An amazing hotel. I stopped over on my way to Ban Gioc Waterfalls. The staff made all the difference at this hotel, especially Thao, the receptionist. She went above and beyond with aiding any questions or queries I had. Her warm welcome and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I walked in. Thao’s exceptional service even extended kindness, she went out of her way to help clean my motorbike visor. A must stay. I can’t wait to return to this hotel on my next trip!

Chambre spacieuse, confortable, propre avec une salle de bain très agréable. Pas de points négatifs pour cet hôtel à très bon rapport qualité-prix et situé en plein centre de Cao Bang. Le buffet petit-déjeuner servait de la nourriture vietnamienne et était bon. L'accueil était agréable et les réceptionnistes nous ont aidé à trouver un bus pour les cascades de Ban Gioc et un transport pour notre prochaine destination.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Cons: *air conditioning took a very long time to kick in. Felt like it was blowing out hot air instead of cool. *the hot water in the shower took a long time just to get warm. *the swimming pool on the 20th floor looks great but the heat was suffocating and unbearable and the pool water very warm. Pros: *great location, within walking distance to restaurants. *good bathroom amenities and clean shower with minimal mould. *room has plenty of space for luggage (for 2 people) *highlands coffee shop in the lobby was great. Nice place to sit and relax and enjoy a coffee or iced tea! Really nice and clean place to stay.

Ils ne mangent pas, mais tout est là. Le centre-ville est situé à Cao Bang, où vous pourrez explorer la ville et le marché. Les week-ends le marché nocturne se déroule en avant de la rue et l'hôtel est au centre de toutes les actions) - beaucoup de cafés là-bas. Resterait. Location est un plus au milieu de la route Kim Dong.
