The food was great! Unfortunate the overnight-stay wasn’t good and the service of the hotel horrible. We booked a night in the sky suite of the hotel. The room looked great. We booked the night stay for our wedding night, I made sure they would be aware of that and it would be a special night for us. They offered us a complimentary (small) bottle of Prosecco what was very nice of them. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy our room in the way intended because apparently the fitness was above our sky suite! We constantly heard the noice of falling weights on our ceiling. We told about this in the evening because it was really horrible and they just told us, sorry there isn’t anybody right now in the fitness. We can’t do anything more. Okay well fine we thought, maybe it’s over than. But it started again already in the morning! We woke up at 06:30 in the morning! Because somebody was throwing weights already again. I went downstairs because this wasn’t really how I intended my wedding night to go. The funny fact was when I went down I was with the person from the fitness! So I did my complained and they said sorry but there isn’t anybody in the fitness, no I know i replied. I was with that mister in the elevator! But they said they can’t do anything, I told them I want to speak to a manager but they only offered me the reception email and just send a complaint. Of course I send the complaint and I didn’t get a reply until the next day after my check out. You can solve a problem really well when your customer already checked out. They offered me a 50% discount on my next stay including breakfast. But I told them I live normally in Finnish Lapland and the last time I spend an overnight stay at there hotel was 3 years ago. When I told I didn’t accept that offer and I would like a free night stay including breakfast before I leave back to Finland they just told me that that isn’t possible because the problem wasn’t so severe. Unfortunately after my reply they never answered to me again. They neglect to solve a complaint in 72 hours and deal with it in this manner! I am born and raised in Dordrecht and since the hotel and restaurant are build we dine in the restaurant. The restaurant is amazing and the service great! But the experience of the hotel was awful and the handling of the complaint was even worse. What should have been a once in a life time experience in a good way for a wedding night turned out to be a once in a life time experience in a negative way. I never experienced this kind of customer service.

Les chaînes hôtelières néerlandaises, généralement situées au bord de l'autoroute, proposent un parking gratuit. Fournir un copieux petit-déjeuner et dîner. La pièce était très propre. Le service est bon, en faisant attention à l'intimité des clients. Si je veux louer une voiture, je dois fournir l'adresse à la société de location. La société de location appelle l'hôtel pour confirmer. L'hôtel refuse de fournir des informations sur les résidents à des étrangers pour protéger la vie privée des clients. C'est très bon et impressionnant. Le prix n'est pas bon marché, 600-700RMB.

Our waitress Carrolyn was impeccable and hospitable. Top banana. Definitely recommend our stay at this establishment as a result. Facilities are plentiful, beds comfortable and all for a reasonable price. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Also the Hotel is next to McDonald’s which made it easy for snacks.

Plus: Joli hôtel facile d'accès par rapport à la gare, environ 15 minutes à pied. Et très bien implanté car dans le centre de Rotterdam mais calme. Joli chambre à la déco très contemporaine et chaleureuse. Nous avons été surclassé de standard à confort et à l'avant dernier étage: belle vue en hauteur sur une partie de la ville mais pas la plus belle. Service à bagage gratuit. J'y retournerai. Moins: Accueil froid des jeunes réceptionnistes . Climatisation pas réglable (un peu trop chaud). Nombreuses trainées sur les murs de la chambre, il manque un bon coup de peinture. Mini réfrigérateur bancal. Pas de petit déjeuné, juste une sorte de magasin libre service.

Séjour de 6 nuits du 15/08/22 au 21/08/22, Le point fort de l'hôtel pour moi est sa localisation, alors ne vous attendez pas à un polder, un moulin ou un canal.. Non, il est à 300 mètres d'un gros échangeur autoroutier. Alors oui c'est pas glamour mais quand vous voulez rayonner dans les environs c'est bien pratique de ne pas avoir à se coltiner la centre ville (d'autant que Gorinchem c'est 35000 habitants tout de même). L'accueil est super aussi, le personnel souriant, avenant et qui se décarcasse pour résoudre les différents problèmes. Les chambres sont spacieuses (environ 25 m²), quasiment neuves, bien même très bien insonorisées. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne de grande taille, bureau avec siège, belle lumière, frigo (un peu chaud), coffre... Petit déjeuner un peu en deçà, c'est dommage, avec pas mal de préparations industrielles. Le restaurant est pas trop mal aussi, prix un peu élevés peut être. Bonnes coquilles Saint Jacques, viande tendre, dessert un peu en deçà avec la réutilisation de la salade de fruits du matin pour en faire une coupe de glace... En conclusion : je recommande fortement car pour 100 euros en moyenne la nuit avec petit déjeuner inclus c'est vraiment une affaire dans le coin.

Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue panoramique, bains à remous et sauna en chambre. Tout était parfait. Chambre très propre, salle de bain récente, le lit était MAJESTUEUX, hyper confortable. La piscine est ouverte jusqu'à 23h, parfait pour profiter en revenant d'une balade. Personnel aimable... et petit déjeuner correct (excepté les nombreux emballages individuels dus aux mesures Covid...Pensons à la planète) à savoir, il faut se garer dans un parking juste à côté de l'hôtel (21 €/24h) J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Stayed here for one evening and enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the excellent front-desk service. The location seemed isolated from town. While it had AC, I couldn’t get the room to feel cool as the thermostat only allows for changes of +/- 3 degrees from whatever central temp they have programmed. While I wasn’t a fan of the service in the restaurant, I was happy in the hotel and bar.

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!

Très satisfait, l'hôtel est très adapté pour voyager en voiture. Nous avons loué une voiture et avons conduit la voiture de l'autre côté du moulin à vent pour enfants le lendemain. A l'origine, le prix de la chambre n'incluait pas le petit déjeuner, mais je ne savais pas comment nous donner deux petits déjeuners, qui étaient également très délicieux. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel soient vieilles, mais l'assainissement est excellent, l'environnement environnant est également très bon
