Tres bon hôtel, petit déjeuner délicieux, chambres avec une belle decoration et tres confortables, une speciale dedicace à Le Corbusier ce qui est tres sympa. Le personnel est à l ecoute du client. Les espaces d accueil et la piscine sont joliment décorés également.

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le prix de l'hôtel était agréable. La chambre est grande, le lit est trop mou, c'est un peu inconfortable pour des gens comme moi qui aiment dormir sur un lit dur. Mais l'environnement et les conditions de l'hôtel ne le disaient pas.

Been to ***y Novotels across different countries, but this one has poorly trained staff: I don't want name her, but the girl at checkin was chewing gum all the time and wasn't even interested in helping us. The the guy at checkin made us wait 25 minutes for checkin as the rooms we're ready even at 5 PM and then we got 1 room instead of 2, and after another 30 mins we got the 2nd room. Then, the luggage was partially delivered and I had to go down 6 floors to identify missing luggage. Rooms were clean, breakfast was decent.

The wifi is pathetic. The TV have very poor picture quality; there was no operating restaurant other than for breakfast between 6.30am to 10am. The entry to the hotel from the road level is obscure and hidden. There was no room service. I had a heritage room and there was nothing heritage about it except for plastic woven ratten pattern on the wall. The room lighting was pathetic and the arm chair came apart at the first sitting. The thumping from the night club on the 13th floor made sleep impossible.
