L'hôtel est un excellent hôtel, et il est très bon de rentrer dans le parc de Coolidge.

Nous avons vu un jeu et nous avons eu un séjour exceptionnel à l'hôtel. Nous avons vérifié l'application; Gary Potts au bureau frontal m'a saluté par le nom comme membre du titane et me remercie de ma loyauté quand il m'a donné les clés de notre chambre au 15ème étage. Le lendemain, nous sommes retournés au bureau de front parce que j'étais choqué de voir Uber voulait 49 $ pour la courte visite au théâtre. Il a appelé un taxi et a prévu un pour nous après avoir confirmé le prix ($3.50!) et vérifié les détails avec nous. Lisa, qui était également au bureau frontal, nous a aidé avec des cartes et des informations sur la région locale. Le jour suivant, Lisa a demandé le rendez-vous et nous a encore parlé. Cette propriété donne une priorité à sa clientèle, ainsi qu'à sa propreté et à son entretien.. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs quand nous reviendrons à Chattanooga, mais c'est là que je sais que nous resterons.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Hotel Chalet! The decor was beautiful & the staff was so helpful & accommodating. They definitely go out of their way to make your stay as great as it can be! The rooms were clean & extremely spacious, & the beds & pillows were so comfortable. You really can't beat the location right there at the Choo Choo. We had a wonderful time & will absolutely be back!! You should go, it is so worth it!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse nuit à l'Hôtel Indigo Chattanooga. L'hôtel est à jour et confortable, avec des membres du personnel très aimables et accueillant. Reconnaissance spéciale pour Aaron à l'arrivée et tout le grand personnel valet. Nous avons eu une suite à l'hôtel, basée sur notre niveau de membre de l'IHG, qui a été décorée avec des touches modernes et qui a été une très calme et cool retraite sur une soirée chaude de juillet. The location is great with a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Broad Street & Market Street, and all of the attractions near the River. We'll be back!

Nous avons réservé de rester Lorsque le concert que nous avons assisté était fini. Il était très à sortir de l'Interstate et dans le parking lot. Le personnel était très utile. Ils ont fait une erreur sur notre charge, ont mis notre réservation en mix avec quelqu'un d'autre et ont chargeé leur chambre à nous. Je l'ai remarqué sur mon app bancaire et je suis allé au bureau de front. La jeune dame a dit qu'elle avait fait une erreur et qu'elle l'avait corrigée immédiatement. Elle était super jolie. Ils étaient des chambres de rénovation et les chambres finies étaient très jolies. Je recommande cet endroit.
