This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

Je reviens avec mon avis détaillé ! Évaluation générale : excellent emplacement, vaut le séjour ! Premièrement, l'emplacement est excellent. À 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Sanyuanqiao, et encore plus près en sortant du sous-sol du centre commercial Phoenix City. Il y a des restaurants et un 7-Eleven à proximité. C'est incroyablement pratique pour explorer Pékin en métro ou pour se rendre à l'aéroport international de Pékin-Capitale. Deuxièmement, la propreté est très bonne. Bien que l'hôtel soit ouvert depuis plusieurs années, les installations des chambres sont bien entretenues, et la salle de bain et la douche sont encore très propres. Troisièmement, la marque Citigo met l'accent sur les équipements riches du lobby. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un restaurant, une table de billard, une télévision et un service de bar le soir. Vous pouvez profiter de la vie nocturne sans sortir de l'hôtel. Cependant, c'est un problème récurrent chez Huazhu : le personnel doit appeler pour demander de bonnes critiques... Si l'hôtel est bon, je ferai un commentaire objectif de moi-même, mais être appelé à chaque fois est plutôt agaçant.

Ce que j'ai le plus apprécié, c'est l'emplacement. Au pied de l'hôtel, il y a la rue piétonne de Wangfujing et la station de métro Jinyu Hutong. À côté se trouvent Intime et APM, ce qui en fait le premier choix pour se promener à Wangfujing. La chambre familiale est également plutôt bien conçue et spacieuse. Le point faible est que l'hôtel est un peu ancien et ne rivalise pas avec les nouveaux établissements. Il y a aussi une différence de service entre cet hôtel haut de gamme de la chaîne Rujia et d'autres hôtels comme Wanda.

C'est notre deuxième séjour et comme la première fois, la chambre avec vue sur le lac offre un paysage magnifique et paisible. Les installations sont complètes, confortables et spacieuses, et la literie est de grande qualité. Le restaurant Ming Court au deuxième étage propose une excellente cuisine, un service impeccable et un espace très agréable. La piscine intérieure chauffée est un vrai plus, et la navette aéroport toutes les heures rend les déplacements incroyablement pratiques. Cet hôtel est devenu notre point de chute incontournable à Pékin.

C'était ma première fois à l'Ascott et mon expérience a dépassé toutes mes attentes ! La chambre était vraiment spacieuse, avec un coin salon très confortable et une chambre à coucher des plus agréables. La lumière du jour était fantastique, créant une ambiance incroyable quand le soleil filtrait à travers les rideaux. Les bouteilles d'eau et les sachets de thé déjà préparés sur la table étaient une touche très attentionnée. Le service était impeccable, la réceptionniste était très aimable et a géré l'attribution des chambres rapidement et efficacement, sans que nous ayons à attendre longtemps. L'ensemble de mon séjour a été très agréable et je suis maintenant une fan inconditionnelle !

Les installations des espaces communs de cet hôtel cinq étoiles sont d'une qualité irréprochable. Contraint par le budget de mon voyage d'affaires, j'ai choisi une chambre en promotion, mais j'ai été agréablement surpris par son espace et son élégance. La salle de bain faisait près de 10 m², et le marbre de celle-ci, combiné à l'épaisse moquette moelleuse de la chambre, m'a procuré une sensation de confort si exquise qu'elle m'a presque tiré une larme, surtout après mon retour de Hong Kong la semaine dernière. Les couloirs, les halls d'ascenseur et les autres parties communes sont d'une ampleur luxueuse. Bien que la décoration soit un peu datée, l'hôtel conserve toute sa prestance de cinq étoiles. Le seul point négatif : la tête de lit capitonnée était malheureusement un peu trop ancienne, sa couleur donnant une impression d'usure et de saleté, ce qui était décevant.

En voyage à Pékin, j'ai cherché longtemps avant de finalement choisir cet hôtel. La vue sur la Cité interdite depuis le toit est absolument magnifique, l'emplacement est idéal et la chambre est assez grande. J'avais lu de nombreux commentaires disant que les chambres d'hôtel à Pékin étaient petites, mais celle-ci a dépassé toutes mes attentes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est imbattable : le Musée national de Chine, la Cité interdite, la place Tiananmen et Wangfujing sont tous à proximité. La décoration est de style ancien, ce qui est très charmant. Le seul bémol est l'évacuation de la salle de bain, un peu lente.

Voyageant du 4 au 8 août 2024, séjournant à Tianxi. Ça fait du bien. 1. Transport. Tout d'abord, il est recommandé à l'hôtel de modifier l'introduction de l'emplacement sur Ctrip. Le port A de Jintai Xizhao est plus proche, mais l'introduction est le port D. La distance entre l'entrée du métro et l'hôtel est parfaite et il faut au maximum 2 minutes pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Il est très pratique de prendre un taxi ou un métro. De plus, de nombreuses anciennes lignes à Pékin ne disposent pas d'escaliers mécaniques bidirectionnels, mais la ligne 10 Jintai Xizhao en possède. Il n'y a aucun problème avec la valise. 2. Restauration. Le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel était super. Les enfants attendent avec impatience le petit-déjeuner tous les jours. En même temps, l'hôtel est adjacent au centre commercial Fortune. Le deuxième étage de l'hôtel a un accès direct au centre commercial, donc manger n'est pas très pratique. Thé vert, cuisine du Yunnan et cuisine de Pékin ; il y a aussi Heytea, Naixue et la boulangerie de célébrités Internet Yuanmai Shanshan au premier étage. Il y a aussi Burger King, Starbucks, etc. Le centre commercial est littéralement la cuisine privée de l'hôtel. 3. La chambre est très bien, spacieuse et offre une belle vue. Vous pouvez voir le bâtiment CCTV. 4. De nombreuses personnes voyagent pour affaires. Mais je pense qu’il est approprié de voyager en personne. C'est plus calme que les endroits encombrés du deuxième périphérique.
