Prix de qualité me semble très bien. Ils ont gel/champou crème du corps et bouchon de dents et de pâtes de dents. La chambre était propre et correcte pour le prix de la zone. Nous avions une télévision plat et un ventilateur. Le lit confortable et plusieurs culottes. Nous avons eu une terrasse avec une table, deux tables et une cordecette pour avoir. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionnait très bien.

Great holiday at a lovely hotel. Quick and friendly check in, large, bright, clean room with beautiful view Room 1001 on 10th floor. Excellent welcome and service from all the dining room team especially the Maitre D and Gerard Butler's double. Plenty choice of food all well presented and tasty, every one of our family group of 9 always found something to enjoy. Good choices of refreshments and wine with the meals. Spacious relaxing areas around the pools including many beds under cover from the sun if that s what you require. Make sure to go up to 15th floor to the Sky Bar and restaurant - where one can have a spectacular 360 degree view of Can Picafort and also watch the sunsets, the tasting menu A La Carte meal was also lovely. We found the Hotel was very quiet during the day as it was second last week of their season and 75% of the sun loungers were unused - so all 9 of us could choose where to sunbathe without having to book beds etc. Good selection of activities from the Entertainment Team - and the team were all friendly and did a great job through the day and were excellent in their performances at some productions they put on in the evenings. Bar staff were also great - wide range of drinks available including some delicious cocktails. The hotel location is good for access to the Majorca Bus system and was only 5 minutes away from the main shopping area and 10 minutes or so from the promenade and harbour area.

Réservez avec cet hôtel du 8 au 14 août, pour une erreur de l'app ou du web de réservation, ma réservation active n'a pas été présentée, donc je ne pouvais pas annuler ce qui n'existait pas, alors, Quelle surprise est-elle que le 9 août, j'ai reçu un poste de 126 € et que vous m'expliquez que la réservation leur est venue si elle leur apparaît active, je vous rappelle immédiatement ce qui s'est passé et je vous dis que j'ai une capture d'écran où vous pouvez confirmer les réserves qui sont actives et que la vôtre n'a pas L'hôtel vous accuse de réserver quand c'est eux qui ont récupéré, ignorent les preuves, ne veulent pas que vous les envoyiez et ne veulent pas vous rembourser. Je trouve honteux qu'une chaîne d'hôtels joue sa réputation en voulant rester**** injustement avec l'argent des utilisateurs quand c'est une erreur informatique. J'ai I'impression de m'ennuyer.

The gran playa is the perfect hotel for a very relaxed holiday for couples, friends and families with adult children. This hotel would not suit folks who are looking for the clubbing/party scene. There is a vast mix of nationalities amongst the hotel guests and I am happy to say that all the guests mixed well with one another. The rooms have decent air con, comfy beds and a fridge which is free to use for your bottles of water. The food and drink is brilliant and I would recommend the all inclusive package (it includes cocktails!) The location of the hotel is perfect, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Most local bars and shops are closed by 11pm so there is not much outside noise pollution. All the staff are fantastic, they offer perfect customer service and you feel very welcomed to the hotel. The hotel is modern and very clean. There are different singing acts three times a week that are booked by the hotel. My only minor issue is that the labelling of the food in the buffet restaurant could be better, the english descriptions are either vague, inaccurate or are not available. The kitchen staff struggled to explain the food when asked, however using google translate for the Spanish on the labels did help. I would happily book this hotel again next year!

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet hôtel familial à taille humaine. Entièrement rénové récemment avec beaucoup de goût, cet hôtel est extrêmement propre. Les chambres sont magnifiques et également très propres. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sentent très bon. Elles sont nettoyées tous les jours. Nous avions pris une chambre avec une magnifique vue mer. L’hôtel propose la demi-pension. Nous voyageons beaucoup et il est très rare de retrouver des buffets d’une telle qualité. Les plats sont variés et savoureux. Le fait maison est mis a l’honneur. C’est un réel plaisir de passer à table le soir. Le petit déjeuner est juste génial. Côté bar les cocktails sont excellents. Le coin piscine est très sympa. Dommage que l’eau soit aussi chlorée mais bon avec autant de monde et une telle chaleur, cela est presque une obligation pour maintenir une eau limpide dans les piscines. Merci à Thomas le Normand de l’accueil pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils. Cet hôtel est un must loin de toutes les chaînes d’hôtels internationales proposant un all inclusive bas de gamme. Bravo 😎
