Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation.
Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel.
Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional.
Quiet and sleep well.
Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F.
Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026

« Nous étions chez les gens pendant 3 nuits.
Les photos sont de après notre séjour, c'est pourquoi il est un peu cassé.
Il était très proche de la gare et de nombreux restaurants près, et très proche du marché matinal, qui était très agréable.
La chambre était très belle et propre. Un peu spacieuse aussi. Si vous avez une valise, je pense que vous pouvez l'ouvrir de quelque façon. Nous n'avons pas utilisé de service de nettoyage. Ils avaient aussi un signe que vous pourriez utiliser si vous ne vouliez pas de nouveaux serviettes (qui me semblent bien du point de vue environnemental).
Les gens étaient gentils et gentils. L'ambiance était aussi bonne. Ils avaient les choses de base, qui était bonne.
Nous pensons que nous avons eu un très bon séjour à cet hôtel. »

IInvitéIl est resté ici pour une nuit en tant que voyageur solitaire sur mon chemin à Tokyo, ainsi que pour capturer un jeu d'Aguiles d'or Rakuten.
La location était très bonne, il est à 3 minutes à pied de la gare Aobadori JR, mais vous pouvez aussi juste marcher directement de la gare Sendai, il ne prendra pas plus de 6 à 7 minutes, bien que cela pourrait être annonçant si vous avez de gros bagages. Il y a des routes de bus à proximité pour vous emmener à Zuihoden, ou vous pouvez marcher à la ligne métro près pour prendre les lignes Namboku/Tozai.
La chambre était décente, rien de surprenant, mais pour un voyageur seul, elle était plus que suffisante.

L'un des meilleurs et des plus récents hôtels d'affaires où j'ai séjourné pendant mon voyage. Il est proche de la gare de Sendai et du centre commercial Parco. Très bonnes prestations. Idéalement situé pour se rendre à Yamadera.

IInvitéCheck-in and check-out was really easy.
Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

권권형It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.
Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!
Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

However,I will not recommend this hotel If you have rented a car for your trip as the hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 shared car parks near the hotel and they are quite full on Sat and Sun.

IInvitéThis hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.
The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.

IInvitéClose to JR Sendai station which is connected to 2 malls, Parco & SPal, with lots of food outlets & stores.
15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to.
The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.

IInvitéWe were two people during one night.
It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good).
The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though.
The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain.
When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22.
Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.
