La chambre était froide et ils n'avaient rien à garder chaude ! Mais en fait, c'est un bon hôtel. Et c'est sûr Deux réceptions à l'avant-bureau, m'a aidé avec un grand travail Geraldine et Albani

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. Although I was born and raised in Caracas, I emigrated 20 years ago and had not returned since 2009 but a lot has changed. In a city that is full of challenges and difficulties for most of it's residents, Lidohotel provided an experience that I did not expect. It's not about the fine furnishings or rooftop restaurant or the top 4 things that I look for when boking a hotel room; clean room, comfortable bed, good and silent AC and good water pressure which Lidotel checks all, it's the staff that really make the difference. Every single employee from the housekeepers, to front desk to Novueau Restaurant like Noel, Marialys, Richard and many more that that escape my memory at the moment. In a country where minimum wage is less that $10 a month but has now shifted to a dollarized economy, it's simply amazing to run into people that go to work every day with a smile on their face with the goal of being of service to every guest and a the same time improve their own quality of life by working hard for tips so please tip often when you come.

Le serveur est enthousiastement charmant, mais en anglais. Il est gentil de voir l'hôtel à l'autre côté de la mer. L'heure locale est de 05:40 heures du matin, et j'ai été complètement relaxé, sans craindre d'autres problèmes de sécurité.
