The check-in process was quite easy. I found the hotel, to my surprise not up to 4 star standards. Old keys to the room doors. There was a curtain in front of the cupboard, no doors which was really strange. At the time we visited some major pipe work in the George CBD rendered the area without water for the duration of our stay. We were never informed of this and believe that the hotel did not manage their risks sufficiently well. We could not shower the following morning and depended on 2 bottles of water to prepare ourselves for the day. This is not good enough and I dont believe I will use this hotel in the future.

La chambre dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, le thé, le café, la garde-robe, la télévision (pas de nombreux programmes) Un autre espace où on peut utiliser le fer, la micro-ondes, etc. Le personnel était si utile, amiable et hébergé. La seule chose que je n'aimais pas vraiment était, une fois dans la pièce, j'ai dû fermer les curtains, les portes et la fenêtre françaises se trouvaient face à la zone générale où tout le monde allait passer. Donc, en principe, une fois que vous êtes dans la chambre, vous êtes dans l'obscurité ou vous avez des gens à regarder.

L'hôtel est si fatigué et a besoin de maintenance et de refroidissement routiniers. Je ne sais pas si c'était sale ou juste vieux, mais je ne voulais pas rester plus longtemps que je n'avais besoin! Le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas terriblement aimable ou peut-être juste pas bien formé à l'entrée. Il est très bon de se rendre dans le golf et le jardin est très bon.

The most wonderful hotel stay i have experienced in a long time. This place has excellent written all over it. I’ve been to George South Africa over 12 times and so glad I found this hidden gem. From our arrival we were greeted by Tamhi. An excellent and well mannered young man who gave us a full tour of the hotel and the facilities. Not to mention his help throughout our stay in organising a golfing trip at kingswood to being on hand if we needed anything in the room. To the bar staff in the evenings the two young gentlemen were absolutely first class and took care of all our needs. The staff were amazing and some of the best I’ve come across. Breakfast, what can I say wow, so tasty and prepared to perfection. I’ve stayed in many places across George South Africa and I can assure you this is the first place I would check out when returning again. Thank you for having us and I look forward to returning again soon.

Je ne sais pas si les Coréens viendront ici, mais je laisserai un examen. Tout d'abord, la situation est vraiment bonne. A proximité du centre, il y a toutes les installations. George est un petit quartier, mais il est un bon endroit pour aller n'importe où. L'hôtel lui-même n'est pas mauvais pour le prix. Mais le personnel est vraiment désagréable. Ce sera une bonne option pour ceux qui n'aiment pas les hôtels coûteux.
