La chambre est grande, propre et propre, le lit est confortable, très calme, très bien dormir, la température de la piscine est bonne, propre, il n'y a pas beaucoup de personnes à nager, il y a beaucoup de plats occidentals dans le petit déjeuner, il y a beaucoup de fruits frais, les plats chauds chinois sont relativement moins nombreux, il est impossible de prendre le emballage pour le petit déjeuner, Une excellente expérience de séjour! Il est très pratique de se rendre à proximité du parc de la ville de Liu Xiang et du terrain de Xiang.

The service was excellent! The staffs were really helpful and friendly. Love the breakfast and cake in the hotel. Especially, it’s near famous destinations like Lingyin temple and LongJing tea field. If you want to go to the center, it also just takes about 20~30 minutes. I would recommend to stay here, it was worth the price!

J'avais déjà séjourné dans un hôtel voisin, mais il y a un problème de climatisation. J'ai trouvé temporairement cet hôtel. Tout d'abord, l'effet de climatisation est très bon, la chambre est propre, les installations sont également très complètes, relativement nouvelles! Le service est très bon, les problèmes sont résolus pour la première fois, très efficace, le metro est très proche, il est très pratique de partir à la station occidentale, il n'y a pas de long chemin de fer, je prendrai le bus pendant dix minutes, je viendrai la prochaine fois

Mais l'attitude du service est toujours plutôt bonne. Permettez-moi de me concentrer sur le petit-déjeuner. C'était vraiment médiocre. Il n'y avait rien à manger. Il était environ 8h30 lorsque nous y sommes allés. De nombreuses assiettes de nourriture étaient vides, mais personne n'est allé les réapprovisionner, surtout des fruits. De plus, les portions du côté des nouilles sont très, très petites. Un enfant d'une famille voisine a déclaré qu'il pouvait manger seul 20 bols de nouilles + 10 bols de wontons, ce qui montre à quel point les portions sont pitoyables. De plus, l'attitude est très superficielle, et j'ai l'impression que je veux juste perdre du temps avec toi, et tout ira bien jusqu'à 9h30. La pire expérience de petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel.

房間衞生一直很令我滿意，進入房間無異味，一般入住全季茶包罐罐裏面會有糖，但是這次入住的沒有（可能不同地方酒店習俗不一樣吧），知道我一個人，在辦理入住的時候還給我升級了房型，點贊點贊
O壓床真的很不一樣的體驗
唯一遺憾的可能是感覺早晨少了一丟丟 沒有特別吩咐吧 口味也沒很和我胃口（也可能個人原因）

IInvité也是無意中知道這個寶藏酒店，趕緊就訂了房。白天玩了漂流後形色匆匆疲憊不堪來到酒店，入住後體驗非常不錯疲憊也少了一半。首先是環境非常棒，小橋流水，景色很好，隨處都是景色，我們給孩子帶了個漢服，拍了照片，很出彩。我們住的是個小院子，一進門就很温馨。第二是配置不錯，房間裏床鋪乾淨整潔，電吹風還是戴森的，浴缸還貼心地配了一個一次性泡澡袋。第三，服務特別好，入住時幫我提行李拎到樓上，退房時路上看到也是幫忙拿行李一直送到車上。晚上點外賣，也是幫在門口拿了送到小院。最貼心的是，我們是漂流完入住的，所以有很多濕衣服，洗了以後掛在院子的樹上，酒店工作人員在夜床服務時觀察到這一點，默默地放了一個落地晾衣架在院子裏，晚飯歸來看到時真是太感動了。第四，早餐非常豐盛而且很精緻，主食都是入住時選好，今天早晨就餐時直接端上，其他水果小食以及飲品在餐枱非常豐盛及充足。
總之，入住所見真的是非常滿意，孩子也一直説下次來杭州還要住這裏。

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。
前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

IInvitéService : La réception m'a dit que le surclassement de chambre n'est pas gratuit. Vous pouvez ajouter 99 yuans pour demander une carte Huazhu Club Gold, qui comprendra le petit-déjeuner et le surclassement de chambre. J'ai payé un supplément pour passer à une chambre de luxe et j'ai eu une chambre au 15ème étage face à la communauté, qui était relativement calme. Mais le petit déjeuner est très moyen, les omelettes sont froides tous les jours...
Hygiène : On m'a donné la carte de chambre après avoir attendu l'inspection de la chambre à la réception, mais après être entré dans la chambre, j'ai trouvé des cheveux sur le sol, des cheveux sur la taie d'oreiller et la salle de bain sentait mauvais... Est-ce la norme après la inspection? Après avoir communiqué avec le personnel, tout a été résolu un par un.
Équipements : Le matelas et les oreillers sont très confortables. La pièce n'étant pas carrée, regarder la télévision est un peu gênant.

At first this dormitory hotel gave a good impression: its hv many toilets and bathroom, all in quite clean condition, because always have standby cleaning service on shift. But at my last day stay, i don’t know what happen, the aircon in my room not cool at all, even i’d report through hotel’s wechat account,
Their amneties is perfect: many hairdryer in bathroom, don’t forget to bring your own bath slippers when staying here. There provide coin washing machine, and there are infuse water, hot/cold water, microwave and refrigerator in the lounge. The only thing that bother me is the carpet inside the lift to hotel is very dirty, but maybe it’s because they share lift with Xintian art&craft garden building.

KKate08This is the second time I decided to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake. The location is amazing, and so is the tour. I decided to buy a half-day tour (4 hours). The price is reasonable, and the driver is amazing. He took us to visit the top tourist destinations and also took us to a good restaurant that was delicious and not expensive at all.
There was a staff member at the front desk named Sam. He is amazing. Throughout our 3 days and 2 nights stay, he helped us a lot and also guided us on our visits. While staying at the hotel, he was one of the staff members who could speak English. I would say that I received excellent service from him, and all of my friends loved him very much. You have such a great asset in him.

2. Le thé de l'après-midi semble moyen... Il est assez intéressant que la forme et la présentation soient des attractions de West Lake.

4. Le buffet du déjeuner est correct, mais le service semble moyen
5. La terrasse est reliée au restaurant exécutif, la vue de la terrasse est toujours bonne, face au lac de l'Ouest
6. L'hôtel est au bord du lac de l'Ouest, c'est vraiment pratique de prendre un bus touristique, et c'est aussi pratique pour faire du shopping dans un centre commercial à côté, mais il y a toujours beaucoup de monde dans le lac de l'Ouest. .
7. La fenêtre ne peut pas être ouverte dans la pièce, mais on dit que le climatiseur a de l'air frais, donc ça va

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel se trouve dans un groupe d'immeubles de bureaux, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Huanglongdong. J'ai séjourné pendant la Fête du Printemps. Presque tous les restaurants à proximité étaient fermés. Il n'y avait qu'un seul McDonald's pour le dîner et il n'y avait aucune commodité. magasin.
Chambre : Le but d'un appartement avec services est d'être de grande taille. J'habite dans le bâtiment nord, qui a des baies vitrées, un four micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur.
Équipements : Le mobilier et l'agencement sont assez anciens. J'ai vraiment envie de me plaindre du lavabo de la salle de bain : le robinet est très court, ce qui rend le lavage des mains et du visage peu pratique. Il n'y a pas de prise pour sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain, vous ne pouvez donc vous sécher les cheveux que dans la chambre. Les toilettes n'ont pas assez de puissance et le porte-rouleau n'est pas au bon endroit.
Chambre : Le lit est très grand et les 4 oreillers sont fins et affaissés. J'avais la nuque raide après avoir dormi une nuit.
Service : Pas mal, tous les besoins sont satisfaits rapidement. Il n'y a qu'un seul employé à la réception pendant la Fête du Printemps et vous devez faire la queue au moment du départ.

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏
缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。
總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
