UUtilisateur anonymePros: Les gens étaient amis et utiles. La villa était très bien gardée, avec excellentes vues sur l'océan. Tout agréablement surpris par les puddings et les boissons complimentaires.
Cons: Incapable de conduire directement à la villa en raison de la politique de sécurité. Cela a fait très désavantage le chargement/déchargement des bagages. Le passage au parc de voiture a nécessité la négociation d'une tige de tombe de caverne, qui était encore plus dangereuse dans des conditions de faible lumière. Recommandez d'améliorer ceci avec des escaliers ou des chemins de parcours.

我哋較夜到達酒店，司機搵唔到門口，幫我哋搵，點知隔咗一陣，就有職員跑落嚟問我哋係咪訂咗房，真係跑！！再司機泊車位置，之後幫我哋攞哂行李，又係跑上去！！！服務好到我哋全家呆咗！！
入到酒店，空氣調節得非常好，因為外面係-10度，但室內好暖，又唔焗，所以好舒服，房間唔算大，但有齊傳統日式房間嘅嘢，擺設都好靚，不過如果行李較大同較多，就會變得好迫，但其實有家的感覺。
因為一泊二食，所以有齊晚餐早餐，都係精緻懷石料理，每餐也有職員提前到房間帶領我哋到餐廳，自己一個房間，沒有任何人打擾。
溫泉區有室內同室外，不算大，但足夠，我哋浸咗兩次都碰唔到人，包場，正！！
Check out 後，職員鞠躬到見唔到我哋架車！！有哂傳統日本人嘅禮儀！！！
呢間我哋一定會再嚟體驗！！！

SSyazwan MokhtarI had an amazing time at this hotel. You will need to take 15 minutes taxi ride to reach here from Otaru station. It's right by the beach. Room is super spacious and comforting. There's kitchen and dining area. It was snowing so the balcony is filled with snow but the view is just so amazing. The staffs are very helpful. You can check in early with a small fee. Breakfast was simple. Complete amenities.

UUtilisateur anonymeIt was a cute boutique hotel with nice bonus facilities! Room is nicely designed and functional, with warm colors feel homey and comfy. Too bad we didn’t get the bath tub room as they were fully booked. Views from the window is mountaneous area, very nice! Bed and pillows are comfortable. Surface area for stuff are generous and practical, even enough space for sofa. Too bad they don’t give free coffee or at least instant coffee, only tea. No onsen. Music box night was awesome! Feels like a romantic dinner setting, but the smell of lamp oil was too much, gave me headache so I couldn’t stay for long, even though I would love to support the hotels and all of the polite and friendly staff by dining there. Staff are wonderful, smiles and polite and professional! During this trip we felt like Japanese staff in general are becoming a bit cold toward tourists but this hotel’s staff are not like that! We appreciate you guys. Thank you!

The room was spacious and nicely furnished. Having a private bath was definitely a plus.

Wwantasuadบ้านพักอาจจะอยู่ไกลจากตัวเมืองหน่อยแต่ว่าเหมาะกับคนที่ชอบความเงียบและนั่งฟังเสียงแม่น้ำเพราะเดินมาฝั่งตรงข้ามก็จะเจอแม่น้ำไหลแรงมาก ไม่ไกลก็มีเซเว่นและมีรถบัสผ่าน ถือว่าเดินทางได้สะดวก

CC.YapVery convenient location if you are into skii/snowboarding. It’s quite centralized to majority of the slopes and only 30mins drive to Otaru town. Only downside there is no food nearby by the hotel itself has 2 restaurant. The Japanese one was superb, good food with reasonable price, sadly only open few days a week.

IInvitéI booked for RM150, and this is my best hotel I stayed in Sapporo. The location is near the tourist area but its within neighborhood area, and its uphill. So for anyone with luggage might be struggling a bit if u dont have car. But, the view is amazing, and they gave me a room with snow view as i requested. The room are spotless, comfortable and have personal heater inside. The staff also very friendly and accomodating esp when I asked to borrow a charger. The public bath also big and u might have it all to yourself honestly (not that many guest during my stay). I would love to come back!
