Taj est toujours un standard d'or dans tous les aspects de l'hospitalité. À partir du bureau frontal au personnel de garde de la maison, tout le monde vous fait sentir à la maison. À Cape Town, c'est vraiment le meilleur. Extrêmement poli et bien conduit personnel et bienvenu à tout moment. Le petit déjeuner est étonnant et une très grande diffusion. Les chambres sont si confortables et spacieuses qu'il est en fait une maison loin de chez elle. Certains des membres du personnel sont étonnamment utiles. Il sera certainement là encore.

Hotel bien situé. A quelques pas de Bokaap. Chambre bien équipée, agréable malgré une insonorisation moyenne. Personnel serviable et sympathique exception faite de quelques personnes désagréables. Refus lors du chek out de régler en espèces un dîner pris à l'hôtel. La personne qui se reconnaîtra nous a toisé et avec dédain à demander un règlement par carte. A savoir: l'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier musulman donc pas d'alcool et cuisine halal. Globalement étions satisfaits de notre séjour.

Overall the stay was great, but finding mould in the in the vent in the toilet was an uncomfortable surprise. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were extremely friendly; however one staff member would sing and speak really loudly to no one in particular while tending the bar.

Il y a une terrasse au premier étage où vous vous enregistrez à l'hôtel, où de nombreux clients aiment se détendre. C'était agréable de ressentir l'atmosphère détendue d'une destination de voyage.

Stayed at the Westin Cape Town on three separate visits from April 9th through May 5th for a total of 11 nights. Like many TripAdvisor readers I’ve been fortunate to travel quite frequently and The Westin Cape Town has been a most enjoyable experience. The staff throughout the hotel are terrific, location is convenient to V&A and other top sites, rooms are well appointed and executive lounge serves full breakfast as well as afternoon drinks and canapés. This was my first visit to South Africa and it couldn’t have been a more positive experience in large part due to the extremely welcoming, helpful and hospitable staff at The Westin Cape Town! Thank you to the entire staff at The Westin Cape Town for making my first visit to your beautiful city so memorable!!!

Le petit déjeuner est à 100 RMB par personne, il n'y a pas beaucoup de types de repas, mais le service est exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est également très bon, très proche du centre commercial. Le quartier est également riche, et les problèmes de sécurité ne sont pas mauvais. Il est bien connu que la loi et l'ordre en Afrique du Sud ne sont pas abrupts. Les réservations Ctrip doivent être réservées à l'avance, sinon l'hôtel affichera un impayé, mais Ctrip a indiqué le paiement ... Ctrip est meilleur que Booking en termes de prix, c'est un must.

L'hôtel est situé sur la jetée très animée de WATERFRONT, et il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le pays. Les fruits de mer, la cuisine occidentale, etc. sont très fréquentés, et c'est très animé de jour comme de nuit ! Le deuxième étage de l'hôtel peut directement mener au WATERFRONT SHOP MALL, au centre commercial, qu'il s'agisse d'un supermarché, de vêtements, de la vie, même d'un salon de coiffure, d'un magasin de clous! La façade de l'hôtel est l'océan Atlantique, le paysage est très beau ! Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, ouvrez les rideaux des fenêtres du sol au plafond à 6 heures tous les jours, vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil se lever de la côte atlantique, c'est tellement beau !

Il n'y avait pas de gel douche dans ma chambre. J'ai passé quatre ou cinq appels téléphoniques et personne ne les a envoyés depuis longtemps ! En fin de compte, je suis sorti moi-même à la recherche des nettoyeurs!

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights in a private room with private bathroom at 91 Loop Hostel. It is not the cheapest room you will find, but comparably priced to other similar hostels. The good: -Really friendly staff that are happy to help you with whatever you may need -AMAZING location - if you want to be able to walk pretty much everywhere, definitely stay here! -Clean, efficient and safe -Self serve coffee and juice in the morning with made to your request eggs and toast or muesli and yogurt (During COVID times) -Comfortable bed with a personal safe and lots of USB plugs for charging anything you may need -Hot shower -Laundry service across the street that was fast and easy The not as good: -Our room was on the 3rd floor but our window opened to the courtyard area and anytime people were spending time there it sounded like they were talking inside our room. The music being played in the lobby area also carried making it pretty hard to fall asleep. Luckily it did usually quiet down for us at some point in the night.

We arrived early so luggage was put into storage as we were doing an excursion on arrival back at hotel we were assigned room 211 overlooking the market square we had no noise issues with stall holders setting up room was spacious but the bathroom was very small but functional tea/coffee making facilities in room a free bottle of water supplied daily a safe is also in the room all staff were outstanding and very helpful the restaurant was very good we had breakfast every day good choice and nice we had dinner in there once very nice also hotel is very central in the city hop on hop off bus stop in long street just round the corner we always felt very safe in the city but there are a lot of security staff about the hotel can organise taxis anywhere you want to go VandA waterfront 160rand return tell driver how long you want and he will pick you up hotel to airport 430 rand which is about 30 minutes away depending on traffic you book and pay at concierge desk all in all great hotel with great staff SCAM ALERT we were approached by a guy while walking on long street telling us the road was closed as they were filming something do not scan your debit/credit card just keep on walking I gave him some abuse and he just walked off

The hotel itself is majestic. The entrance with the green leaves trickling off the arched awning is reminiscent to a scene in a movie. The room was elegant and had a classic homie feel. The hotel is located at the heart of the nightlife. Close to so many cool bars like The drinkery, House of Machine, and Art of Duplicity(amazing hidden jazz bar). The staff was welcoming and always smiled, but there was a moment on the second day as I walked up the beautifully carpeted stairway leading to my room where I got confronted about whether I was a guest or not. Besides that moment, everyone was nice.

Le salon était très confortable, le salon était très confortable et le salon était très confortable. Sélectionnez le côté de la montagne Voir pour ouvrir les fenêtres et laisser en air frais. Le logement a un service de lave-vaisselle DIY et de nombreux magasins autour du logement. 15 minutes à pied de la CITCC et 20 minutes de V&A Waterfront.

Le service de l'hôtel est un service de qualité et de qualité, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien, mais je n'ai pas été très bien. Pour empêcher les choses, j'ai été facturé dix fois le montant que j'avais payé pour la même chambre (c'est-à-dire 300 $ au lieu de 30 $) sans aucune explication raisonnable. L'équipe de l'hôtel a été très heureuse de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais elle a été très heureuse de se rendre à l'hôtel. Outre les questions de ma réservation et les charges exorbitantes, le climatiseur n'a pas fonctionné correctement et fait beaucoup de bruit. Le réfrigérateur de ma chambre a fait un bruit énorme qui m'a dérangeant à 2 h (je l'ai enregistré comme preuve) et les niveaux de bruit de la chambre étaient inacceptables toute la nuit! rendant impossible de dormir une bonne nuit. En bref, je demande à tout le monde qui envisage de rester à cet hôtel de penser deux fois et de rechercher d'autres options.
