It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. Thank you Puji and Robby and thank you IBIS

Inspectez-vous après une longue réunion d'affaires de la journée et ne pouvez pas attendre de prendre une pause juste pour prendre la douche et obtenir une tasse de café agréable ... et finalement je suis arrivé à l'hôtel Fame Gading Serpong. J'aime l'hôtel en particulier la couleur et la musique, sur le contrôle en cours il a bien marché et il y a une jeune dame qui se tient debout à côté du personnel de la FO écoutant et observant tout le processus. Le lendemain, je l'ai rencontrée à nouveau au lobby et elle m'approche juste pour dire bonjour, demande de ma expérience et de mon retour gentil et en même temps elle me donne une tasse de café, même si elle savait que j'avais fait mon petit-déjeuner. Je sais qu'elle a très bien travaillé avec Fame Hotel Gading Serpong mais elle ( Iren ) est un atout très important pour la société. Je ne réfléchis pas à cette réaction parce qu'elle m'a donné une tasse de café. Elle a vraiment montré son rôle d'hôtellerie. Je vous remercie pour votre hospitalité.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

L'hôtel est vraiment mauvais. Lorsque je suis entrée, la feuille de lit est sale avec une tige jaune et une tige de sang. Ma fille veut nager et je m'attends pour leur toile, et la toile stinque comme un pied mouillé. Je me plains de la réception et ils ont dit que le service de nettoyage viendrait et aiderait à le nettoyer à nouveau. Ils ont dit que le lavage était terrible et je crois qu'ils doivent prendre des extras du bureau ou quoi que ce soit et il n'y a pas encore de lit propre. Je suis venue demander à cette dame qui ressemble au directeur ou au chef de l'équipe de nettoyage, si quelqu'un d'autre s'est plaint de cette feuille de lit terriblement sale, Je veux dire comment vous pouvez utiliser un hôtel sans lit propre et sans toile blanche ??? pour une raison qu'elle a dit N'importe quelle plainte. Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. La douche de la salle de bain est endommagée et sale aussi. Il y a des moules partout. Je le prouve avec une photo. Vous pensez qu'il vaut la peine de 3 étoiles???? Profitez de la photo de la chambre 107!
