Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market.
Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way.
Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines.
Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily.
My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel is not very close to the JR station, but it is easy to find. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, although slightly on the soft side. I appreciate that two pillows are provided per person. The onsen is a bit small.

권권형It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.
Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!
Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

JJasper Ng KRThis hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away.
Check in can be a chore as it is self service but the staffs are available to help with the information required. Other than that, the hotel is awesome!
Breakfast has a huge spread, especially with the Salmon and Tuna Sashimi to make your own don. After your onsen bath, there is ice popsicle at night and lactic drink in the morning. The hotel also provides their late night Soyu Soba for free if you are hungry. Other than this, there is a comic library to pass your time. Room size is decent. Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights.

IInvitéIl est un hôtel tout inclus dans la région d'Akiu. Le buffet et le petit déjeuner étaient tout simplement superbes. Il y a deux objets publics qui peuvent être utilisés librement. Le bus de transport peut être organisé à/de la gare de Sendai si vous ne conduisez pas.

KKristine_ValenciaIt took a bit of a walk to get to the hotel from Sendai Station especially with 3 large luggage. There are a lot of convenience store around I think the closest is 4 minute walk away. We had the Triple room, clean room and it’s slightly larger than most hotel rooms in Japan(Japan has small hotel rooms) but still a bit cramped for 3 people with 3 large luggage but we made it work. The bathroom is good, a bit larger compared to other hotels in Japan, the bathtub was surprisingly normal sized(larger than the typical Japanese bathtub). They only gave us 1 pillow per person (common in Japanese hotels). If you don’t have large luggage I think the hotel will fit you well. Anyway, we had a great stay.

UUtilisateur anonymeHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

TTravelightLocation parfaite de l'hôtel. Quelques pas aux rues de shopping, restaurants, boulangeries et magasins confortables. L'hôtel était propre et nous avons reçu une chambre familiale au lieu d'une chambre double avec fenêtres face à la route principale où sont les rues de shopping. Le petit déjeuner était raisonnable pour le prix.
