Hôtels à Washington D.C. avec petit déjeuner

It is amazing services and experiences with their staffs. Very friendly, very helpful, very kindness especially one of their hotel bar restaurant and her name is “Patz”. She wonderfully kindness and helpful when I struggled with my handbag letting Inside the train when we can off at foggy bottom station. She letting me to use her phone to contact the lost and found metro office and even talk through with me. Very convenient location between at M street and 22nd St NW. 15 min to White House, then few minute to all the Mall surrounded. Then train from foggy bottom to Union station or capitol for capitol, library congress, Supreme Court and all the popular museums/art gallery along the site. The hotel is the best hotel experiences we have had for our entire first trip IN USA. Just a very weird experience that both my sons got bitten by buds or fleas for the stay but it doesn’t happened to me even we in the same room and bed? All well, hopefully they no other customer had this issues. But I still feel lucky and big thank you to the teams, management and all the other onsite staff. Loved it and will definitely back to you for our next trip to DC….xx

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 lovely nights at Canopy by Hilton Washington DC Embassy Row during our family trip to the nation’s capital, and it turned out to be the ideal choice for our little family of three. Located in the charming Embassy Row neighborhood, the hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Farragut North Metro Station, allowing us to easily reach iconic spots like the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and the White House, which were perfect for our curious 5-year-old. We booked a deluxe room with two queen beds, which was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The room was impeccably clean, with bright, modern decor and soft lighting that made it feel warm and welcoming after long days of sightseeing. The plush beds ensured we all slept well, and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver for our son, who tends to wake up early with sunlight. There were plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime, and the room had enough space for him to play a little without feeling cramped. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, especially for a young child. The staff was incredibly warm and patient; they greeted our son by name after the first day and even gave him a small toy as a welcome gift, which made him feel so special. There were also convenient coffee stations in the lobby, perfect for a quick pick-me-up before we headed out to explore the city with our little one. The complimentary Canopy bikes were a fun activity for our family—our son loved riding in the child seat while my wife and I cycled around the quiet, tree-lined streets of Embassy Row. The concierge was also very helpful, recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at the museums, which made our trip much smoother. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful, family-focused service made our DC trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Canopy by Hilton Embassy Row to any family traveling with a young child—we couldn’t have asked for a better home base. We will definitely return on our next family trip to Washington DC.

C'était mon premier voyage à Washington, DC, et j'ai réservé cet hôtel à l'avance parce que la situation était magnifique et j'ai pu obtenir un prix très bon à rabais. La chambre était classée comme ayant un lit de reine, mais elle se sentait plus comme un lit double ou plein. La plus grande question était la taille de la chambre. Je pense que c'était la première fois dans ma vie que j'ai piégé plus de 50 fois en un seul jour. Il m'a dérangé tout le voyage, et de me faire toujours plus fatiguer de me traiter avec un nez courant. J'ai finalement dû aller au CVS et acheter des médicaments allergiques. J'ai choisi cet hôtel principalement en raison du prix, mais si je reviendrai à DC, je paierais probablement un peu plus et je resterais ailleurs. La plupart des lieux sont toujours facilement connectés par métro via Google Maps, donc il n'est pas difficile de se rendre autour de la ville et de visiter les attractions touristiques. Le personnel de la chambre était ami, et la situation était agréable, donc je recommande toujours pour les voyageurs solitaires. Cependant, si vous voyagez avec deux personnes ou plus, je suggère de réserver une meilleure chambre que celle que j'ai séjournée, même si cela coûte plus cher.

La décoration semble être un hôtel plus ancien, donc les installations sont presque. Mais la chambre est assez grande, la santé est bonne, il ya une machine à café et le personnel de service client est également très gentil. Il faudra environ dix minutes pour aller à la gare.

Après un long voyage 29-hour, la dernière chose qu'un client veut est de se sentir malvenu à l'arrivée. Malheureusement, ma expérience au bureau frontal était décevante. La recevante femme avec des cheveux curly semblait indifférent en me regardant. Même quand elle m'a parlé, elle évitait le contact oculaire et semblait se concentrer sur d'autres tâches. Dans l'hospitalité, l'équipe de réception crée la première impression d'un hôtel, et j'ai trouvé ce comportement inprofessionnel et inamical. L'équipe de réception qui a fait preuve de chaleur et d'amitié était le seul homme de la table devant. J'ai eu des démangeaisons et des désagréments pendant ma première nuit. La chambre était aussi en manque de réfrigérateur et de caisse de sécurité, ce que j'attendrais normalement pour un séjour plus confortable. Cela dit, je voudrais reconnaître Alma, qui a fourni un café gentil à ma chambre, et Maira de la maison de garde, qui a travaillé incroyablement dur et a toujours été utile. Ils étaient les points de vue de mon séjour et méritaient de la reconnaissance de leur excellente attitude et de leur excellent service. J'espère que la gestion prendra sérieusement les réactions des invités, car une expérience plus accueillante du bureau frontal fera une différence significative.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare Union Station et du Capitole. Les environs sont sûrs et calmes. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes, les chambres sont grandes et très modernes. Le hall d'entrée propose des jeux interactifs, le lit peut être ajusté automatiquement et il y a même des lumières d'ambiance avec des couleurs au choix. Le seul inconvénient est le petit-déjeuner, il faut aller à Union Station pour l'acheter.

I’ve left behind an important item and I’ve called up the hotel staff. A customer service officer picked up and told me that she will open a case with regard to this matter but it has been 2 days and yet I have not received any notices or replies from the hotel. It seems like everything is automated but no one respond to this matter which is unacceptable and irresponsible for a reputable hotel.

Booked this hotel with the understanding there is an option for buffet breakfast at $10/person as stated in trip.com. Request for this at check-in but hotel declined stating that they only serve ala-carte breakfast. Called trip.com support to resolve issue. However, trip.com unable to solve issue and offer to compensate with trip coins instead and the value of trip coins offered is for 1 person instead of 2 persons as booked for this room. One of the 2 bedside lamps is not in good working condition - light goes out when there is vibration/contact with the lamp. Reported to front desk but the fix was no good. Problem recurred intermittently. A bit of mould on bath tub grouting.

La position est très bonne, il faut choisir une chambre avec un paysage mémorable, en direction de la place libre, vous pouvez voir le monument et la vue ouverte. Le personnel de la réception est très amiable. L'hôtel est fiable, pas très luxueux, le logement est un peu plus bas ici que dans le paysage.

We enjoyed our stay here in this safe neighborhood which was a 7 min walk to the Metro. Trader Joe’s across the street was convenient and we made breakfast each day. We were too busy for the fitness center. The laundry is in a small room in the basement with two washers and two dryers for $3.50/load and very nice that they provided the soap and softener. We had a problem with the lock on the door and they moved us to another room as it couldn’t be fixed in one day. I highly recommend!
