Réponse de l'établissement: 您好！首先感謝您選擇大理予棲伴山民宿，在每一位客人入住的時候我們都會明確的説民宿非24小時前台，緊急事情可以聯繫我們。院子裏的景觀泳池我們經常會清理，最近是大理的雨季，一直在下雨，可能給了您感官上不好的體驗，再有就是我們院子裏的泳池衹是作為造景的一個景觀水池，並沒有開放游泳，且為了保證客人的安全水深衹有60cm也達不到游泳的要求。我們會用心服務好每一位到店的客人，給客人一次舒心的入住體驗，感謝您的評價，期待您下次光臨。
