Nous étions la dernière à cet endroit en 2019 et comme beaucoup n'étaient pas en mesure de voler partout en raison de la pandémie. En tant que travailleur du NHS, il était encore plus stressant de regarder les patients venir et parfois ne pas aller .... Lorsque Sl Lucia a ouvert ses portes à nouveau, nous étions excités et nous avons réservé une visite de retour au resort Coco Palm à Rodney Bay. De la GM M. Jean St Rose jusqu'au personnel de piscine, ils ont même rappelé notre voyage en 2019! La réservation indiquait que les taxes et les frais étaient inclus dans le prix. Cependant, on m'a fait payer 43,20 ECD en tant que «taxe d'entrée gouvernementale» et ils n'ont pas accepté que cela soit inclus. La réceptionniste nous a fait attendre sans raison et avait une manière très dédaigneuse, par exemple, n'aimant pas la preuve officielle de vaccination du NHS parce qu'elle pensait que cela devrait être une carte. Très impoli. L'hôtel en lui-même était bien, très propre et confortable. S'ils avaient eu des réceptionnistes avec une manière plus conviviale pour les clients et qu'ils indiquaient clairement que les taxes ne sont pas incluses, j'aurais donné une bien meilleure critique.

La réception a lu la fiche de confirmation anglaise, sachant qu'il était complet, je changeais de mot pour recevoir une caution, je suis désolé, Tu as dit que c'était un truc. Le bon tour est venu, je vais manger et je vais payer. Je suis fou de quiconque, je vais chercher la réception avant de donner à l'invité le bouton de la cuisine. Il est également rare de se retrouver dans ce cas du millénaire.
