Hôtels à Las Palmas avec petit déjeuner

Séjour agréable. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. La réceptionniste était aimable et nous a donné de bons conseils sur la région.

Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable. A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled. Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe. In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative. It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice. Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

The hotel is lovely all around but there was no functioning AC. There is a display where you can push buttons but neither the fan controls nor the AC controls do anything. After hours of leaving it on a low temp it was still 24.5 degrees. This trumps the fantastic rooftop views and the cozy decor because it means you can't sleep. I only stayed one night but unless they could guarantee that the AC is not just for show I would not return

The room is quite small and there isn't much space for suitcase or two people to sit and eat a meal but the bathroom is very very nice and the bed is quite comfortable. Staff is there 24/7 to help you and the location is perfect to the shopping centre and local restaurants! Really recommend!

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Great choice at breakfast. Excellent location near the sea, shops, restaurants and buses. I intend to return.

Superbe hôtel et surtout bien situé avec les transports juste à côté et la plage vraiment pas loin. Quartier agréable.

L'emplacement est excellent, juste à côté de la plage la plus animée de Las Palmas, il n'y a rien à proximité. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche est à seulement deux pas. Le bus sur l'île est très développé. Il est très pratique d'aller n'importe où. L'hôtel est sur la gauche. Un grand supermarché, les nécessités quotidiennes, les fruits sont encore très bon marché, il est fermé à neuf heures, faites attention à l'avance, car il est très proche de la plage, la baignade et le soleil sont également très pratiques. La chambre est très spacieuse, nous avons tous les deux quelque chose à mettre, le lit n'est pas trop étroit, la salle de bain est très spacieuse, et le ménage est très propre La réception est très accueillante et vous dira bonjour à chaque entrée ou sortie l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de types de petit-déjeuner, mais il y en a, des fruits et de la viande, du pain divers, des œufs, du jambon, des saucisses, du jus de café, il convient de mentionner qu'il y a du jus de fruits fraîchement pressé et du yaourt, très bon à boire L'hôtel a deux terrasses pour bronzer et le paysage est superbe. Il y a aussi un spectacle de dj le soir, mais malheureusement, il n'a pas été terminé. L'hôtel propose également un parking gratuit, ce qui est très pratique pour les personnes qui louent une voiture autour de l'île. La seule chose est que toutes les chambres n'ont pas vue sur la mer. Nous sommes restés à l'intérieur cette fois, mais heureusement il y a une terrasse. Lors de la réservation, n'oubliez pas de noter la chambre vue mer, et il y a une odeur étrange dans notre chambre. C'est parti pour une journée.

C'est un hôtel assez ancien du centre ville qui a été rénové, donc c'est plutôt bien. Le prix est élevé pour les installations de l'hôtel mais il est vrai qu'il est très central. Pour les poussettes et les personnes handicapées, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour accéder à la réception et un chariot élévateur est utilisé. Il n'y a pas de parking et à la réception ils vous proposent un prix moins cher en accord avec un parking public voisin, même si en réalité le prix est le même si vous le payez directement sur le parking.

Habitación muy limpia y cómoda con todo lo necesario y con opción de música directamente desde el móvil a los altavoces de la habitación, luces personalizables en Led, nos ha parecido muy completo para la zona y el precio genial

Buona ubicazione centrale, arredamento moderno e recente, reception rapida e cortese, solo la prima colazione non è all' altezza... Pochi minuti dopo le 7:30 non c'era quasi più nulla e nessuno si preoccupava di rifornire di cibi, succo di arancia industriale imbevibile ... Caffè al limite... Peccato!
