2216538****La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, la literie impeccable, la salle de bain impeccable, et même les coins étaient impeccablement polis. La plus grande surprise a été la machine à laver et le sèche-linge gratuits au rez-de-chaussée. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent. C'est un hôtel vraiment convivial pour les voyageurs d'affaires ! Il y a aussi de nombreux snacks à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour les en-cas tardifs. C'est un excellent choix dans cette gamme de prix, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

GGrace CallejaThis hotel is literally ACROSS West Lake. I am still in AWE with the beautiful and memorable experience we had staying in this BEAUTIFUL AND TRANQUIL place. I am attaching photos of the grounds. Just walking around the compound early morning or after dinner is a treat! If I am not mistaken, there are 6 2-story high buildings in the compound that are used as hotel rooms and convention halls or meeting rooms and breakfast place. There was also one building in the compound where Mao Zedong drafted the first constitution! We stayed at the second floor of Building #2. From what I learned, this place is government-run and was renovated and used during the ASEAN summit in Hangzhou where foreign dignitaries stayed. They have a very fast and simple one-man check in counter. Very few English speaking staff, but everyone was very nice and room service was very fast. The room is good for 2pax with a kingsize bed but we opted to pay for an extra bed as there were 3 of us staying in the room. The beddings, towels and toiletries were all high quality and with Dyson haridryer! The scent of their shampoo and bodywash were also very nice. I like that their toilet and shower are separate cubicles which makes the morning rush faster. Toilet is smart toilet - which is a big plus as most hotel toilets do not have bidet! The breakfast buffet that is part of the room package was FANTASTIC! There were 2 options - one is an inhouse buffet breakfast and other one is at 1913, a Michelin-mentioned restaurant which is just beside the compound. We opted to dine at the 1913 on our first morning and thought the food was great with a lot of selection and quality options. Personally, I think the inhouse option was a better breakfast - better than a 5-star hotel breakfast! Since the compound is big, a free shuttle is available to take us to our chosen breakfast place or anywhere in the compound. On our second day, we had to catch a train and had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time, upon request the hotel thoughtfully and generously packed for us a takeaway food which we conveniently ate during our train ride. One of the highlights. of our stay here was the free costume rental and 1-hour photography session that was bundled with our room cost. My 82 year old mom had a grand time! BONUS: the hotel provided a free wheelchair for the duration of our stay which we could use inside and outside of the compound! My mom was able to enjoy the scenery of West Lake because of that! The only downside was despite being a non-smoking room, I could still smell faint scent of cigarette. Overall, this place is SUPERBLY RECOMMENDED!

IInvitéOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

IIntrepid Traveller8Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

MmengluxLe transport est relativement pratique. Le bus à la porte peut essentiellement se rendre à divers endroits pittoresques, ou vous pouvez effectuer un transfert ou y aller directement. La distance n'est pas très loin ; le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec de nombreuses variétés et de bon goût ; spacieux, les fenêtres sont grandes et le sol est haut. Bien qu'il y ait une autoroute en dessous, ce n'est pas très bruyant ; il y a une librairie, de la calligraphie et du guqin en bas où vous pourrez déguster et déguster de l'encens. au deuxième étage où l'on peut commander et le menu est tout à fait abordable.

IInvitéLors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel à Hangzhou, la réception, le bar du hall, le personnel d'entretien et tout le personnel étaient très aimables. À notre arrivée, la porte du balcon était ouverte pour aérer, et un membre du personnel nous a gentiment rappelé de bien la fermer la nuit pour éviter les moustiques. La chambre était grande, surtout la salle de bain, qui aurait été encore plus agréable avec un tapis de bain jetable. Je suggère de retirer le porte-manteau et le plateau à bijoux de la table de chevet : ils étaient usés et inclinés. Les moustiquaires étaient un peu tachées et le lustre ne s'harmonisait pas avec le style général. La chaise de bureau était recouverte de tissu et semblait peu raffinée ; je suggère de la recouvrir. La chaise de chevet et le repose-pieds semblaient si vieux que je n'osais pas m'asseoir dessus. La literie était inégale, et je l'ai vérifiée. Je pense que c'était dû au matelas, mais ces problèmes persistent probablement. L'expérience client était un peu décevante, mais heureusement, le matériel était largement compensé par le logiciel. Le service, l'emplacement et l'ambiance étaient excellents, et j'avais une vue magnifique sur le lac de l'Ouest depuis mon lit. Si le matériel pouvait être amélioré, votre hôtel serait certainement en pleine expansion. Ce ne sont que mes observations personnelles ; veuillez ignorer tout défaut.

YYiran8668Il était déjà 23h30 lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel Haihua. Le beau mec à la réception, Xiao Zheng, s'est occupé des procédures d'enregistrement. Le gars connaissait très bien l'entreprise et a expliqué en détail la chambre dans laquelle nous nous trouvions. donné, on pouvait voir directement la vue sur le lac de l'Ouest. Le gars était très serviable. Ma première impression a directement donné des points à l'hôtel 👍👍👍. L'hôtel est situé juste au bord du lac de l'Ouest. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la rive du lac de l'Ouest en quelques minutes et est très proche du pont brisé ; les chambres de l'hôtel sont très propres ; en particulier, le service de tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très chaleureux lorsque vous visitez le lac de l'Ouest, l'hôtel Haihua est votre premier choix👍👍👍 ;

IInvité1) Le type de chambre que j'ai réservé ne correspondait pas au type de chambre réel sur les photos. Au final, j'ai dû payer du riz supplémentaire pour rester dans le type de chambre d'origine. Le patron a eu la chance de ne pas voler le riz directement. m'a fait me sentir mieux (à proprement parler, j'ai été surclassé)
2) Il est proche de la route. Il y a un service de réveil avec klaxons de voiture et voix de la femme de ménage la nuit et le matin. J'ai peur de dormir trop tard après 7 heures.
3) Il reste des traces de nourriture sur la table, j'ai peut-être peur d'avoir faim.
4) Il y a une forte odeur de détergent de toilette en entrant dans la porte, mais le climatiseur a une fonction de ventilation et de déshumidification, qui fonctionne plutôt bien.
5) Le trou dans le plafond est également bouché avec du papier pour protéger mon intimité
6) L'emplacement est très bon, proche de l'entrée du métro
7) Il vaut la peine de recommander à tout le monde de venir dépenser près de 300 pour vivre l'expérience que les marques de chaîne ne peuvent généralement pas vivre🥰🥰😊😊
