Hôtels près de Villa Paula à Boracay

Mon troisième voyage à Boracay, ma première fois était dans Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, mais c'était trop loin, la deuxième fois que nous étions à Villa De Oro, et pour ma troisième fois, nous étions ici à La Carmela. La résidence de La Carmela était une décision de raccordement mais une décision vraiment mémorable. Mais je dois dire que certains employés ne sont pas si dévoués et passionnés de ce qu'ils font, sauf pour les personnels de sécurité qui étaient tous très bien placés. J'attendais beaucoup de la part de La Carmela, puisque M. Boy Abunda a toujours promouvé ce resort pendant tous ses spectacles, en plus de cela, tant de celebrités et même d'influences ont séjourné à La Carmela et semblait aimer leurs services. Mais, malheureusement, toutes mes attentes n'ont pas été satisfaites. J'ai juste souhaité qu'ils puissent accroître leurs services, y compris les services personnels à leurs clients, surtout parce qu'il y a déjà beaucoup d'hôtels qui se développent comme leurs concurrents. La Carmela est là depuis des années déjà, donc pourquoi ne pas faire de leur héritage un bon. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon pour les voyageurs de budget comme moi. J'espère que vous envisagez tous les points que j'ai mentionnés, Voir vous prochainement, La Carmela. :)

Chambre - Nous avons réservé la chambre avec accès à la piscine. Il était très pratique. Il avait une salle de bains massive avec une grande salle de bains mais nous n'étions pas en mesure d'utiliser. Le lit est confortable. Ils fournissent des pantalons et des bains. Les personnes qui vous accueillent avec un sourire et sont enthousiastes quand nous vous demanderons quelque chose. Le restaurant est très confortable. Location - c'est dans la gare 2 le long de la route. La marche à la plage est de 5 minutes. Ils vous permettent de vous donner des serviettes que vous pouvez utiliser sur les chaises de salon réservées exclusivement aux clients de Hennan. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir et nous voulions prolonger mais nous ne pouvons pas en raison de la contrainte de temps. Le lieu était relaxant. La piscine est belle et vous enthousiasme à nager.

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

La location est très bonne - bon à aller au nord ou au sud de la plage blanche. Le petit déjeuner est propre et le personnel est très bon. Le massage par la piscine est la meilleure valeur de service et de service.

L'hôtel est excellente parce qu'il est facile de trouver et a une plage devant. Notre chambre pour 4 adultes était assez grande et spacieuse. Les personnels de l'hôtel étaient amis et très confortables. Nous avons également apprécié leur petit-déjeuner buffet. Babalik-balikan! 🤍Kudos! 👏

Nous ne voulons pas encore dire au revoir Mais nous reviendrons sûrement Notre famille a connu Astoria Current pour la troisième fois ; Pourquoi revenons-nous sans cesse ? Laissez-moi vous donner ma liste : - personnel chaleureux et professionnel -excellent emplacement (vous pouvez accéder facilement à la route principale, il y a du talipapa pour vos souvenirs et paluto, des magasins pratiques à proximité, près du terminal de trike, A+ car il est en bord de mer ; près du port d'amarrage pour la visite de l'île ou les activités maritimes) -super petit-déjeuner buffet (nous aimons tous le chocolat chaud : c'est délicieux) - le rapport qualité prix -les piscines sont géniales (piscines pour enfants et adultes) -il y a encore des chaussons (il n'y en a pas dans The District, Henann Garden et Henann Palm) -avec baignoire (douche chaude/froide) -avec un peignoir -J'ai aussi remarqué leur shampoing et leur revitalisant améliorés- ils promettent de la douceur aux cheveux -des cocktails (550 seulement pour un pichet de margarita, ouais ouais ouais, +points pour les buveurs comme nous😂) -climatisation (tu vas frissonner de froid, contrairement à d'autres qui sont faibles, ma tante a dit qu'elle n'y est pas habituée car il n'y a pas d'entrée***🤦🏻‍♀️) -les réceptionnistes font incroyablement bien leur travail avec professionnalisme et de tout cœur, mention spéciale à #JUSTINE Merci Astoria Current pour notre première réunion de famille mémorable hors de la ville

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

The location is brilliant. Right in the middle of basically everything. Easy access to some of the most famous beaches. The staff are all amazing and welcoming as well, breakfast is tasty and provides multiple choices. Just the swimming pool is a bit small.

L'hôtel est très bon, j'ai eu une bonne expérience. Le buffet est servi dans une palette coréenne, de sorte que si vous n'aimez pas la nourriture coréenne ou si vous voulez plus d'un petit déjeuner de style occidental, vous pouvez aussi avoir un restaurant dans une soirée ventée et un toddler à la table, le serveur nous a donné des cocktails dans un verre. Il est tombé et brisé et le personnel a demandé que nous payions 75 pesos pour le verre! Il serait sage de ne pas nous donner le verre en raison du temps et du fait que nous avons un toddler actif. VERY SCAMMY ! Needless to say I felt scammed. BIEN CARREVOUS ! J'ai plaint au bureau de front et j'ai suggéré de ne pas offrir des lunettes à des tables avec des situations similaires, mais ils ne semblent pas s'en soucier, mais ils s'en souciaient certainement de ces 75 pesos! Il y avait une roche dans ma douche, mais le personnel s'en occupait rapidement.

The hotel is rated as 5stars. It is far away from that if you expect a real 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. I would rate it like a 3,5 star hotel. The only category where the hotel reaches a 5 star level is at the prices for food and beverages as well any outside activity. The most worse was the transfer from Hotel to the airport. We get ask to pay 6000 Peso. My deeper question after that answer was what the costing will be if just get to the harbour the answer was - it is the same. the real costs for 5 person is around 2000 peso in total up to the airport departure terminal (the 6000 peso is a discounted price the price list of the hotel say 9600 peso). For a phone call as a customer service a fee of 4000 / 7600 peso for the hotel reminds me at business which brings you in jail. The same is for the drinks and food average double of the prices compare all restaurants we had visited and I do not talk about cheap restaurants. Furthermore, it takes typical 20 minutes for a coffee and one hour for a pizza in a non-busy time. The hotel itself have a nice beach location the pool is good and cosy the rooms are clean. I join a lot of 5 star hotel in Asia and middle east and I believe I can make a proper judgment about the hotel capability and costing ratio. The hotel is good just complete overpriced for what they are able to deliver. The guest is not seen as a guest you get easy the feeling the milk cow arrived let take all his milk. For me a one time experience never again.
