IInvitéWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

IInvitéJe suis venu ici avec mes amis. La chambre était très élégante, propre et bien rangée, avec un nécessaire de toilette complet et un matelas confortable. MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

OOlivier22❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good.

DDianeIngridThis place is amazing. We had a view of the slopes so a definite plus. 😊 Unit is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Best is that you can just walk out about 100m to the slopes. I did have an issue one night when my room was filled with cigarette smoke so much so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open in sub-zero temperatures. When I feedback the next day, they were extremely apologetic and their customer service contacted me to ask for more info and they sent a fruit platter as an apology. My kids have decided that this is going to be their future destination for skiing because of the convenience as well as the snow conditions. One thing that puzzled all of us though but it didn't distract from the stay. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The room with the twin beds seemed to have the bigger and better bathroom with a bathtub. But the room with a big bed had a smaller bathroom and shower stall only. Again, didn't mess anything of our stay up but we were just really puzzled about it.

IInvitéUn endroit très beau, tranquille et qui nous permet de recharger et de se réinstaller de la vie urbaine. L'emplacement peut être un peu loin de la marche nord de Changbaishan - cependant, l'hôtel Concierge - un cri spécial à M. pour aller à son chemin et au-delà pour nous aider à obtenir des billets et à faire des arrangements même le jour de son repos.  La chambre est très belle et spacieuse, et il n'y a qu'une marche de 10 minutes pour trouver de la nourriture et des besoins.  Le service est très bien réservé à tous les clients :)

Sshaney.yA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness. We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
