The location is perfect. Make suer you use the pool and the gym, they are totally fine. The service is very good too. I strongly recommend it.

It is amazing services and experiences with their staffs. Very friendly, very helpful, very kindness especially one of their hotel bar restaurant and her name is “Patz”. She wonderfully kindness and helpful when I struggled with my handbag letting Inside the train when we can off at foggy bottom station. She letting me to use her phone to contact the lost and found metro office and even talk through with me. Very convenient location between at M street and 22nd St NW. 15 min to White House, then few minute to all the Mall surrounded. Then train from foggy bottom to Union station or capitol for capitol, library congress, Supreme Court and all the popular museums/art gallery along the site. The hotel is the best hotel experiences we have had for our entire first trip IN USA. Just a very weird experience that both my sons got bitten by buds or fleas for the stay but it doesn’t happened to me even we in the same room and bed? All well, hopefully they no other customer had this issues. But I still feel lucky and big thank you to the teams, management and all the other onsite staff. Loved it and will definitely back to you for our next trip to DC….xx

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holiday, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — very close to the White House, with plenty of restaurants nearby. What I really appreciated was the daily cleaning service, which was always done thoroughly. The restaurant on the first floor was also impressive, with food and service comparable to a fine-dining restaurant. Everything about this hotel was perfect the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. If I visit Washington again, I will definitely stay here again.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 메트로가 걸어서 2분 거리에 있고, 백악관과 내셔널 몰도 정말 가까워요. 복도에 정수기가 있어서 물을 사지 않아도 되는 것도 정말 좋았어요. 다만 화장실에 환풍기가 없는 것이 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 위치나 가격을 생각하면 그 정도는 충분히 감수할 만해요. 다음에 디씨에 오면 또 여기서 묵을 생각이에요.

J'avais réservé une chambre supérieure avec lit queen-size, mais on m'en a donné une minuscule. Elle était si petite que je n'aurais pas pu ouvrir ma valise si j'en avais eu une. Heureusement, nous n'avions que des bagages cabine. La fenêtre était vraiment minuscule, coupant un coin de la chambre et créant un espace très étroit entre le lit et la fenêtre. Le coin du lit m'a fait mal à la jambe à plusieurs reprises en me levant et en me couchant. La petite table était pleine de taches. À ma grande surprise, lors de mon arrivée, la réceptionniste m'a annoncé que je devais payer 32 $US supplémentaires pour les équipements. Je n'ai pas compris de quoi il s'agissait. Elle m'a ensuite donné une carte à lire et m'a dit que c'était indiqué sur leur site web. C'est une arnaque ! Je n'aurais jamais imaginé devoir payer 32 $US de plus. Une chose pareille ne m'était jamais arrivée.

Hotel is very nice, clean with excellent location as very close to the White House. Front desk and housekeepare are very polite and helpful. The overall service and stay was great!

La chambre est assez grande pour voyager chez les familles, le canapé, les installations de cuisine sont combinées, la station de métro est à environ dix minutes de marche, il y a un supermarché en bas, et quelques minutes à pied, il y a des restaurants chinois de tous types

Très confortable chambre, le petit déjeuner est bon, l'hôtel dispose d'un café chaud gratuit, de l'eau chaude (de nombreuses options pour les feuilles de pamplemousse), la chambre est très grande, Trip.com réservation est moins cher que d'autres

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce quartier sûr, à 7 minutes à pied de la métro. Le Trader Joe's a été confortable et nous avons fait petit déjeuner chaque jour. Le lavabo est dans une petite chambre dans le fond du fond avec deux lave-vaisselles et deux sèche-cheveux pour $3.50/load et très agréable qu'ils fournissent le savon et le souffle. Je recommande !
