So glad I chose this hotel among the varied options for my first visit to Cape Town. Beautiful hotel and great location 3 blocks off the hustle of the city bowl. Nice walk to waterfront. Front desk super helpful. Amazing comfortable bed. I would def stay again. Xtra bonus being able to do a load of laundry.

L'hôtel est très mignon et confortable, j'aime ma chambre malgré son importance relativement plus petite que les photos qui sont affichées sur leur page. Les gens sont beaux et le petit déjeuner est magnifique la seule chose qui m'inquiète beaucoup est que je me plaignais deux fois que mon chauffeur A/C faisait un bruit très lourd et n'a pas été réparé à tout aussi bien dans ma chambre il y avait un problème avec l'eau chaude et en hiver Le temps en ville du Cap est si inconfortable.

From the moment we arrived, Manager Natalie and Guest Relations person Faye warmly welcomed us, ensuring we felt at home. Natalie guided us through the hotel, showing us to our room, where we enjoyed a delicious welcome drink. The attention to detail and hospitality of the staff, from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, made our stay truly memorable. We particularly enjoyed exploring the pool area, where my husband received surprise birthday cupcakes and a bottle of wine. While we declined the wine, the cupcakes and the daily complimentary cake, a delightful passionfruit treat, added a sweet touch to our experience. Faye’s kindness by the pool ensured we captured memorable moments, and Manager Yassien made sure our departure was smooth. We are grateful for the exceptional service provided by Natalie, Yassien, and the entire team at Zest Boutique Hotel.

La situation était un peu loin de l'océan et des restaurants et d'autres divertissements mais sinon il était OK le service pour la nettoyage de la chambre était bon mais à l'entrée je n'ai pas vraiment reçu d'aide avec mes sacs peut-être parce qu'ils étaient trop petits. bags but some assistant would’ve still been nice the food was OK not a lot of variety but OK the room was also fine the bathroom was OK it’s a nice place for a short trip if the business you want to do it within the area it is too far from everything else et coûtera beaucoup de transport pour aller à la plage et à des endroits avec divertissement

Le petit déjeuner est à 100 RMB par personne, il n'y a pas beaucoup de types de repas, mais le service est exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est également très bon, très proche du centre commercial. Le quartier est également riche, et les problèmes de sécurité ne sont pas mauvais. Il est bien connu que la loi et l'ordre en Afrique du Sud ne sont pas abrupts. Les réservations Ctrip doivent être réservées à l'avance, sinon l'hôtel affichera un impayé, mais Ctrip a indiqué le paiement ... Ctrip est meilleur que Booking en termes de prix, c'est un must.

Stayed at the Westin Cape Town on three separate visits from April 9th through May 5th for a total of 11 nights. Like many TripAdvisor readers I’ve been fortunate to travel quite frequently and The Westin Cape Town has been a most enjoyable experience. The staff throughout the hotel are terrific, location is convenient to V&A and other top sites, rooms are well appointed and executive lounge serves full breakfast as well as afternoon drinks and canapés. This was my first visit to South Africa and it couldn’t have been a more positive experience in large part due to the extremely welcoming, helpful and hospitable staff at The Westin Cape Town! Thank you to the entire staff at The Westin Cape Town for making my first visit to your beautiful city so memorable!!!

Il y a une terrasse au premier étage où vous vous enregistrez à l'hôtel, où de nombreux clients aiment se détendre. C'était agréable de ressentir l'a**osphère détendue d'une destination de voyage.

L'hôtel est situé sur la jetée très animée de WATERFRONT, et il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le pays. Les fruits de mer, la cuisine occidentale, etc. sont très fréquentés, et c'est très animé de jour comme de nuit ! Le deuxième étage de l'hôtel peut directement mener au WATERFRONT SHOP MALL, au centre commercial, qu'il s'agisse d'un supermarché, de vêtements, de la vie, même d'un salon de coiffure, d'un magasin de clous! La façade de l'hôtel est l'océan Atlantique, le paysage est très beau ! Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, ouvrez les rideaux des fenêtres du sol au plafond à 6 heures tous les jours, vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil se lever de la côte atlantique, c'est tellement beau !

Les chambres sont assez grandes, la décoration est élégante, l'emplacement (loin du centre-ville) est loin, et le service laisse à désirer ! Je voulais prendre une douche. Il n'y avait pas de gel douche dans ma chambre. J'ai passé quatre ou cinq appels téléphoniques et personne ne les a envoyés depuis longtemps ! En fin de compte, je suis sorti moi-même à la recherche des nettoyeurs!

Très bel hôtel, très bon rapport qualité-prix en vue de son emplacement.  Les chambres sont simplement équipées, mais elles sont spacieuses et très belles.  Il n'y a pas de parking, mais quelques places gratuites pour le stationnement en face, le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute, nous avons eu quelques inconforts dans notre chambre, mais l'hôtel a su être réactif et nous trouver des solutions rapidement.  Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et savoureux, et les plats du soir sont également à la hauteur des prestations de l'hôtel.  Ce fut une belle surprise pour nous, car vu les prix pratiqués sur le cap, nous nous attendions à un service et des prestations de qualité inférieurs à ce que l'hôtel nous a donné.  C'est un hôtel qui peut très bien se faire en solo, en groupe ou en famille.
