Hôtels avec salle de sport à Ottawa

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute car nous devions rester une nuit supplémentaire en ville et c'était vraiment génial ! C'est un hôtel où j'y retournerais sans hésiter ! La dame au comptoir était extrêmement gentille et parlait portugais ! Elle était ravie de pouvoir nous parler portugais, et nous étions ravis qu'elle parle portugais ! L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, en centre-ville, près du Parlement, et la chambre était incroyable ! Un studio très grand et spacieux avec une cuisine et un salon. Le lit était très confortable, mais le canapé-lit n'était pas terrible (comme dans tous les hôtels). Les toilettes étaient grandes et équipées de tout le nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner était bon : œufs, bacon, fruits, céréales, gaufres fraîches, pudding de chia, pain… Il y a un parking privé payant, mais l'entrée est très étroite. Il y a aussi des places de stationnement payantes dans la rue.

J'avais réservé une mini-suite, et l'espace était plus grand et plus confortable que prévu. Cependant, l'atmosphère générale de la chambre et la moquette sombre m'ont fait douter de sa propreté… J'ai même aperçu un insecte. L'emplacement m'a semblé un peu éloigné des attractions touristiques accessibles à pied. La salle du petit-déjeuner était spacieuse, et bien qu'il y ait eu plus de monde que prévu, heureusement le service était rapide, ce qui m'a permis de trouver une place immédiatement. C'était simple mais délicieux, et j'ai trouvé très attentionné de leur part de proposer des paniers-repas pour les personnes pressées. Ah, et le personnel de la réception était également très aimable. Conclusion : Je ne le recommanderais pas si vous êtes sensible à la propreté, mais si cela vous importe peu, je le recommande car il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

Spacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

The location is unbeatable! Situated in the heart of downtown, it's just a short walk to ByWard Market, the Rideau Centre, and Parliament Hill, making it the perfect base for exploring Winterlude. The stay was excellent. While the underground parking entrance is a bit tucked away on Daly Avenue, the unlimited in/out privileges are a huge plus for road trippers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. My only minor critique is the 6”parking height restriction, which might be tight for large Suvs. Overall, a high-quality, convenient choice for any Ottawa visit

Equipements : Très vieux Hygiène : Mauvaise Environnement : OK Service : Général L'hôtel est très proche du Congrès, et il y a Quanjude et Lanzhou Ramen à proximité, ainsi que quelques snack-bars. La chambre est très vieille, moisie et les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas bien.

Situé à quelques pas de la station Parliament, le Sheraton nous a offert une chambre spacieuse. Cependant, il n'y avait pas de bouilloire pour faire bouillir de l'eau pour le thé ; nous avons donc utilisé la cafetière. Un problème de tuyauterie nous obligeait à laisser un aspirateur en marche 24 h/24 dans le couloir devant notre chambre. La moquette de notre placard attenant à la salle de bain était constamment trempée, probablement à cause de ce problème. Du fait de sa proximité avec Centretown, nous avons croisé une ou deux personnes sans domicile fixe ou en difficulté sur les trottoirs près de l'hôtel. Leurs murmures intempestifs et les jets de bouteilles m'ont gênée pour les approcher avec mes enfants. Heureusement, cela ne s'est produit que deux fois durant notre séjour d'une semaine. Le personnel était très aimable, serviable et élégant.

Where to begin... first of all, when I made this booking, there was no mention whatsoever of HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION beginning every day at 7 a.m. Naturally upon checking in, I'm informed that there is intense construction happening right next door. And yes, it was brutal. I also SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel because there was an option to reserve now, pay at the hotel. Here are some direct quotes from my booking confirmation email: ”You'll need to pay upon check-in at Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” ”Your payment will be handled by Andaz Ottawa Byward Market, by Hyatt,” and ”Pay at Hotel.” Sure enough, I get there, and the money's already been taken out of my credit card and I owe nothing to the hotel upon check-in. (This matters for reimbursement purposes at the company I work for.) Lastly, I was told when I checked in that housekeeping would be visiting every third day -- that was fine by me. But the very first day, I come back to my room after a long day and someone's been there, replacing towels, removing the minimal garbage in there, etc., which I was not at all prepared for given that I was advised the opposite. It made me extremely uncomfortable because all of my personal effects were left throughout the room, not expecting housekeeping given that I was advised no housekeeping would be coming until the third day. I'll be honest, that creeped me out as someone travelling alone. The staff were apologetic but I didn't find their explanation at all sufficient. (The housekeeping manager and front desk attendant completely contradicted each other.) Overall, such a chaotic stay. Oh, and, the heat in my room didn't work. Had to request a space heater... I mean, c'mon.

La chambre est large, propre, à pied à dix minutes peut atteindre la montagne du Congres, la salle d'art, l'église de Sainte-Mamma et d'autres attractions. Mais le siège est très tensionné, le voyageur doit être arrêté à la fin de l'hôtel, généralement à pied à deux ou trois minutes, c'est pratique
