Waren hier für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, nahe Hbf und Innenstadt. Alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Saubere, zweckmäßig eingerichtete, vielleicht etwas kleine Zimmer. Ausstattung passt, es wurde nichts vermisst. Wir haben nach hinten (Richtung Bahngleis) gewohnt. Bei offenem Fenster entsprechender Geräuschpegel. Bei geschlossenem Doppelfenster hört man nix, da schallisoliert. Klimaanlage lüftet gut durch. Personal sehr freundlich. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden, Reservierung notwendig, Kosten 5 Euro pro Tag. Frühstück optional zubuchbar, 8,50 Euro pro Person. Dafür bekommt man ein normales kontinentales Frühstück ohne Extravaganzen, für uns gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Fazit: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Top-Lage für Erkundung Innenstadt.

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Seminaris und waren rundrum zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt dirkt am Kurpark und gegenüber der SaLü. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Hotel in die Therme. Das Hotel ist mit öffentlihcen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war durch die Bank sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Trotz Lage zur Straße war es angenehm ruhig. Frühstück topp, mit vielen veganen Optionen. Keine Kunsstoffverpackungen!!! Es gibt ein ausgereiftes Energiesparkonzept. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Nous avons visité l'hôtel Bergstrom de nombreuses fois depuis le début de l'année 2000. Nous avons toujours apprécié l'hôtel bien entretenu et bien organisé. Après ce séjour, pas si beaucoup. Je suis conscient de 2 ans de fatigue et de pénurie de personnel. Cependant, lorsque nous faisons une réservation, nous attendons une accessibilité complète, notre chambre de luxe ne pouvait pas être atteinte par nous parce qu'elle n'avait pas d'ascenseur. Nous avons une autre chambre, tout va bien, cette chambre était située à la rue de la fête où la vie nocturne a pris fin 0230 et nettoyage et transport a commencé 0500 si beaucoup pour le sommeil. Je ne suis pas trop fixe sur les chambres propres, mais s'il vous plaît retirez les couches évidentes de poussière- réparation qui est endommagé. Cela fait la première impression beaucoup mieux. La salle de bain était de première classe. Le café Marina est ouvert toute la journée - maintenant limité à la nuit seulement, si triste. Enfin, pour faire un examen plus personnel au travail, attendre 15 minutes pour faire un examen est trop long pour attendre.

Schön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel im Grünen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Zimmer modern und sauber, Frühstücksbüffet im kleinen, hauseigenen Restaurant/Bar mit guter Qualität, wenngleich überschaubar an Auswahl, dennoch ausreichend. Kleineres Haus von der Gästeanzahl, daher keine Massenabfertigung, was durchaus ein Pluspunkt ist.

L'hôtel est entré avec une certaine attente. Plagez un signe 4-Sterne-Superior à côté de l'entrée. L'édulcoration arrive rapidement, l'accent du lobby sans joie est ..... une table de billard! Les déceptions continuent. La jeune dame à la réception dira un bon jour ou un peu moins. Après un court geste, elle dit avec un visage sans expression : « Que puis-je faire ? » La conversation suivante est exclusivement destinée à nous vendre des services spéciaux. Vous ne voulez pas réserver le petit déjeuner aussi ? ( dans l'hôtel voisin). L'utilisation du parking adjacent vous a également recommandé, coûte seulement 19 euros par jour, je dois payer le billet le mieux à l'hôtel. Quand j'ai dit que le parking était à 15 euros, elle a dit que le prix avait été augmenté, que le signe devait être remplacé. Je ne suis pas sûre de la femme, mais j'ai préféré payer le péage directement sur le pont de stationnement et j'ai payé 15 euros par jour. Je n'ai pas encore vu que l'on mentirait à la réception pour générer des recettes supplémentaires, mais cela correspond à l'impression générale de la maison. La chambre de luxe réservée était grande et avait une grande télévision moderne. Autrement, un coin de chambre, où il semblerait qu'une chaise avait été placée, était vide. Le matrace traversé a été toléré par une épaisse couche de matrace. Apparemment, en ce qui concerne le personnel de réception, la réception reste insuffisante demain matin jusqu'à 13.30 heure. Ainsi, le personnel ne doit pas entendre les plaintes des clients qui partent. Nous voyageons souvent et beaucoup depuis des décennies. Cette Assemblée est l'une des trois pires.
