Hôtels à Sendai avec petit déjeuner

The first thing I'll write about Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae is the good location. It's right next to Aobadori Station, but there is only a stairway down. An elevator is located not too far away, and I'll get to that in the last part of this review. The lobby of the hotel has a nice ambience, and the hotel offers one complimentary drink and a complimentary bowl of soba noodles. Since the majority of hotel guests take advantage of these offers, the lobby and bar can be crowded during both day and night (until 22:00). The staff whom I interacted with, especially the young lady upon check-in, were all very friendly and helpful. Water coolers are available on each floor next to the elevators, so if it's late at night and you're out of water, you don't have to go far. This is a good service by the hotel. I really like the fact that from the ground level, you can take the elevator directly up to your room floor, bypassing the usually busy and crowded lobby. When it comes to sound insulation between rooms, unfortunately this was not too good. I was able to hear my neighbours banging their limbs, suitcases, clothes hangers etc. against the walls. I didn't really hear talking, but that's probably because my neighbours were Japanese and talked to each other in low tones (non-Japanese people should emulate this). As for noise from the streets, my room faced another building (which was what I requested), so I didn't hear much traffic noise. The shower temperature in my first room fluctuated badly. It would be hot for about 30 seconds, then it turned cold for a minute, then hot again for 15 seconds, then cold again for a long time. The hotel staff helped me switch to a different room, and the shower temperature in the second room was fine. The furniture in the rooms are a bit old, but that's not a big issue. The fridges on the other hand are too small and not cold, the hotel should purchase larger and better units. A nitpick of mine is having to use the television to choose the 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the cleaners. I'd much rather a switch next to the door, or the traditional sign to hang on the doorknob. I did not have breakfast at the hotel nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those services. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. I hope that in the future the sound insulation between rooms can be vastly improved, and that the hotel can provide physical 'Do Not Disturb' signs or switches. Side note: If you have large luggage and need an elevator, you have to walk south just a little along Atagokamisugi-dori, and soon you'll see an elevator to the underground station. When you get into this elevator, get to the lowest level, and when walking to Sendai station via the underground passage, there is another elevator in an oddly-angled corner. The Premier version of Daiwa Roynet. The room for 3 persons was about 2sqm bigger than the Daiwa Roynet hotel I stayed in Morioka. The difference in size was obvious. It was a functional hotel with good wi-fi speed. The beds were comfortable and we were each given 2 pillows. Toilet and shower area was also a decent size. Basic toiletries like toothbrushes, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash were provided in the room. Location was very good. 1 minute walk from the Sendai Asaichi which was the morning market. 3 minutes walk to Parco 2 and about 7 minutes walk to JR Sendai station where the shinkansen is located. Service from the front desk staff was professional and adequate. Used their help to help me fill up the forms for TAQBIN to send my bags to Tokyo. They have a basic level of English so they relied on their language translator which was fine. There was a 7-11 store and Starbucks at the first level of the hotel. We wouldn't mind staying here again due to the location and the proximity to the JR Sendai and Subway station.

A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

L'hôtel est très amiable pour les voyageurs internationaux, et l'un des membres du personnel peut parler chinois, qui nous a été incroyablement utile. Elle nous a aidé à faire beaucoup de choses pendant notre séjour et a aidé à organiser le stockage des bagages avant l'arrivée, tout en faisant très facilement et confortablement. La chambre est également légèrement plus grande que de nombreux hôtels au Japon, ce qui a fait le séjour plus confortable. Check-in and check-out was really easy. Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.  Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.  Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

Nous étions chez les gens pendant 3 nuits. Les photos sont de après notre séjour, c'est pourquoi il est un peu cassé. Il était très proche de la gare et de nombreux restaurants près, et très proche du marché matinal, qui était très agréable. La chambre était très belle et propre. Un peu spacieuse aussi. Si vous avez une valise, je pense que vous pouvez l'ouvrir de quelque façon. Nous n'avons pas utilisé de service de nettoyage. Ils avaient aussi un signe que vous pourriez utiliser si vous ne vouliez pas de nouveaux serviettes (qui me semblent bien du point de vue environnemental). Les gens étaient gentils et gentils. L'ambiance était aussi bonne. Ils avaient les choses de base, qui était bonne. Nous pensons que nous avons eu un très bon séjour à cet hôtel.

It is quite convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite clean and comfortable; hotel staff is helpful and polite. Free breakfast is nice and yummy.

it's nice, but the walls are very thin and you can hear conversations next door. there were families here. it's not a romance hotel. other than that it's mostly quiet. my biggest complaint is: why only 1 washer & dryer? the breakfast buffet is great. i thought the japanese grocery store food was good and the hotel buffets that were grocery store quality were good, but this was another level. this was restaurant quality. now i know what the grocery store bento boxes are trying to achieve

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.
