2 séjours en transit entre 2 avions à Buenos Aires, voici l'hôtel pratiquement parfait. Pas trop loin des 2 aéroports, sur une grande avenue, dans un quartier agréable et proche du bord de mer et surtout de la Réserve Ecologique pour y faire sa course à pied journalière. Hôtel mis en servi ce il y a 2 ans, très bien conçu et aménagé. Réception efficace, services de haut niveau et très courtois. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'être un VIP par un personnel parfait. Chambres spacieuses et agréables, très grand lit ferme pour un bon confort du dos, lingeries impeccables et agréables. Restauration en chambre excellente. Seul bémol mais lié au COVID, SPA et sauna fermés. Mais la piscine extérieure chauffée permet de compenser un peu avant un massage de qualité exécuté par de vraies spécialistes. Certainement l'un des meilleurs hôtels de BUE, dans une fourchette de prix très correcte.

Cet hôtel est l'un des plus beaux de la Ba, et se trouve dans l'or. Vous pouvez visiter le pub à pied, à côté d'une route, Hermes est vraiment le palais dans son ensemble, très belle récidiviste, et certains hôtels qui ont été détruits en dehors de mon NYC sont beaucoup mieux. Le service est réglé, il peut dire que ce service devrait être fourni à cet hôtel de prix. J'ai séjourné ici cinq nuits, j'ai transporté trop de mémoires 🥺 Vous serez sûr de retourner

Outstanding stay in this beautiful jewel of a hotel. The staff is exemplary in every way--incredibly accommodating and kind at every turn. Our room/suite was clean and wonderfully equipped with small details including a desk with multiple types of outlets. Breakfast, snacks, and beverages were plentiful and generous. The location is perfect--Recoleta is gorgeous, retaining a French/European vibe. There are great restaurants, galleries and shopping nearby, and it's an easy walk to Recoleta Cemetery and the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes. Algodon's staff is priceless--truly making this beautiful hotel the perfect stay for BA. I will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Localisation excellente dans un quartier, beaucoup de découvertes à faire à pied, restaurants agréables à proximité, salon de pâtisseries au rez-de-chaussée. Les chambres sont ont été refaites récemment. Malheureusement le seul moyen de fermer la porte de celles-ci est de la claquer ; ce qui rend l’environnement bruyant. Il faut être patient pour obtenir un ascenseur, seules deux cabines sont disponibles depuis le lobby et le couloir principal aux étages. Le truc est donc de prendre la porte à droite en regardant les portes d’ascenseurs ; la majorité des cabines s’y trouvent et sont moins utilisées

Only stayed one night while passing through Buenos Aires. Very nice hotel, staff was extremely helpful, room was comfortable, and it's location is ideal for wandering around the city. I also ate at the bar that night, delicious food and great service there as well. Definitely enjoyed my stay even if it was short.

The worst I’ve ever been treated by hotel staff in my entire life. The agency made a mistake and booked the wrong room. Instead of being patient and helping resolve the issue, the small angry man at the reception named Maximiliano Schiaffino pounded his fists on my door demanding that I leave the room every 10 min. Each time showing me another copy of the incorrect reservation (as if it was my fault lol). He slammed the door shut on me, lost his temper, and banged on the door several times. Hotel Arenales please hire people with patience without aggresive tendencies. Problems happen with bookings and this is not how the client should be treated. I was planning on staying over a week here but because of this incident I was forced to cancel early and leave. **Note: The hotel has no pool! The photo on goggle is incorrent, and the standard room is the size of a tiny closet.

My son and I stayed for 4 nights at BYS, flew to Iguazú and visited Brazil, Paraguay and later Uraguay, then returned to Buenos Aires. After checking into so many hotels, it was such a relief when we got to the tail end of our trip and returned to BYS Palermo. Guillermo, David and Simon were so helpful! I was lucky that I got Guillermo on the phone when I called from the US to make reservations, as he’s the only one of the three to speak English. He helped me arrange my pick up from the airport and told me where to get the best exchange rate. (Blue dollars vs official rate). David was so sweet and recommended nearby restaurants and told me how to get around using public transportation, which is a challenge because the Subte cards (refillable metrocards) are impossible to find, even at metro stations. Simon was nice enough to lend us his card for our day trip to Tigre Delta, saving us a lot of money. BYS is close to restaurants, bars, and trendy shops at Palermo Soho. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying with a lot of fresh fruit and avocados, in addition to eggs, croissants, ham and cheese. I was very happy with my stay at BYS and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Really, I was so relieved when I got back to BYS Palermo after so much running around. So nice to see friendly familiar faces and get back to a nice neighborhood.

A little gem of a boutique hotel, very helpful and welcoming staff, funky lay out , with a groovy roof top garden which is perfect to chill and relax in after a crazy day in the air. Happy hour is fun with the staff serving a yummy array of cocktails. It’s a quirky venue with effective air conditioning and as I said before super helpful and friendly staff. We worth a visit
