Dans un petit village près de Wanda, le petit village a été conçu pour manger et boire des habitations depuis un petit groupe de cieux et de terres. Il est possible que vous doutez quand vous êtes entré dans le village. Ne hésitez pas à conduire directement. Il y a un parking derrière le village, peut-être dix véhicules environ. Les villages sont des petits jardins, les installations de base sont complètes, mais les installations de loisirs comme les salles de sport ne pensez pas à quoi que ce soit. La zone publique est une grande ouverture, la zone de boissons du restaurant est séparée, il y a un paysage arbre à l'extérieur de la fenêtre, et il est très confortable de lire des livres quand la pluie est basse, La plus surprise est que sa boisson de café est terminée, bien que l'électricité soit arrêtée mais ne touche pas le toit, il est très bon à boire, vraiment recommandé! 一直以來都不喜歡這個酒店的名字，總讓我以為是個雜牌軍。 但入住之後卻讓我很驚喜，雖然它和全季同屬華住會，但它相對全季裝修觀感上會給我更熱情的感覺，暖色調的主色更有包容性，像回到了熟悉的地方。 這家店是唯一一家工作人員主動幫忙拎箱子的店，一位長者家不知道有沒有過60歲，這麼強的服務意識説明他要麼很熱愛這份工作，要麼這家店將服務意識深入貫徹到每位員工身上。 當然年輕人多半是不會讓長者家幫忙的，但這一舉動一下子會讓遠道而來的客人感受到了主人的熱情招待。 酒店門口有一衹流浪喵星人，下車的時候它就安安穩穩地趴在酒店台階的正中間，看見我們下車便起身讓路，孩子非常喜歡它。那位要幫忙拎箱子的長者家也並未驅趕它，整個酒店便是人與自然和諧相處的寫照。 酒店乾淨温馨，小冰箱裏塞滿農夫山泉，真的很貼心。特別喜歡的是洗漱台一側的那個矮枱麪，把護膚品等常用物放在上面真的解決了洗漱時台盆上到處都是水沒地方放護膚品的尷尬。

Was a very good stay. Room was decently spacious and comfortable with room sofa, chair and table. Smart curtains, lights and and very nice and aesthetic toilet. Food from breakfast and restaurant was great as well. Very near nearby activities and the west slope towards tianchi lake. The hotel offers a stylish, modern room with a bathroom that stands out thanks to its Japanese‑style WC. Its location is practical — only 10–15 minutes from West Changbaishan train station — and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with Korean restaurant being a real highlight. Breakfast is acceptable, though having eggs cooked to order would make it more appealing. The real advantage of staying here is the access to the hot springs, included in the room price. While several pools were closed during our stay, the outdoor baths were open and provided a very enjoyable experience. A small detail that could improve comfort would be adding a hook on the bathroom door for clothes and towels. Overall, this property combines modern facilities, a convenient location, and relaxing hot springs, though a few small adjustments could make the stay even better.

❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

We had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help. Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold. Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.

Le grand lit au deuxième étage est très confortable. La chambre est soignée et propre. La décoration est magnifique. Il y a une vue sur la rue par la fenêtre. Le service de la réception est chaleureux et hospitalier. L'emplacement est près de la zone panoramique ouest. Des manteaux gratuits sont fournis aux touristes pour qu'ils puissent grimper. Le petit-déjeuner et les transferts aéroport sont également gratuits dans la chambre. L'insonorisation n'est pas aussi mauvaise que les critiques le disent. On s'y sent plutôt bien. Il y a un centre d'affaires au premier étage du hall de l'hôtel. Le sentiment général est bon !

Apabila kembali ke changbaishan, kami akan menginap disini lagi, hospitality semua staf sangat sangat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, terutama staf front office, sangat tanggap membantu dari pemesanan tiket atraksi maupun taksi. Hotel cantik ber***a nordik, kamar bersih, air panas tersedia, pemanas berfungsi baik, sarapan enak. Harga sangat terjangkau untuk penginapan yang berjarak 20 menit ke bandara baishan NBS dan berjarak 15 menit ke stasiun kereta cepat changbaishan barat changbaishanxi dengan kendaraan. Tidak lupa kami punya masha di Squirell Woo Inn, sangat merindukan masha.
