This was a terrible experience, booked two rooms through Expedia and they only allowed us one room, stated that there was no reservation for a second room even after we showed documentation and proof that two rooms were booked. Stated they had rooms available on Friday and Sunday but none on Saturday. Saturday they informed us that another room was available for more than double the price we initially booked it for and said there was no way they could change the price to the price we booked it for - this offer was declined as we booked the room for $130 and they wanted to charge $299 not including fees. A reservation was made for Sunday and we were informed that we would be able to check in much earlier than 3 pm since we now had a share one bathroom to four people, when I went to go check in Sunday morning to get our room the man at the desk refused to allow us to check in early and that we had to wait until 3pm. We were there for the railbird music festival and we had left the hotel before 3pm and didn’t return until 3am, at this point there was no reason to book a separate room and pay money since they refused to allow us to check in early after being told Saturday we would be able to. We were not informed of any cancellation policy and no information was given, therefore, we did not cancel the reservation and we were still charged for the room. I can admit that I should’ve read into the cancellation policy and should’ve cancelled but due to them not taking my contact information and don’t remember them taking my card information, I didn’t think it was a solid reservation. Either way, this was a terrible experience and do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Le parking est propre. Jennifer et Teresa, les seconds bureaux de première rangée, étaient le numéro de la bombe. ❤️ La location est à une distance de marche des magasins et des restaurants. Nos enfants aiment la piscine. Les choses dont je n'étais pas folle : le lit, la zone de petit déjeuner encombré, les hôtes louds (portes de lampe à 5 heures!), la chambre de première chambre grouchie (main), les cartes sont désactivées et les lumières sont désactivées sur nous dans la zone de piscine Avant notre heure de check-out.

La chambre de parking et la chambre générale étaient également bonnes. Une fazolis était juste au-dessus du parking et une salle de biscuit juste en bas de la rue. La chambre n'était pas si bonne. Notre chambre était propre mais il fallait vraiment attention. Le tube entouré avait deux grosses craques. Le tube et le baignoire sont détruits lentement et il y avait une aile de sol libre. La télé à distance était l'une des pires que j'aie jamais utilisée. Peut-être que nous n'avons pas pu le découvrir, mais il n'avait pas un bouton de menu. Il fallait désactiver et retourner le menu de vue et il allait continuellement monter. Idk, certainement était frustrant. Globalement notre séjour était ok mais pas jusqu'à la norme Hampton Inn que nous sommes habitués à.

The hotel's website indicated the facility was being renovated. The renovations were handled well: the public areas were intact and we were given a renovated room, but the directional signs to the rooms hadn't been reinstalled so finding our way was an adventure at first. The room was nice, but we could hear the person next door sneezing, plus road noise from I-75. The internet was erratic. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming, and breakfast was considerably better than the typical Fairfield fare!
