Juste quitt votre hôtel. Honnêtement aimé tout à propos de cela, sauf le bureau de la place de la journée. Nous avons un statut de titane qui permet de se rendre tardivement. Lorsque nous l'avons réservé, il n'y avait pas de problème d'avoir un check-out tardif. Mais quand nous avons vérifié la demande le vendredi matin, ce trésor dit que nous ne permettons pas de vérifier tardivement les vendredi et samedi. Après avoir remis en question la politique qu'elle nous a donnée et nous a dit qu'elle nous ferait le service. Honnêtement un service ? Nous avons presque 1000 séjours à Marriott au cours des dernières années. Nous donnons Marriott un établissement exclusif. Elle était très en colère et aussi rude. C'est très décevant. Il faut que le personnel soit mal attitudé pour ne pas vouloir revenir à cet hôtel. À une bonne note, la chambre était propre. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était ouvert et tout le repas était bon. Et tous les autres employés que nous avons rencontrés étaient agréables.

La chambre était propre, le personnel était agréable, l'A/C fonctionnait bien, le lit était bien.
