Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market.
Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way.
Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines.
Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily.
My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

IInvitéUpon arrival, there was no reception or greeting.
Unfortunately, due to an issue with the reservation, the hotel did not show flexibility in resolving the matter, and the interaction felt unfriendly.
As a result, the check-in experience was disappointing, and the hotel felt rather cold and unwelcoming.None of the front desk staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult.
If the hotel does not intend to accommodate international travelers, it might be more appropriate not to list the property on international booking platforms.

권권형It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.
Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!
Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

JJasper Ng KRThis hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away.
Check in can be a chore as it is self service but the staffs are available to help with the information required. Other than that, the hotel is awesome!
Breakfast has a huge spread, especially with the Salmon and Tuna Sashimi to make your own don. After your onsen bath, there is ice popsicle at night and lactic drink in the morning. The hotel also provides their late night Soyu Soba for free if you are hungry. Other than this, there is a comic library to pass your time. Room size is decent. Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel est à environ 5 minutes à pied de la station Sendai. Suivez la sortie occidentale. Mon chambre unique est un peu petite mais assez spacieux pour un solo. La chambre était propre et de l'eau de laine crisp. 1 bouteille d'eau fournie chaque jour. Onsen est petite avec une extérieure. Sur ma 2-day séjour au plus je suis tombé dans une autre personne dans le ron. 2 lave-vaisselle et séchoirs dans le ron. Lave-vaisselle est gratuit (30 min standard) mais le séchoir est facturé 100 yens pour 20 min qui est suffisant à 80% sec une petite charge. Le cadre de nuit était délicieux et je apprécie la crème de glace et Yakult à l'avenir. Le mart de famille est à 20 pas. N'a pas essayé le petit-déjeuner. Et il est en fait très proche du centre d'autobus Miyakoh.

IInvitéLa famille de mon jeune frère et deux autres familles l'utilisaient.
Tout dans le repas sous forme de buffet était délicieux et les aliments crus comme le sashimi étaient encore plus délicieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.
Je pense que le menu était suffisant pour satisfaire une variété de goûts. Certaines personnes ont dit qu’elles auraient souhaité avoir du yakisoba.
La salle de bain du bâtiment principal était très propre et confortable.
Malheureusement, je n'ai gagné aucun bingo au « Tournoi de Bingo », mais j'ai passé un bon moment et je me suis beaucoup amusé.
Je veux rester ici encore.

SSpike~378The hotel was very dated and was also very small. The paint on the walls of our room looked like they were coming off at any time. However the bed was clean and the room was also decently cleaned.
All the basic amenities were provided during my stay and the staff were also courteous and friendly! The hotel is also located about a 10mins walk away from JR Sendai station so it is definitely convenient.
Overall, for the price you are paying it’s definitely worth it if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and go out in the day.
