J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel pour un court séjour et je cherchais une chambre avec vue sur le lac, un accès facile à l'aéroport et la proximité de la ville. Cela a répondu à mes attentes de base.
Avantages :
- Chambre propre et bien entretenue.
- La taille de la chambre est confortable pour deux adultes.
- La réception ouverte 24h/24 est très pratique.
- Les arrêts de bus (Bus 1) sont juste en face de l'hôtel.
- Le balcon avec chaises et table offre une vue sereine sur la rivière.
- Le petit-déjeuner buffet commence tôt à 6h30, ce qui est parfait pour moi car mon autocar pour le lac Tekapo partait à 8h.
- La chambre est équipée de tout le nécessaire, plus un micro-ondes, ce qui était un énorme avantage pour moi.
Inconvénients :
- J'ai réservé une chambre avec vue sur le lac, mais la vue était partiellement obstruée par des buissons/arbres car la chambre était au niveau 2.
Situé à côté d'une route principale très fréquentée, et la visibilité des passants donnait une impression moins privée.
Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un agréable séjour et je recommanderais cet hôtel à ma famille et à mes amis pour sa commodité et son confort.

我的壞體驗完全在於給我分配的房間。我的陽台是這樣的，視野完全被遮擋，這個還不是最糟糕的！房間隔壁就是廚房！是廚房，不是餐廳！是廚房！早上5點多，就是各種拖車，各種敲敲打打的聲音，沒法睡覺！被吵醒後，我還以為是飛機飛過、覺得奇怪，還去陽台看😫!
我的房間號，是609-2。就是一個609裏面有兩個房間1和2。
我觀察了一下，行政湖景房一半是陽台內縮，一半是在外面的，我這個房間是縮在最裡麪。感覺付了貴的錢，拿到了最差的房間。
早餐，品質非常普通或者説平均水平偏下。如果不包早餐，還是建議去鎮上吃。

Had to stay an extra night in Queenstown, due to a weather event. Booked Quality Inn, using new TRIP app. Everything went very smoothly from then on. Green Cabs dropped us to door in pouring rain, staff were pleasant, friendly, sorted room, spa and dinner reservations in a jiffy. Monika stands out, with her pleasant smile and blue hair :-) Didn't catch the name of the tall gentleman on the bar, and also waited on our table at dinner. Opened Bar early, so we could enjoy a wee drink before dinner. Had a nice wine selection. Good variety of GF meals and snacks. Even organised Green Cabs again the next morning to get our flight. All in all a great stay, and we will be back.

L'Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park est un hôtel haut de gamme, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer rapidement après un long voyage, celui-ci devrait rapidement venir à votre secours contre la fatigue du voyage.
Tout est bien dans l'hôtel, y compris le personnel amical. Le seul inconvénient est son emplacement qui est un peu loin de la ville ou des principales activités. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, vous devez sûrement être prêt à payer des taxes et des frais à chaque fois que vous voulez sortir.

房間隔音不好，隔壁説話都能聽到，還有就是衞浴設施老舊，淋浴噴頭沒辦法拿下來。牀頭櫃附近的地毯上的味道有點詭異，有隱隱酸臭味，可能是之前打翻過什麼東西，地毯又無法徹底清潔。其他都還可以，服務很好！大陽台很chill，通風感覺很棒。周邊非常方便，出門就有飯吃，酒店自己也有一個餐廳，環境很漂亮。

Pros: the hotel room was really clean and spacious
Location was good, really near the main shops area
Cons: the hotel informed there was no parking available as their carpark was full and it was first come first serve. So guests are expected to circle the hotel vicinity for a lot when they arrive? Especially when it’s stated that parking is available onsite.
Front desk staff was really rude with an attitude. She suggested street parking but I told her I wasn’t comfortable with parallel parking and she just got really rude with a take it or leave it attitude. We booked two rooms but she only gave one room’s card and I had to remind her for the other room’s card.
Anyways. The hotel is a maze where we had to take lift to a different level, walk to a different building and take another lift to get to the room. Abit creepy for solo travellers.
Overall; the rooms are well maintained but beware of the lack of parking + rude staff

The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, and the proximity to restaurants, a supermarket and shopping street are within walking distance was convenient. The only problem is the parking, we didn't manage to secure a hotel parking lot, thus we are struggling to find the free carpark nearby. Luckily, the parking is free for those parks at the roadside. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

Excellent overall experience in New Zealand Stay!
We had booked a few hotel stays in NZ. It was our favorite one.
Excellent staff service for checking you in and arranging tours! They had given us a free upgrade to Mountain View.
Self laundry for Washing and dying available.

IInvitéJ'ai vécu le meilleur tour de Qing! La position géographique est excellente, juste au bord du lac, vous pouvez vous asseoir à manger au côté du lac. IInvitéThe décor of the rooms were excellent and the small touches - such as the music that plays when you walk into the room, and the small bar area, the art work, and the welcome book - were really special. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quite, and the size of the room was prefect for two people. There is a sauna available to use by in-house guests, which is excellent after a long hike. Overall, the quality of the room was value for money.
There is also a restaurant, but sadly it was not open the day that we stayed (Monday). We were quite upset about that as we had read very good reviews about the chef and food quality! Whilst the staff were nice at check in, they did not give much information about the premises (i.e. they didn't give us a tour or anything), and we had to ask a lot of questions.
The location is outside of town, but a short drive if you have a car, or a short bus ride (the bus stop is right outside the hotel).
Overall, I would highly recommend to stay here!

TTA very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street).
I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices.
Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.

MMatthew LimSwiss Belsuites was our favourite accommodation across the 9 accommodations we stayed during our holiday in New Zealand! We absolutely love how spacious the place is. Huge cooking space with a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa made for many nights in to cook our own dinner, which was made even easier with the provision of two dishwashing machines and almost every cooking equipment/cutleries you may need. It is also the only accommodation where we got to enjoy using a smart TV where we could easily use our own subscription accounts (via scanning QR codes) to stream videos during our dinners. The bedroom is also really comfortable and the toilet was very clean as well. We also had our washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were in New Zealand for two weeks. The best part of our stay was the view of Lake Wakitipu which we could enjoy from our living room. Was such a great stay that we were so sad to check out at the end. Highly recommended!!

IInvitéEnjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, good sized room and nice and quiet even though we overlooked the road. We have stayed here a couple of times before and notice that it is starting to show its age but that said its clean and is being fairly well maintained . The lodge style that it used to have has been eroded with a big TV over the fireplace and loud music playing in the bar, so its not a place to sit and relax, which is a shame. The room was a little on the cold side as there is a vent near the door that blows out icy cold air so you have to have the heat pump on which then dries you out but there was an extra blanket so its pretty cosy once you are in bed. When I asked for an extra pillow a selection of 4 different kinds got delivered which was great and the service was excellent. Parking was free, which is a bonus as most places charge. Despite the very minor negatives we would stay here again.

Trois cuisines, toutes équipées d'ustensiles et d'équipements pour cuisiner. Cependant, la résidence est très fréquentée aux heures des repas.
De plus, le réfrigérateur et les placards sont très peu spacieux, probablement en raison du nombre important de résidents de longue durée, ce qui entraîne un manque criant de rangements alimentaires disponibles.
Peu de toilettes et de douches, insuffisantes pour le nombre de personnes séjournant dans le logement.
Le parking est également très limité ! Arrivez tôt avant les autres clients si vous souhaitez vous faufiler.
Le petit plus : le thé et le café sont offerts.
Bon emplacement pour accéder à Queenstown et aux promenades locales (voir photo).

IInvitéJe pense que l'utilisation de cette application pour ouvrir et fermer la porte ou pour revenir à la porte même à minuit est une bonne chose.
De plus, il est très pratique de se promener près du centre-ville et près du lac, donc il est facile de marcher.
Le personnel est très ami, et je suis heureux qu'ils essaient de comprendre mon anglais mal.
J'ai l'impression que la région publique était désordonnée.
Le personnel semble être nettoyé chaque jour, mais l'espace de cuisine n'est pas bien organisé.
(Je ne pense pas que ça ait d'effet, car c'est le problème de l'utilisateur ...)
Le réfrigérateur n'a pas de place, je veux savoir si il y a assez de personnes pour y rester.
Je ne pense pas que l'intérieur de la chambre soit propre.
Il y a un truc qui semble être un coffre, mais est effrayé, inutile, les lits sont propres, mais le couvercle n'est pas très propre.
En outre, les fêtes de Noël se sont tenues jusqu'à minuit, donc ceux qui ne sont pas capables de faire ce genre de désir devraient annuler les réservations de Noël.
