Après le Mercure de Santos c'est décidé, les hôtels Mercure au Brésil pour nous plus jamais ! Service inexistant, mini bar non fourni à l'arrivée, le canapé lit du salon sans draps, lorsque quelqu'un vous les apporte vous réalisez que vous dormez à même le faux cuir (pas de matelas une fois le convertible déplié..), pas de climatisation dans la chambre double, un lit king size avec des draps pour lit double donc trop petits, au petit déjeuner nous avons attendu 15 mn qu'une table soit débarassée, debout avec nos trois enfants, nous avions l'air invisibles, nous avons fini par débarasser une table nous même pour pouvoir nous installer. Nous avons ensuite attendu 30 mn pour pouvoir être servis, les portions étaient ridicules et nous sommes tombés sur des morceaux de beurre moisis à l'intérieur.. Comme le Mercure précédent, les chambres ne sont pas faites, vous gardez donc vos poubelles et vous faites votre lit, comme à la maison. Le prix reste le même bien sûr. Le seul point positif c'est la piscine face à la mer.

Je suis hôte à ce moment. Mon 2e heure ici. Les employés sont excellents, principalement MEL. Elle est d'une sympathie que je n'ai jamais vu comme ça. Fait tout pour nous plaire. J'ai déjà accueilli dans de nombreux endroits, plusieurs États, mais je n'ai jamais vu une fonctionnaire comme elle. Incroyable. Sur l'auberge, il est proche de la plage, 1 minute à pied. Menu de 10 minutes à pied jusqu'au centre. Tout est très propre et fonctionnant parfaitement. Il a une douche chaude, Sky ... Super recommandé et je reviendrai sûrement.
