L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Siya et Mo à la réception ont fait mon check-in et resté beaucoup mieux, ils ont une attention étonnante aux détails et à leur amitié, les personnalités accueillantes ont fait tout ce qui est beaucoup mieux. Overall the stay was great, but finding mould in the in the vent in the toilet was an uncomfortable surprise. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were extremely friendly; however one staff member would sing and speak really loudly to no one in particular while tending the bar.

L'accueil est chaleureux et souriant. Un hôtel aux accents coloniaux assumés, mais de bon ton. C'est une galerie d'art qui incite à déambuler dans les couloirs pour découvrir l'ensemble des toiles, photographies et maquettes de bateaux qui ornent chacun d'entre eux. C'est d'ailleurs un domaine plus qu'un hôtel car ce sont plusieurs bâtiments qui cohabitent dans un même lieu très sécurisé, avec parc, piscines, tennis ... Le petit déjeuner est incroyable!

Hotel bien situé. A quelques pas de Bokaap. Chambre bien équipée, agréable malgré une insonorisation moyenne. Personnel serviable et sympathique exception faite de quelques personnes désagréables. Refus lors du chek out de régler en espèces un dîner pris à l'hôtel. La personne qui se reconnaîtra nous a toisé et avec dédain à demander un règlement par carte. A savoir: l'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier musulman donc pas d'alcool et cuisine halal. Globalement étions satisfaits de notre séjour.

Taj est toujours un standard d'or dans tous les aspects de l'hospitalité. À partir du bureau frontal au personnel de garde de la maison, tout le monde vous fait sentir à la maison. À Cape Town, c'est vraiment le meilleur. Extrêmement poli et bien conduit personnel et bienvenu à tout moment. Le petit déjeuner est étonnant et une très grande diffusion. Les chambres sont si confortables et spacieuses qu'il est en fait une maison loin de chez elle. Certains des membres du personnel sont étonnamment utiles. Il sera certainement là encore.

C'est un très bel hôtel. Le premier étage s'appelle G (Rez-de-chaussée) et le hall est situé à un étage en haut des escaliers, ce qui en fait essentiellement le premier étage. Même si nous ne pouvions pas voir la vue sur la Montagne de la Table ou sur Signal Hill depuis notre chambre, l'intérieur de la chambre était propre et bien entretenu. De nombreux hôtels exigent que vous pointiez une carte sur un appareil mural pour allumer les lumières, mais cet hôtel a fourni deux cartes. Veuillez utiliser la carte que vous recevez uniquement comme clé de chambre. Si vous touchez la carte au mur et que les lumières de votre chambre ne s'allument plus suite à un mauvais contact, Veuillez en informer le personnel de l'hôtel. Un employé viendra dans votre chambre et vous assistera. Savon corporel, shampoing, sèche-cheveux, serviettes de bain, etc. sont fournis. La climatisation semble également pouvoir régler finement la température.

Le petit déjeuner est à 100 RMB par personne, il n'y a pas beaucoup de types de repas, mais le service est exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est également très bon, très proche du centre commercial. Le quartier est également riche, et les problèmes de sécurité ne sont pas mauvais. Il est bien connu que la loi et l'ordre en Afrique du Sud ne sont pas abrupts. Les réservations Ctrip doivent être réservées à l'avance, sinon l'hôtel affichera un impayé, mais Ctrip a indiqué le paiement ... Ctrip est meilleur que Booking en termes de prix, c'est un must.

Stayed at the Westin Cape Town on three separate visits from April 9th through May 5th for a total of 11 nights. Like many TripAdvisor readers I’ve been fortunate to travel quite frequently and The Westin Cape Town has been a most enjoyable experience. The staff throughout the hotel are terrific, location is convenient to V&A and other top sites, rooms are well appointed and executive lounge serves full breakfast as well as afternoon drinks and canapés. This was my first visit to South Africa and it couldn’t have been a more positive experience in large part due to the extremely welcoming, helpful and hospitable staff at The Westin Cape Town! Thank you to the entire staff at The Westin Cape Town for making my first visit to your beautiful city so memorable!!!

L'hôtel est situé sur la jetée très animée de WATERFRONT, et il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le pays. Les fruits de mer, la cuisine occidentale, etc. sont très fréquentés, et c'est très animé de jour comme de nuit ! Le deuxième étage de l'hôtel peut directement mener au WATERFRONT SHOP MALL, au centre commercial, qu'il s'agisse d'un supermarché, de vêtements, de la vie, même d'un salon de coiffure, d'un magasin de clous! La façade de l'hôtel est l'océan Atlantique, le paysage est très beau ! Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, ouvrez les rideaux des fenêtres du sol au plafond à 6 heures tous les jours, vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil se lever de la côte atlantique, c'est tellement beau !

We stayed here for 5 nights in September (18th - 22nd). We were given the warmest of welcomes by front desk. Check in was smooth & fast. We had been given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Our room was clean, airy & the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of hot food, which also had an egg station. There was a great selection of pastries & fruit available. Dinner was also buffet style, again with a fantastic variety. There was also a bar menu (highly recommend the burgers). The bar area had comfortable seating to relax in. The only issue I had was with the driver out front that the concierge recommended to us, he was very expensive & overcharged us on numerous occasions. I felt he could have treated us better as we tipped him generously. We didn't realise this until we got a taxi at night that brought us back to hotel for half the price. My opinion would be to use an Uber. Other than this, our stay was fantastic.

This accommodation was a fantastic few in the beautiful city of Cape Town. Very eclectic mix of visitors from young backpackers, families and couples. We stayed in an en-suite double room which was perfect for our needs. There are so many beautiful communal areas to relax in and the bar was always relaxing and comfortable. They have organised activities that you can join or you can simply use it as a base to stay in. Would thoroughly recommend and it’s great to know that some of the revenue goes to a worthy cause.

I have been in Cape Town at least 20 times, and for now, this is my favorite place to stay. The location is great: in Gardens, which is for me the best place to stay at, in a quiet side street, and in easy walking distance of several restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and its really good value for money. If you dont like very loud music, make sure to pay a little bit more and choose a room at the back of the building, so that you dont ”enjoy” the music of the mexican restaurant beneath the front rooms.

J'ai séjourné là quelques nuits, et je retourne à nouveau & à nouveau; même en envisageant un long séjour. La cuisine et le salon communaux sont invités, le pub et le balcon adjacent sont confortables et donnent l'impression d'une fête privée, au-dessus du bus de Long Street en bas. Je suis ravi de la vieille maison et des planchers en bois, mais les invités sont ce qui fait que le lieu se sent comme une maison loin de chez lui -- un mélange écléctique de visiteurs locaux et étrangers qui traversent la ville. Il y a un sentiment et une atmosphère d'être dans un arrière-paquet dans une ville étrangère, quelque part à l'étranger, ce qui fait que l'on se sent comme si on était en vacances, quelque part de chez moi. C'est devenu mon hébergement de première choix, pour une soirée de fête ou deux dans la ville.
