C'est dommage que je n'aie pas pu utiliser la piscine de peur de me brûler, mais je me suis bien reposé. Je recommande de bien se reposer tout en utilisant les installations de l'hôtel. Si vous devez prendre un taxi et aller chercher du remplacement, vous aurez du mal.

Je suis retourné à Manille après quatre ans, principalement en raison de la pandémie. Comme à chaque fois, j'ai choisi de séjourner à l'hôtel Hyatt. Je me suis senti très bien accueilli, et tout s'est déroulé sans accroc, de l'enregistrement jusqu'à l'accès à ma chambre. Le personnel est resté très chaleureux et serviable. Mon premier dîner au Hyatt est toujours le buffet de l'hôtel. J'ai cependant remarqué que la variété des plats était moins importante qu'avant la pandémie ; un stand était même vide. La soupe de pommes de terre du buffet était trop salée. L'eau minérale dans la chambre est présentée dans de grandes bouteilles en verre, ce qui donne une impression de standing, mais n'est pas pratique à transporter. De plus, une fois ouverte, la bouteille ne peut pas être refermée si l'on ne finit pas l'eau. À part cela, tout était parfait. Si l'occasion se présente de retourner à Manille, je choisirai à nouveau le Hyatt !

Pros: nice architecture , nice SPA & service, free mini bar (cup noodle & Pringle chips, coke and pineapple juice) Cons: - super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke. - NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy. - NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average.. - The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot - loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

Nous avons absolument adoré cet hôtel ! C'était la cerise sur le gâteau de nos trois semaines de vacances aux Philippines ! Nous y avons passé une nuit à trois. J'avais réservé une suite pour trois avec petit-déjeuner pour 6 200 roubles la veille. Le trajet depuis l'aéroport a duré environ 7 minutes, dont trois passées par le chauffeur de taxi à payer le péage (39 pesos). À notre arrivée, c'était magnifique ! Nous avons pu nous enregistrer immédiatement à 11 h et notre chambre, au 11e étage, était juste à côté de l'ascenseur, comme nous l'avions demandé – une suite ! Nous avons failli tomber à la renverse en entrant ! La chambre était toute neuve, confortable et accueillante, avec un grand lit et un petit canapé. Eau potable en abondance, trois limonades au réfrigérateur, vaisselle, kitchenette, café/thé, savon, brosses à dents, dentifrice, coton et shampoing – tout était fourni gratuitement ! Ils nous ont même donné un drap et une couverture supplémentaires pour notre enfant ! Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents, même les pâtes aux crevettes. Il y a une magnifique piscine au 3e étage. Un immense centre commercial se trouve à proximité, avec des boutiques Nike et Uniqlo, et un grand supermarché au sous-sol (où une bouteille de rhum coûte 80 pesos). Intramuros est à 30 minutes en taxi et à 400 pesos en Grab. On nous a demandé une caution de 1 000 pesos, qui nous a été restituée le lendemain matin ! L’aéroport est également à 7-10 minutes en taxi. Le personnel est très accueillant ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous le recommandons vivement ! Le top !

Le personnel et l'endroit sont agréables et il se trouve à proximité du centre commercial Ayala et d'autres dépanneurs. C'est pourquoi ma famille aime rester ici. Le prix par nuit est également abordable.

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
