L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est magnifique, calme mais cool vibe, très sous-évalué. Mon chambre, tout en étant petite, était calme, bien équipée (gracieuse chatière) et le lit était si confortable. Une chose que je pensais étrange était qu'il n'y avait pas de café ou d'expresso dans la chambre. Ils ont eu une salle de café de matin dans le lobby qui était bien. Deux de mes matins, je n'ai pas eu le temps de commander la chambre ou de m'asseoir dans le salon pour commander le petit déjeuner, donc j'ai fini de manger un bar de granola que j'avais avec moi depuis que j'étais rencontrer des gens pour d'autres activités. Le service de la table était excellent. Les vues du Club Citrus étaient belles, bien que le service semblait trop lent et toute la carte clé/l'attente d'entrée ne semblait pas nécessaire car nous avons dû attendre vingt minutes pour y monter et l'a trouvé 50% complet (peut-être une question de personnel? ........................................................................................................................

Wish the rooms were as nice as the lobby. I'd skip a stay and visit the lobby en route to the rooftop bar. Rooms are not in as good repair as they should be for an upscale hotel. Superficially, they have a glitzy French theme, with all the trim painted a glossy red. Functionally, our room had peeling paint in the bathroom (where the tile floor and wall meet). The door jammed at the half way open position, and there was an extremely loud A/C that woke us up whenever it turned on at night. We were given a new room in a remote corridor that opened to a decrepit wooden staircase. Very odd! I wanted to like this hotel. It's very well located, but I can't recommend in good faith for an overnight stay.

The Spectator is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we've stayed at many 5 star hotels. This one by far beats them all. The concierge service and itinerary bookings made by Lane exceeded my expectations. She helped plan a wonderful weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th Birthday. She planned our car service, dining reservations, a marquee sign at the American Theater, Wine and Cheese plate upon arrival, rose petal turndown, private horse carriage tour, private plantation tour, massage in our room, bike taxi arrangements, and surprise birthday decorations and a delicious cake for my husband's birthday. This was one of the most romantic weekends we have every had in our 15 years of being married. I can't say enough about her service. The service provided by the butlers was exceptional as well. Our butler, Jim, was amazing and made us feel extra special. We were very sad to go home and can't wait to return to the Spectator.

A perfectly located and very homely little bed and breakfast that packs a lot of bang for buck. Friendly service, beautifully appointed rooms (excellent shower!) and located near all the historic sites of Charleston.

Nous avons séjourné au Quarter Inn français pour notre 45e anniversaire et nous sommes tombés amoureux dès le début. Toutes les personnes ont du champagne pour les saluer, mais le superviseur de la table frontale, Tahliha, nous a fait sentir si spécial avec une bouteille de champagne et un cadeau qui nous attendait quand nous arrivions. Seryna, à la réception, a aidé avec nos nombreuses questions et demandes, toujours avec un sourire. Les chambres étaient très propres et de grande envergure, avec des salle de bains de marbre avec des produits personnels de Deep Steep, des feuilles de butter à hautes émissions, une machine à son, un menu de piège (je l'ai essayé chacun) et le pulvérisateur de lin était divin. Chaque chambre dispose d'un mini-frigo, d'une chaise confortable avec un bureau et un bureau avec un bureau. Les cookies chaudes, le lait froid et le vin de port dans le lobby à la nuit étaient la fin parfaite de votre journée. Nous sommes allés dans notre chambre avec des joueurs de musique romantiques, le lit se détourne avec notre choix de pièges, bouteilles d'eau avec glace frais dans le bouquet, chocolats, une note nous racontant le temps et le soleil et le soir pour le lendemain. Le petit déjeuner était toujours délicieux et rempli, ne manquez pas les gluten libres biscuits de citron. Durant le jour, il y avait toujours des boissons froides et le bar de candy pour vous donner un ascenseur. Le quartier français est dans la position parfaite, près de tout, et même fournir des vélos à leurs clients.

Nous reviendrons dans ce même endroit si nous remarquons. Cela nous a été recommandé par un ami, et ils avaient raison! Si vous cherchez un endroit propre, historique, confortable et amiable pour rester avec une grande position dans le centre de Charleston - c'est là! La réception de vin et de fromage était merveilleuse - le petit déjeuner était aussi! La petite piscine/tube chaud était un grand endroit pour relaxer les muscles de marcher toute la journée. Le jardin est magnifique et un bon endroit pour commencer le matin avec du café.
