L'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons réservé une suite junior et nous sommes agréablement surpris de la taille de notre chambre au sol. La décoration est très agréable et nous avons apprécié le grand tube dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel propose de l'eau, qui a été appréciée, ainsi que du thé et du café. Le prix était raisonnable, et il est à seulement 10 minutes de marche ou si cela s'avère nécessaire pour les jardins botaniques. Le seul problème est que c'est un peu loin du centre, donc si vous devez retourner et sortir, le tarif peut augmenter.

Avoid room 10 at all costs!!! A very disappointing ‘hotel’ (I use that word loosely) with zero amenities and no staff anywhere to be found except for late at night. Even then, the single person working could not find any milk when I requested it and failed to leave some by my room in the morning as offered. I know that staff were reduced due to the pandemic, but all other hotels I have stayed in had at least someone to welcome you and see to it that questions and requests were dealt with. The front doors are locked 24/7 - yes, even during the day, This should be listed on airbnb, not as a hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed “due to COVID”, even though all COVID restrictions are now lifted. The room cost £80 per night which is extremely expensive for what was in fact just a tiny, noisy room with none of the expected benefits of being in a hotel. The bathroom was so tiny I couldn't bend down to wash my feet in the shower! I couldn't wash in the basin as the toiletry shelf was in the way. The plumbing must be as old as the house because the noise was horrendous. I booked this ‘hotel’ because it looked far more glamorous in the photos than it really is. I could have had a bigger, more comfortable, quiet room safe in the knowledge that there are staff on reception for half the price at a premier inn - and with a king size bed. If I had been alone in the room I would not have felt safe. This was like a low budget B&B with no access to anything other than the room itself. I will definitely not book again. At no point did I feel that the hotel was welcoming or that I was safe. I simply cannot understand why there were no reception staff at all and no bar or breakfast availability. I also paid a £50 deposit for what, I really do not know. I will be watching to see if that gets returned.

Il y a trois heures d'expérience mauvaise: 1. Service: Le Royaume-Uni est ici à trois heures du matin. J'ai arrivé à 1 h, un jeune garçon me recevait, la vie et la mort ne me laissaient pas rester, je disais que je devais attendre à 3 h. Je suis allé, j'ai pris plus de 30 heures d'avion. Pas de moyen, je ne peux pas, j'ai dû y aller. À la suite, on a trouvé d'autres personnes qui étaient là pour y séjourner directement. J'essayais de trouver un autre, qui semble être le chef, directement. En conséquence, les gens ne l'ont pas demandé. Ça m'a donné de l'air. Le blanc me laisse sec presque une heure. Très puissant. 2. Le vent qui sort du climatisation a toujours un goût de produits chimiques, ferme-la, il est froid et il est goûtant. 3. Le salon de fitness a été individuelment répété, je suis allé voir les chiffres sans électricité, le serveur a dit que l'électricité n'était pas disponible. Je n'ai pas entendu. Le lendemain, je suis allé sans électricité, je suis remplacé par un serveur, ou je suis allé sans électricité. Le troisième jour, je suis allé, je suis tombé, je suis aussi sans parole.

Qu'est-ce que je peux dire à partir du jour où je suis allé l'année dernière pour demander à notre écoute de mariage son équipe était étonnant chaque fois que je me suis rencontré avec Scott J'ai senti comme s'il était un de mes proches amis il était étonnant à partir du jour 1 Le mariage écoute le personnel n'a pas pu nous aider assez le jour tout ce que je peux dire était remarquable même s'habiller avec un cheveux un texte pour lui an il avait des boissons pour les enfants an adultes à la réception Je devais jeter en fin de discours pour lui remercier un Robbie Nous avons également resté une nuit extra en mari une femme et Martin un scotch étaient étonnants de s'assurer que nous avions tout ce que nous avons besoin tous ceux qui ont assisté au mariage ont dit qu'ils ont eu une heure étonnante an il était aussi très heureux avec leur petit déjeuner un checkout temps je suis goutté Tout est fini maintenant mais une chose que je sais est que je vais avoir une nuit à côté de Leonardo comme ils vous regardent depuis le début pour finir la plupart de tout J'ai fait un grand ami en Scott Je le rédige toujours lol

We checked into this hotel expecting the room to look like the photos advertised on their website. In reality, it did not. We were booked into Room 12 which is in the basement of the hotel. The room had a damp and musty smell. The bathroom door hit the edge of one of the beds when you opened and closed it. One of the teacups had tea stains in it. The window in the bathroom did not have a curtain and although there it was frosted, you could see the hotel workers sitting across the way when they were having their break. If you were taking a shower, they could probably see into the bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom shower stall. The worst thing in this room was the large emergency LED trouble light which was about 24 inches long and so bright it lit the room up like a neon sign when you were trying to sleep. To the hotel's credit, I talked to the owner and the maintenance person about how dissatisfied we were with the accommodation and the next morning we were switched to Room 103 on the main floor. They apologized for the inconvenience and the condition of Room 12. The room was much more spacious and the bathroom double the size. There was a large window in the room that opened on one side and the other side could be opened too but the handle to crank the window had broken and fallen onto the ground outside. The room looked out towards a lane and a row of garbage cans. There was still some mold in this shower stall but it was nowhere as bad as Room 12 in the basement. This hotel was booked fully the whole time we were there. I think the biggest draw for this hotel is the proximity to the Byres Road which is near the Botanic Gardens. It is located in the West End, which is lined with boutique shops, bakeries, pubs, and eateries. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it. I am shocked that it has had rave reviews but I guess the location trumps everything else. If you book this hotel, call them and try to avoid any rooms in the basement if you can. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator and if you have mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep.

La chambre est très grande, il y a un disque, une cafetière, trop amoureux. Santé: bonnes conditions Environnement: près de l'Université de Glasgow, près de la plante, l'oxygène naturel. Service: très bon, chaleureux et attentif. Le petit déjeuner est du pain anglais, du lait, du café, etc., même si c'est un peu monoton, il est vraiment délicieux.

Les propriétaires m'ont laisser déposer ma valises au lodge le temps que je réalise ma marche dans les Highlands, ce qui était parfait pour moi et m'évitais un sérieux problème de logistique vu la durée de mon aventure. Le déjeuner était copieux, et la nourriture était très bonne. La chambre était bien équipée, propre et les lits confortables. La connexion wi-fi était parfaite peu importe ou l'on se situe dans le lodge. Il est située à +-20 à pied du centre et proche de nombreux restaurant, musée, parcs et autres. J'ai été reçu comme un membre de la famille et j'ai passer un très bon séjour. Je remercie les propriétaires pour leurs accueil et leurs sympathie.

We stayed at the Devencove as it was within walking distance to the Hydro. The hotel was OK for a 3 star and our room was clean and functional. We went to the restaurant in the hotel and ordered our meal..we initially asked for a starter of mutton, but was told this wasn't available. My husband requested a further pint of Menrbrea but he was told that that this had run out as well. I ordered fish snd chips which looked good but after tasting a bit I cut through the fish and it was uncooked and totally disgusting. When I pointed this out to the waitress she apologised and said that she would pass this on to the kitchen...no replacement meal or refund was offered. For two days I suffered with a stomach upset after eating some of the fish. Within a couple of days afterwards we were asked for feedback on our stay by the Devencove and we relayed what had happened regarding the meal..to date we have had no reply from them. Further to this, when we returned from the concert to the hotel the bar was closed..this was about 11pm but there were a fair few dodgy characters hanging about the reception area and a couple of girls were vomiting in the disabled toilet with the door open!!! This hotel is OK for a cheap overnight stay but definitely not for any longer!!!
