Nous avons été entourés de l'aéroport de Dallas, comme beaucoup d'autres personnes. Nous avons essayé d'obtenir une chambre d'hôtel près de l'aéroport avec service de navette, rien disponible. Cet hôtel était le premier qui avait une chambre, même si c'était un uber ride de 100 $ RT, il était bien à la valeur. Il était magnifiquement décoré, propre et le personnel n'aurait pas pu être plus à l'aise de ceux d'entre nous qui étaient en train de se déplacer à Dallas. Il est situé dans une belle zone, juste en aval, c'est qu'il est si loin de l'aéroport qui, pour nous, est le seul endroit à Dallas que nous allons jamais. Mais à l'avenir, si nous reviendrons à nouveau à la traîne ou que nous traversons tout simplement, ce sera notre premier hôtel de choix.

Il est très bon pour cette propriété parce que leur Bistro -- petit déjeuner à commander, dîner disponible & bar. Mais le petit déjeuner est maintenant la même que l'offre continentale précédente gratuite, mais vous devez payer. Pas de service de dîner ou de bar. Les chambres sont fatiguées et ont besoin d'une mise à niveau. L'eau était chaude et chaude même dans les toilettes -- pas d'eau froide dans notre chambre. Le climatiseur est une vieille unité de fenêtres et le thermostat était désactivé de nombreux degrés, nous devions continuer à l'adapter. Un des deux ascenseurs n'a pas fonctionné -- la dernière fois que nous étions là. Les employés disent que l'hôtel a un nouveau propriétaire et que le réaménagement commence en novembre -- certainement à l'heure ! Le personnel a été très aimable et utile. Essayer cette propriété une fois que le réaménagement est complet -- peut-être au printemps 2022.

First off, I felt unsafe and that my car might be vandalized. With the exception of checking out, I find the staff to be extraordinarily rude. Before you think I'm Karening, I came to check in at 2:15 (admittedly my fault for not knowing the time or that check in was at 3:00). After waiting about 5 minutes while two staff members argued in the back room, the woman came out and when I said I was there to check in, she angry-sarcastically asked ”Did someone tell you to come in here because check in is at 3. Is it 3? No, it's not”. When I asked if there was something close that I could do for 40 minutes she just said no. When I asked if there was a place nearby to eat she said no, but you can drive around to find something. When I opened my room, the smell hit me like a physical blow. I wish I could photograph a smell!!! The last person must have been there a long, long time (in guessing many months) and chain smoked in it the entire time. My asthma was instantly flared (didn't have my inhaler with me, which made it worse). I immediately went back and said the room is so smoky and she said she knew and that's why I didn't get charged a deposit but there were no other rooms. I immediately went to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners. I spent hours washing down all surfaces and walls and floor. It never really made a dent in m how bad the room reeked. I put several air fresheners on the air unit to help more. It didn't. The room was filthy. Two of the three entry door locks were broken and the door jamb was broken, like someone had kicked the door in at one point. The outside of the refrigerator was beyond nasty. The back of the toilet didn't have the right lid. The mirror was not above the sink but to the side so you had to stand against the toilet to see yourself to get ready in the morning. The bathtub didn't hold water for a bath so I had to cut off part of a bread wrapper and hold it with my heel. The toilet paper holder was loose in the wall and the toilet paper fell off every time. The toilet paper roll was almost empty on my arrival (it had 9 squares left). I was there for 8 days and never once got new towels or wash cloth. One washcloth, one hand towel and one towel was all I ever had. They also never took the trash out. The groceries I put in the refrigerator on day one froze overnight, completely ruining two crispers full of salad, fruits and veggies. The bed was like sleeping on a board. It was difficult to even get comfortable enough to fall asleep and I was in extreme pain every morning when I woke up. The pillows were comfortable, but that's it. I'm pretty sure the bedding came from the Dollar Store (if so, they over paid). There were no hangers in the closet at all. There's also no dresser, just two shelves. There was a full kitchenette but no toaster, stove, silverware, plates, bowls or glasses. I had to go buy them all for my 8 day stay. I think the pictures tell a better story of this nightmare. J'ai été dans les hôtels depuis trois semaines et je suis surpris de voir la totalité du manque de service à la clientèle, de la qualité des produits, et de la façon dont les hôpitaux et les employés de logement sont RUDE. Par exemple, j'ai séjourné à un beau Holiday Inn express hier près d'Addison. Et je suis étonné, même en colère de la façon dont le RUDE et le manutention de maisons méprisables étaient pour moi. Deux filles dans l'escalier, m'appelait un gabacha, et vejita. Il était près de la bullying. Le serveur de petit déjeuner était timidement rude, et même le changement de bureau frontal était grossièrement faimeux. ( Ma clé a été démagnétisée, quand je suis sorti pour fumer, je lui ai demandé de le sauver qui elle a vérifié des tonnes d'informations sur mon film d'hôtel, que j'appréciais, jusqu'à ce que j'avais donné toutes les réponses correctes, Elle a commencé à me parler en tant que subordonnée et me disait que j'aurais dû avoir mon ID avec moi ... et elle ne le ferait pas encore et même si j'avais répondu aux questions ... Elle est allée et continue.. jusqu'à ce que je lui ai finalement dit que je suis sorti pour fumer la clé était bien quand je suis sorti. iT était son ton L'hôtel GM est sorti pendant que je fumais et me tenait à 6 ft et pendant 10 minutes. Nous étions là (seul) elle ne s'est jamais rie de moi, ou même a reconnu ma présence., ... Je me demandais si ses employés pensaient qu'il était bon de traiter les invités comme ça parce qu'elle l'a fait. Je ne sais pas, c'était une belle propriété, mais la plupart du personnel étaient terribles. Les lits étaient superbes, les décorations étaient belles, la télévision, les douches tout était super ... Mais le personnel a fait des commentaires racials, et si je suis embarrassée de le dire.. mais ils étaient abusifs. IHG mais cette séjour était une rupture de marché.. Je suis vraiment sourd à Holiday Inns ... Ne pensez pas que je serai aussi loyale à la marque de nouveau, et je ne reviendrai certainement pas à cette propriété.
