Très bon accueil, un personnel au service du client, qui nous a beaucoup aidé. Hôtel plutôt business, sans charme particulier.

The front desk staff were especially polite, accommodating and thoughtful. They carried an elegant demeanour and exuded warmth in performing their duties. The carpet lining of rooms could be better maintained but the bathroom and bedding were spotless and clean.

Great hotel, the service by Ms 苏 was great. I would also like to highlight the service by Mr 李可鑫 by being accommodating and helpful during our late night check in. Comfortable room and great facilities.

Good hotel only parking area not convenient to pick up & drop . Breakfast have limited western food but ok experience good to stay

the hotel is very good and the reception is very nice the can speak english .also, Miss pingping helped me too much to get a room

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

I stayed for one week and had a business room. The window curtains didn't work and were full of dust. The room itself was ok. Breakfast was not so good (my opinion)and the tables were not very clean. Not a lot of choice and not really something for foreigners who are looking for bread with some sausage and cold cuts of cheese. But even without the bread , the food was just not so good. You might need some help at the front desk, as they do not speak English at all. I would definitely not come again, just because the breakfast wasn't really good. For people which like to safe some Mo ey and do not care about the breakfast , it's totally fine. Even the room furniture are outdated but still acceptable.

It is the excellent hotel. I will come back again. Breakfast is good. Near metro station. Not far from changchun railway station.
