J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel hier soir, en allant à Cleveland pour voir un jeu au Redland Performing Arts Centre. Quand j'ai vérifié et ouvert le réfrigérateur, il y avait un poulet à moitié mangeant à la frigorie! Ugh! Je l'ai trouvé dépouillé et malade, et je ne me sentais pas comme mettre mon propre nourriture là-bas après ça! Le lit était très ferme et dur, mais j'avais un sommeil très confortable de nuit. J'ai réservé en ligne, ce qui était une réelle performance du cirque! Ils m'ont envoyé un courriel, demander mon adresse électronique!!! Huh?? Le bar était ouvert, mais il n'y avait jamais eu de bar ouvert.

Stayed here for 2 nites this week . The accommodation here is probably the best in the Redlands , the reception staff on arrival were very professional but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the bar staff or the restaurant staff and the food and cooks Some of the bar staff I encountered here should just go and work in a public bar in some average hotel , they simply don't listen to your order serving the wrong beer that I did not order , I guess they dont assume that you're staying in their lovely accommodation and just treat you like any old Joe blow The beer prices are probably the highest in the Redlands ( apart from happy hour ) compared to all the other pubs in the area ( I'm a local resident) The restaurant staff try to do their best but they simply are not professional in their jobs The cook or cooks that prepared my breakfast and dinners are sub standard in my view My eye fillet steak was cooked to order nicely ( med rare ) and very tender but it was almost cold . The oysters Kirkpatrick were just ok , and very small oysters On my second nite I ordered an eye fillet steak again and although it wasnt cooked to perfection (medium rare ) at least this time it was hot Ordered with the steak a mushroom sauce and an additional pepper sauce , what I got was 2 mushroom sauces Told wait staff and they quickly corrected my incorrect sauce with a pepper sauce but it was stone cold . Upon payment at least the wait staff asked how I enjoyed my meal , so I said I will tell you the truth since you asked , I was offered a complimentary cappuccino however it was the weakest coffee I have had in a long time and not very hot , I must add this waitress was very nice and did seem to care what I had to say, though perhaps seamed to me a little offended but I did not nor would I criticise anyone personally Breakfast , I was hesitant to have breakfast as the cook was continuously sneezing,(with mask on ) not a good look in this era of covid and from my room window I could see a kitchen staff smoking out the back of the kitchen, anyway I risked not contracting anything and ordered the smashed avocado on char grilled sour dough with roasted tomatoes and duchka What I got was a tasteless smashed avocado on lightly toasted something ( certainly not char grilled as per menu )and unroasted / ungrilled cherry tomatoes and could not taste any duhka ,I also ordered an XTRA hot cappuccino and it was luke warm when the waitress delivered it I let her know and she replaced it The breakfast menu is very well priced in comparison to other places around here but I will not be returning again because it would seem the cook obviously has little interest in even preparing food as per their own menu , there is much better places to eat breakfast around here . Beautiful accommodation rooms and superb beds and pillows and nice and quiet with curtains that block all the morning light , highly recommend the accommodation but unfortunately cannot say same for food or food

The best thing about staying here at 'The Manly Hote' is the staff are all amazing and teamwork is exceptional. Nothing is a bother to any of them and always up for a great chat. Rooms may need a little updating but very clean and great bedding. I think being renovated soon also. Big TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Fridge. Location is great and close to the Marina with cafes and restaurants. Markets on the weekend. Lovely place to stay and wander around. Sails Restaurant in the hotel has a great selection on the menu. Everything we tried was perfection. I know it sounds a great rap, but if you want location, great food and all at an affordable cost I am sure you will enjoy. Sharon and Wayne from the Gold Coast.:)

Possibly one of the worst customer service I have ever experience. Book the simply sirromet package through their website expecting to get a wine tasting included (the reason we booked), for the teenage receptionist to tell us we only booked a one night stay which doesn't include the wine tasting. Their website is very misleading and even when you click through the book now for the package, they change it at the last minute and in tiny writing that says only breakfast included and nothing about a wine tasting. When asking the receptionist about this, he clicked through the exact package that they also advertised on their Instagram and said no I must have clicked the wrong button. No understanding, empathy or problem solving at all. No response from their team after emailing and asking about it. Still haven’t received the “bond” money back ($150 mind you). Would not recommend at all. To top it off, it was Easter Sunday which I expect surcharges but no where stated a surcharge or advertised the higher price but would tell you $22 and charge you $25 on the card. So rude! Will not be going back!

La chambre 19 est restée très bruyante. Les clients parlent dans la salle, les voitures qui traversent la route principale et les objets qui se rallient sur le toit. Si la télévision était sur, la plupart des sons n'étaient pas entendus. Il n'était pas avant que vous soyez prêt à se réinstaller pour un repos de nuit, que chaque son est devenu visible. Nous avons été déçus avec le gestionnaire pendant notre séjour - vendredi 7 juin à lundi 10 juin 2019. Nous n'avons pas rencontré ces gentlemen avant. Il nous a traités avec déshonneur et il a montré sur son visage. Nous lui avons montré 2 bons de boisson que nous n'avions pas utilisés lors de notre précédente visite et il les regarda et dit qu'ils étaient vieux et qu'ils ne devaient pas être utilisés. Nous avons dit qu'il n'y avait pas de date d'expiration et il a dit ”ne compte pas” et les a jetés dans le bin et nous regardait. Très embarrassant de dire le moins. Nous avons demandé de l'eau de soda sans glace et sans lima et il a fait de l'eau de soda avec glace et lima. Nous avons été ici 5 fois plus tôt et ont toujours été traités comme des invités précieux. Ce voyage nous avons eu l'impression de lépers. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs si nous reviendrons. C'est une situation très confortable et le gardien est très minutieux et très poli. le lit et les coussins étaient confortables.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre satisfaisait à toutes mes exigences et bien que la vanité de la salle de bains ait besoin d'une mise à niveau, tout le reste était bien préparé et confortable. La douche était étonnante, l'air-con était inestimable (il était de 35 degrés les jours de ma visite à Brisbane), le lit était très confortable et le motel est situé dans une zone tranquille, à pieds de la boutique et des terminaux de ferry. J'ai été très heureux de toute ma expérience de séjour au Redland Bay Motel et je recommanderais très bien à tout le monde.

C'était le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai jamais mangé, ils ont eu tant de problèmes pour tous là, il y avait un quiz, un raffle avec de grands prix, le lieu était magnifiquement décoré et la nourriture était superbe, Je voulais voler le hame à jambes faites, c'était si bon & comme c'était le buffet vous pouviez avoir autant que vous vouliez - c'était une matinée très agréable et le personnel était très attentif, il n'y avait rien à la chance & je m'attends à l'année prochaine
