also wear a lot of sunscreen because its very easy to get sunburned in a short amount of time while having fun in the beautiful crystal clear water as we did. The air conditioning in the room was quite helpful and enjoyable esp after getting sunburned. Although the shower didn't have a door so expect the bathroom floor to get a bit wet easily. Plenty to watch on the cable television in the room as well, bed was a bit rickety sounding on one side but otherwise very comfortable. Easy access to the room with a keycard.
