I was thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of the experience. Why I Recommend It: Flawless Experience: I rated every category—Location, Cleanliness, Service, and Facilities—a perfect 5 out of 5. Ideal Room Setup: The Moderate Double Room was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable space to rest and work. It was specifically a non-smoking room, which was appreciated for its fresh atmosphere. Great for Professionals: As a business traveler, the hotel’s location and efficiency made my logistics effortless. The ”PREMIER” branding truly reflects the higher standard of service and amenities offered here. If you are visiting Sendai and need a reliable, high-quality hotel, this is an excellent choice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

The hotel room is tidy. The dinner and breakfast are in buffet style. Just very normal buffet food. Food not impressive. If u are looking for good Japanese meals in onsen hotel, this one is definitely not an option. The public onsen is spacious without good view. Booked private bath but was bad, small and completely indoor without any view! Do not recommend paying extra for the private bath. I lost a room key inside the hotel and the hotel charges me $10,000 yen cash. I think this price for a lost key is unreasonably high. Hotel staff can’t speak English. Very hard to communicate with them. When i approach staff in English, they will reply in Japanese and did not offer proper help most of then time. Overall not a pleasure stay. Please consider the other hotel in this region when u see this review.

Pas de plaintes! Prefect reste pour moi. Ramen gratuit à la nuit. 3 minutes de marche à la sortie. Espace chambre et Onsen.

Close to JR Sendai station which is connected to 2 malls, Parco & SPal, with lots of food outlets & stores. 15sqm room was small, difficult to fully open suitcases. The bathroom has tight space & the shower tub is too high so need to be careful when stepping in or out & there's no safety rail to hang on to. The breakfast buffet has roughly same items daily, only minor changes in fruit/vegetable juices & some other items. They provide takeaway boxes for breakfast food to eat in your room or on the trains if you are travelling so that's a big plus.

La famille de mon jeune frère et deux autres familles l'utilisaient. Tout dans le repas sous forme de buffet était délicieux et les aliments crus comme le sashimi étaient encore plus délicieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Je pense que le menu était suffisant pour satisfaire une variété de goûts. Certaines personnes ont dit qu’elles auraient souhaité avoir du yakisoba. La salle de bain du bâtiment principal était très propre et confortable. Malheureusement, je n'ai gagné aucun bingo au « Tournoi de Bingo », mais j'ai passé un bon moment et je me suis beaucoup amusé. Je veux rester ici encore. ,

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.

L'hôtel est situé au 2ème étage et sans signe d'hôtel clair qui nous a fait difficile de trouver, même si nous utilisons la vase. Si vous conduisez , cet hôtel n' est pas très confortable car il n' y a pas de parking . Il est donc nécessaire de vous assurer que vous n'avez pas de déplacement devant l'hôtel. La chambre est un peu datée mais très propre et très bon prix pour une famille de 4 . La meilleure chose que l'hôtel peut offrir est juste à côté de l'arcade, la maison de bains et la chambre familiale pour 4.
