Great location, only 5 minute walk from centre of town. Hotel is clean and staff are really friendly. Not all rooms have the facilities mentioned on the website which was disappointing and in my personal opinion, it could do with a little bit of TLC by the Maintenance dept. Not major, just little things. Shelf in shower hanging off holes in floor etc. Im a very fussy eater but choice of breakfast was good. Its not a place to go if you're looking for english breakfast as it has traditional buffet choices on offer. It could do with more variety for mains, but thats just personal preference. Something to make a note of if you have mobility issues. The pool is not really accessible unless you have someone to help you in and out. The steps are very deceiving and deeper than expected. They do cater for a lot of cancelled flights so lots of coaches coming and going and late arrivals. Nil was very helpful and hospitable and makes a huge effort to welcome you to the hotel. If you're looking to stay in on an evening, there's a range of entertainment provided.

La piscine est grande et propre, le petit déjeuner est super, le personnel est magnifique (en particulier le gars qui a travaillé le bar). L'hôtel est calme et relaxant à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la principale *** et de la rivière. Il y avait un réfrigérateur dans notre chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui était honteux, mais nous n'avons pas vraiment besoin de ce qui est, et le wifi n'a pas fonctionné tout en nous y étant, mais nous avons été dit que c'était un problème avec le wifi dans la zone. Le con air dans les chambres était fantastique (et gratuit), mais je pense qu'il serait utile que l'hôtel fournisse un couvercle chaud/épais, car il était trop froid avec le couvercle air sur, mais encore trop chaud avec le mode « fan » sur, et le couvercle fourni était très mince. Il a été très agréable de dormir avec le con air sur le lit, mais sous un couvercle/duvet plus épais sur le lit. Nous avons passé beaucoup de notre temps à faire des cuillères ou à jouer avec les chats et nous les manquons vraiment !
