San Servolo is a resort that combines camping (fancy camping) facilities and a bed and breakfast with a resort feel. It is divided into two sections with different options whether you are camping, prefer a ”mobile home” experience (more like a tiny house with an outdoor jacuzzi!), or the traditional hotel room. We opted for the hotel room. They have two buildings for that. One is located in the same as their spa (so pool and saunas in same building) and the other is a walk across the parking lot. Plentiful parking and our room was quite large. No impressive view for us (just the brewery:),but lots of space and comfy bed with a tv that worked. The pool (indoor) was warm and quite nice with lots of space around to lounge. Sauna was great. Light in the steam room was broken so didn't get to experience that. My husband tried their famous beer bath and raved about how amazing he felt and how smooth his skin was for days after! (That is a bit pricey though, but it's a splurge on yourself). Two restaurants there - the steak one is expensive, but portion sizes are MASSIVE and quality is quite good. Great wine list and the biggest, fanciest gin and tonic I've ever had. Oh and a beautiful view of the hill town nearby - I think that was Buje,as well as of the sea. The pizzeria is located over in the camping section (which also has an outdoor pool, fitness studio and outdoor jacuzzi) and the pizza was not bad. Yes, not super cheap, but not a wallet breaker. Yes, there are ants around - we saw them near the pool and some in the bedroom, but it still was clean - just a warmer, more humid environment where it can be harder to keep them out. Nothing crazy.

Le beau café est trouvé immédiatement lorsque vous partez des parkings vers le lieu. Il est situé sous des arbres sombres juste près de l'église et a une vue magnifique. Je voudrais souligner particulièrement le service heureux et attentif! Le cappuccino était bon, le jus d'orange pressé, le croissant chaud et l'atmosphère «chillig».

Снимади двухкомнатный номер сьют для семьи с двумя детьми в авгусе в разгар сезона. Отель 3*, но несомненно стоит своих денег, по уровню сервиса лучше многих четверок. Особености: 1) Очень маленькие номера (размеры как в отелях Гонг-конга или старых зданиях европейских городов). Вдвоем в номере перемещаться будет тесновато, чемодан полноценно раскрыть можно только на балконе. 2) Бесплатных лежаков не хватает на всех, поэтому занимать удобные места надо с вечера или рано утром. 3) Персонал в баре у бассейна иногда хитрит, работая без чеков или продавая напитки по цене выше, чем в меню. Плюсы: 1) Чисто и ухожено все, включая номера, общие зоны и территорию вокруг отеля. Номер убирали каждый день. 2) Большой собственный бассейн, достаточно много лежаков вокруг него, также вокруг есть своя зеленая зона на траве с лежаками под зонтами или в тени сосен и кипарисов. 3) Неплохой ресторан-столовая с напитками, включенными в стоимость завтраков и ужинов. За 2 недели отдыха надоесть не успел, блюда на ужине меняются каждый вечер, по четвергам день местной кухни. 4) Детей бесплатно кормят обедами. Для семей с детьми это просто спасение. 5) Множество бесплатных развлечений в течение всего дня, начиная от аквагимнастики йоги и волейбола и заканчивая дискотекой для детей и шоу для взрослых по вечерам. Ксждый найдет что-то свое. 6) Хороший пляж в 1 минуте хотьбы от отеля. Нет необходимости платить за лежаки на пляже - можно оставлять вещи на лежаках у бассейна и ходить купаться в море.

Just returned from a beautiful holiday visited this hotel several years ago now !loved it then and still do! About an hour distance from airport which to be honest went quickly due to the beautiful scenery! Hospitality is wonderful by all in Novigrad !even at one of the local banks where we managed to exchange the kunas we’d accumulated over the years ! there was no problem at all at the bank to exchange to euros! With no charge! Hotel was in a beautiful location a great walk into the town managed to do at least 10000 steps a day we so earnt a few beers and beautiful lunch in novigrad!Watch out for mosquitoes they really are out and about at the moment! As for the hotel the service was excellent! The restaurant never disappointed and the rooms were kept spotless ! Thankyou hotel maestral we will be back! A truly class holiday!!

Je suis venue seule sans réserver à Novigrad, l'hôtel m'a parlé. Après une courte conversation avec une employée, on m'a pu louer une chambre, malheureusement sans balcon et sans vue sur la mer. Je dirais même la faute si vous allez sans réserver. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, pour une personne de toute façon. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait suffisant pour moi comme petit déjeuner, mais la sélection est limitée à 4 mètres carrés. La qualité est en ordre. Le personnel est très aimable. Les possibilités de bain sont suffisantes à partir de 15 m de l'hôtel. En général, pour 3 jours, tout est en ordre et suffisant. Malheureusement, j'ai dû payer le prix pour 2 personnes dans la chambre double.

We required some room facilities through hotel application form but it seems nobody reads this. Also the receptionist didn't inform us about additional facilities we can use so we had to remind him. Restaurant food is ok but there is a feeling that there is not enough stuff and that they cannot prepare tables on time. The room was ok but needs renovation. Cooling unit was leaking and during the first night ceiling fell on the floor and we had water all over. Hotel reacted fast and during our breakfast they repaired the ceiling. After repairing water was steel pouring from the climate but ceiling didn't fall again during our stay. Room was cleaned every day and that was ok. Last day we spotted cockroaches on the floor.
