Personnel accueillant et disponible ! Hotel bien situé... Quartier pour les courses rapides et shopping pas mal du tout... bcp de terrasses à quelques minutes de marche de la gare. Hotel très proche de la gare 200m à peine. Trottinettes, taxis, lidl, il y a tout pour un/une célibataire. Juste un peu cher qd meme Par contre le bruit des travaux dans l'hotel pas possible!!!!!!!

L'hôtel, les lits, pas de cordons dans la chambre, mais des lameaux qui ne ferment plus. Très écouté, beaucoup de bruit de la route, même avec la fenêtre fermée.

Les chambres sont bien équipées, même un peu loin de la chambre typique. Mon chambre avait une toilette et une douche séparées, très agréable. Petit Manco, un objet oublié 4 heures après le CA, n'était pas trouvé dans la chambre, ce qui est dommage. Il n'était pas si petit. Les lits sont également très confortables, tout dans un hôtel très bon.

Have spent more nights in premier inns that I can remember. Have used them in the UK for years. They're all pretty much the same (Zip and Hub aside of course) both of which I also like. The German offering is either aimed at a slightly higher niceness or are maybe just newer. Anyhoo, the rooms are nice. But. I've stayed at the Essen hotel before and the beds weren't great then and don't seem to have been replaced in the last year. The result is (my 2p) that the beds are too soft and when I sit on them, the springs bottom out and I can feel the base. It's not much better when trying to sleep. This is a bit weird as the ones in premier inns in the UK are excellent, to the point where I considered buying one of same type of mattresses/beds for home. This last weekend, the TV was Broken in the first room, so asked to move because the bed was rubbish. Bed also rubbish in second room. By the time I got to the third room I was too embarrassed to ask to move again but the bed thing isn't restricted to one room. Staff were good, the lady on reception was excellent even when facing an avalanche of customers as six pm approached. Overall, an average stay but the beds would mean I'll probably head to Dortmund and the Mercure next time.

L'hôtel comprend le petit déjeuner, le petit déjeuner est également bon ! La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était un peu grande, l'hôtel était relativement propre, il était également proche de la gare, le shopping était plus pratique et le service était bon

hôtel très bien le personnel est très bien et fond leur possible pour répondre a nos questions, le petit déjeuner est copieux les chambres sont bien, le seul bémol c'est qu'i faudrait des chambres familial.
